1成群的民哪，现在你要聚集成队； 因为 仇敌围攻我们， 要用杖击打 以色列 审判者的脸。
1(4-14) Now shalt thou gather thyself in troops, O daughter of troops; they have laid siege against us; they smite the judge of Israel with a rod upon the cheek.
2伯利恒 的 以法他 啊， 你在 犹大 诸城中为小， 将来必有一位从你那里出来， 在 以色列 中为我作掌权的； 他的根源从亘古，从太初就有。
2(5-1) But thou, Beth-lehem Ephrathah, which art little to be among the thousands of Judah, out of thee shall one come forth unto Me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth are from of old, from ancient days.
3耶和华必将 以色列 人交付 敌人 ， 直等那生产的妇人生下子来。 那时掌权者其余的弟兄 必归到 以色列 人那里。
3(5-2) Therefore will He give them up, until the time that she who travaileth hath brought forth; then the residue of his brethren shall return with the children of Israel.
4他必起来，倚靠耶和华的大能， 并耶和华—他 神之名的威严， 牧养 他的羊群 。 他们要 安然 居住； 因为他必日见尊大，直到地极。
4(5-3) And he shall stand, and shall feed his flock in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God; and they shall abide, for then shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.
5这位必作 我们的 平安。 当 亚述 人进入我们的地境， 践踏宫殿的时候， 我们就立起七个牧者， 八个首领攻击他。
5(5-4) And this shall be peace: when the Assyrian shall come into our land, and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight princes among men.
6他们必用刀剑毁坏 亚述 地 和 宁录 地的关口。 亚述 人进入我们的地境践踏的时候， 他必拯救我们。
6(5-5) And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod with the keen-edged sword; and he shall deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our border.
7雅各 余剩的人必在多国的民中， 如从耶和华那里降下的露水， 又如甘霖降在草上； 不仗赖人 力 ，也不等候世人 之功 。
7(5-6) And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many peoples, as dew from the LORD, as showers upon the grass, that are not looked for from man, nor awaited at the hands of the sons of men.
8雅各 余剩的人必在多国多民中， 如林间百兽中的狮子， 又如少壮狮子在羊群中。 他若经过就必践踏撕裂， 无人搭救。
8(5-7) And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the nations, in the midst of many peoples, as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep, who, if he go through, treadeth down and teareth in pieces, and there is none to deliver.
9愿你的手举起，高过敌人！ 愿你的仇敌都被剪除！
9(5-8) Let Thy hand be lifted up above Thine adversaries, and let all Thine enemies be cut off.
10耶和华说：到那日， 我必从你中间剪除马匹， 毁坏车辆，
10(5-9) And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD, that I will cut off thy horses out of the midst of thee, and will destroy thy chariots;
11也必从你国中除灭城邑， 拆毁一切的保障，
11(5-10) And I will cut off the cities of thy land, and will throw down all thy strongholds;
12又必除掉你手中的邪术； 你那里也不再有占卜的。
12(5-11) And I will cut off witchcrafts out of thy hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers;
13我必从你中间除灭雕刻的偶像和柱像， 你就不再跪拜自己手所造的。
13(5-12) And I will cut off thy graven images and thy pillars out of the midst of thee; and thou shalt no more worship the work of thy hands.
14我必从你中间拔出木偶， 又毁灭你的城邑。
14(5-13) And I will pluck up thy Asherim out of the midst of thee; and I will destroy thine enemies.
15我也必在怒气和忿怒中向那不听从的列国施报。
15(5-14) And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the nations, because they hearkened not.
