1我看見主站在祭壇旁邊； 他說：你要擊打柱頂，使門檻震動， 打碎柱頂，落在眾人頭上； 所剩下的人，我必用刀殺戮， 無一人能逃避，無一人能逃脫。
1I saw the Lord standing upon the altar, and he said: Strike the hinges, and let the lintels be shook: for there is covetousness in the head of them all, and I will slay the last of them with the sword: there shall be no flight for them: they shall flee, and he that shall flee of them shall not be delivered.
2他們雖然挖透陰間， 我的手必取出他們來； 雖然爬上天去， 我必拿下他們來；
2Though they go down even to hell, thence shall my hand bring them out: and though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down.
3雖然藏在 迦密山 頂， 我必搜尋，捉出他們來； 雖然從我眼前藏在海底， 我必命蛇咬他們；
3And though they be hid in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them away from thence: and though they hide themselves from my eyes in the depth of the sea, there will I command the serpent and he shall bite them.
4雖被仇敵擄去， 我必命刀劍殺戮他們； 我必向他們定住眼目， 降禍不降福。
4And if they go into captivity before their enemies, there will I command the sword, and it shall kill them. And I will set my eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.
5主－萬軍之耶和華摸地，地就消化， 凡住在地上的都必悲哀。 地必全然像 尼羅河 漲起， 如同 埃及河 落下。
5And the Lord the God of hosts is he who toucheth the earth, and it shall melt: and all that dwell therein shall mourn: and it shall rise up as a river, and shall run down as the river of Egypt.
6那在天上建造樓閣、 在地上安定穹蒼、 命海水澆在地上的－ 耶和華是他的名。
6He that buildeth his ascension in heaven, and hath founded his bundle upon the earth: who calleth the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth, the Lord is his name.
7耶和華說： 以色列 人哪， 我豈不看你們如 古實 人嗎？ 我豈不是領 以色列 人出 埃及 地， 領 非利士 人出 迦斐託 ， 領 亞蘭 人出 吉珥 嗎？
7Are not you as the children of the Ethiopians unto me, O children of Israel, saith the Lord? did not I bring up Israel, out of the land of Egypt: and the Philistines out of Cappadocia, and the Syrians out of Cyrene?
8主耶和華的眼目察看這有罪的國， 必將這國從地上滅絕， 卻不將 雅各 家滅絕淨盡。 這是耶和華說的。
8Behold the eyes of the Lord God are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from the face of the earth: but yet I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the Lord.
9我必出令， 將 以色列 家分散在列國中， 好像用篩子篩 穀 ， 連一粒也不落在地上。
9For behold I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all nations, as corn is sifted in a sieve: and there shall not a little stone fall to the ground.
10我民中的一切罪人說： 災禍必追不上我們， 也迎不着我們。 他們必死在刀下。
10All the sinners of my people shall fall by the sword: who say: The evils shall not approach, and shall not come upon us.
11到那日，我必建立 大衛 倒塌的帳幕， 堵住其中的破口， 把那破壞的建立起來， 重新修造，像古時一樣，
11In that day I will raise up the tabernacle of David, that is fallen: and I will close up the breaches of the walls thereof, and repair what was fallen: and I will rebuild it as in the days of old.
12使 以色列 人得 以東 所餘剩的 和所有稱為我名下的國。 此乃行這事的耶和華說的。
12That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and all nations, because my name is invoked upon them: saith the Lord that doth these things.
13耶和華說： 日子將到， 耕種的必接續收割的； 踹葡萄的必接續撒種的； 大山要滴下甜酒； 小山都必流奶。
13Behold the days come, saith the Lord, when the ploughman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed: and the mountains shall drop sweetness, and every hill shall be tilled.
14我必使我民 以色列 被擄的歸回； 他們必重修荒廢的城邑居住， 栽種葡萄園，喝其中所出的酒， 修造果木園，吃其中的果子。
14And I will bring back the captivity of my people Israel: and they shall build the abandoned cities, and inhabit them: and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine of them: and shall make gardens, and eat the fruits of them.
15我要將他們栽於本地， 他們不再從我所賜給他們的地上拔出來。 這是耶和華－你的上帝說的。
15And I will plant them upon their own land: and I will no more pluck them out of their land which I have given them, saith the Lord thy God.
