1耶和華如此說： 摩押 三番四次地犯罪， 我必不免去她的刑罰； 因為她將 以東 王的骸骨焚燒成灰。
1Thus saith the LORD: For three transgressions of Moab, yea, for four, I will not reverse it: because he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime.
2我卻要降火在 摩押 ， 燒滅 加略 的宮殿。 摩押 必在鬨嚷吶喊吹角之中死亡。
2So will I send a fire upon Moab, and it shall devour the palaces of Kerioth; and Moab shall die with tumult, with shouting, and with the sound of the horn;
3我必剪除 摩押 中的審判者， 將其中的一切首領和他一同殺戮。 這是耶和華說的。
3And I will cut off the judge from the midst thereof, and will slay all the princes thereof with him, saith the LORD.
4耶和華如此說： 猶大 人三番四次地犯罪， 我必不免去他們的刑罰； 因為他們厭棄耶和華的訓誨， 不遵守他的律例。 他們列祖所隨從虛假的 偶像 使他們走迷了。
4Thus saith the LORD: For three transgressions of Judah, yea, for four, I will not reverse it: because they have rejected the law of the LORD, and have not kept His statutes, and their lies have caused them to err, after which their fathers did walk.
5我卻要降火在 猶大 ， 燒滅 耶路撒冷 的宮殿。
5So will I send a fire upon Judah, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem.
6耶和華如此說： 以色列 人三番四次地犯罪， 我必不免去他們的刑罰； 因他們為銀子賣了義人， 為一雙鞋賣了窮人。
6Thus saith the LORD: For three transgressions of Israel, yea, for four, I will not reverse it: because they sell the righteous for silver, and the needy for a pair of shoes;
7他們見窮人頭上所蒙的灰也都垂涎， 阻礙謙卑人的道路。 父子同一個女子行淫， 褻瀆我的聖名。
7That pant after the dust of the earth on the head of the poor, and turn aside the way of the humble; and a man and his father go unto the same maid, to profane My holy name;
8他們在各壇旁鋪人所當的衣服，臥在其上， 又在他們神的廟中喝受罰之人的酒。
8And they lay themselves down beside every altar upon clothes taken in pledge, and in the house of their God they drink the wine of them that have been fined.
9我從 以色列 人面前除滅 亞摩利 人。 他雖高大如香柏樹，堅固如橡樹， 我卻上滅他的果子，下絕他的根本。
9Yet destroyed I the Amorite before them, whose height was like the height of the cedars, and he was strong as the oaks; yet I destroyed his fruit from above, and his roots from beneath.
10我也將你們從 埃及 地領上來， 在曠野引導你們四十年， 使你們得 亞摩利 人之地為業。
10Also I brought you up out of the land of Egypt, and led you forty years in the wilderness, to possess the land of the Amorites.
11我從你們子弟中興起先知， 又從你們少年人中興起拿細耳人。 以色列 人哪，不是這樣嗎？ 這是耶和華說的。
11And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazirites. Is it not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the LORD.
12你們卻給拿細耳人酒喝， 囑咐先知說：不要說預言。
12But ye gave the Nazirites wine to drink; and commanded the prophets, saying: 'Prophesy not.'
13看哪，在你們所住之地，我必壓 你們 ， 如同裝滿禾捆的車壓 物 一樣。
13Behold, I will make it creak under you, as a cart creaketh that is full of sheaves.
14快跑的不能逃脫； 有力的不能用力； 剛勇的也不能自救。
14And flight shall fail the swift, and the strong shall not exert his strength, neither shall the mighty deliver himself;
15拿弓的不能站立； 腿快的不能逃脫； 騎馬的也不能自救。
15Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself; neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself;
16到那日，勇士中最有膽量的， 必赤身逃跑。 這是耶和華說的。
16And he that is courageous among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day, saith the LORD.
