1Then Job answered,
1ယောဘ ပြန် ၍ မြွက်ဆိုသည်ကား၊
2“Truly I know that it is so, but how can man be just with God?
2မှန် ပါ၏။ ထို စကားမှန် ကြောင်းကိုငါသိ ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း ၊ လူ သည် ဘုရား သခင့်ရှေ့ တော်၌ အဘယ် သို့ ဖြောင့်မတ် ရာသို့ ရောက်နိုင်သနည်း။
3If he is pleased to contend with him, he can’t answer him one time in a thousand.
3ဘုရားသခင် သည် အပြစ် တင်ခြင်းငှါ အလို တော်ရှိလျှင် ၊ လူ သည် အပြစ်တထောင် တွင် တခု မျှ မ ဖြေ နိုင်။
4God is wise in heart, and mighty in strength. Who has hardened himself against him and prospered?
4ဘုရားသခင် သည် ထူးဆန်း သော ဉာဏ် ၊ ကြီးစွာ သော တန်ခိုး နှင့် ပြည့်စုံ တော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ အဘယ် သူသည် အာဏာ တော်ကို ဆန် ၍အောင် နိုင်သနည်း။
5He removes the mountains, and they don’t know it, when he overturns them in his anger.
5ဘုရားသခင် သည် တောင် တို့ကို အမှတ် တမဲ့ရွှေ့ တော်မူ၏။ အမျက် ထွက်၍ မှောက်လှန် တော်မူ၏။
6He shakes the earth out of its place. Its pillars tremble.
6မြေကြီး ကိုရွေ့ စေခြင်းငှါ တွန်းတော်မူ၍၊ မြေ တိုင် တို့သည် တုန်လှုပ် ကြ၏။
7He commands the sun and it doesn’t rise, and seals up the stars.
7နေ ကို မှာ ထားတော်မူ၍ သူသည်မ ထွက် ရ။ ကြယ် တို့ကိုလည်း ကွယ် ထားတော်မူ၏။
8He alone stretches out the heavens, and treads on the waves of the sea.
8မိုဃ်း ကောင်းကင် ကို ကိုယ်တော်တပါး တည်း ဖြန့် မိုးတော်မူ၏။ သမုဒ္ဒရာ လှိုင်း တံပိုးကို နင်း တော်မူ၏။
9He makes the Bear, Orion, and the Pleiades, and the rooms of the south.
9အာရှ ကြယ်၊ ခသိလ ကြယ်၊ ခိမ ကြယ်စုမှစ၍တောင် မျက်နှာကြယ်တိုက် တို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူ၏။
10He does great things past finding out; yes, marvelous things without number.
10စစ် ၍မ သိနိုင်အောင် အလွန်ကြီး သောအမှု၊ မ ရေတွက် နိုင်အောင်များ၍ အံ့ဘွယ် သောအမှုတို့ကို ပြု တော်မူ၏။
11Behold, he goes by me, and I don’t see him. He passes on also, but I don’t perceive him.
11ငါ့ ရှေ့ မှာကြွ တော်မူ၍ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုငါမ မြင် ရ။ ရှောက် သွားတော်မူ၍ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ငါမ ရိပ်မိ ရ။
12Behold, he snatches away. Who can hinder him? Who will ask him, ‘What are you doing?’
12သိမ်းယူ တော်မူသောအခါ အဘယ် သူသည် ဆီးတား နိုင်သနည်း။ ကိုယ်တော် သည်အဘယ် သို့ပြု သနည်းဟု အဘယ် သူဆို ဝံ့သနည်း။
13“God will not withdraw his anger. The helpers of Rahab stoop under him.
13ဘုရား သခင်သည် အမျက် ပြေ တော်မ မူလျှင်၊ မာန ကြီး၍ အားပေးသောသူတို့သည် ရှေ့တော်၌ နှိမ့်ချ ခြင်း ကိုခံရကြ၏။
14How much less will I answer him, and choose my words to argue with him?
14ထိုမျှမကငါ သည်အဘယ် သို့ပြန် လျှောက်ရအံ့နည်း။ ရှေ့တော်၌ အဘယ်သို့သောစကား ကို ရွေး ၍ လျှောက်ရအံ့နည်း။
15Though I were righteous, yet I wouldn’t answer him. I would make supplication to my judge.
15ငါသည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သော်လည်း ပြန် ၍ မ လျှောက်ဝံ့ဘဲ၊ တရား မှုကို ဆုံးဖြတ် တော်မူ သော အရှင်ကို တောင်းပန် ရုံမျှသာပြုရ၏။
16If I had called, and he had answered me, yet I wouldn’t believe that he listened to my voice.
16ငါခေါ် ၍ အရှင်သည်ထူး တော်မူသော်လည်း ၊ ငါ့ စကား ကို နားထောင် တော်မူမည်ဟု ငါမ ယုံ နိုင်။
17For he breaks me with a storm, and multiplies my wounds without cause.
17အကြောင်းမူကား၊ မိုဃ်းသက် မုန်တိုင်းဖြင့် ငါ့ ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ ၍၊ အကြောင်း မရှိဘဲငါ ၌ အနာ တို့ကို များပြား စေတော်မူ၏။
18He will not allow me to catch my breath, but fills me with bitterness.
18ငါ့ ကို အသက် ရှူရသောအခွင့်မ ပေး။ ခါး စွာသော ဝေဒနာနှင့် ပြည့်စုံ စေတော်မူ၏။
19If it is a matter of strength, behold, he is mighty! If of justice, ‘Who,’ says he, ‘will summon me?’
19တန်ခိုး ကိုအမှီပြုမည်ဆိုသော် ၊ ဘုရားသခင် သည် တန်ခိုးကြီး တော်မူ၏။ တရား ကိုအမှီပြုမည်ဆို ပြန်သော်၊ အဘယ် သူသည် ငါ့ ဘက်၌ သက်သေခံမည်နည်း။
20Though I am righteous, my own mouth will condemn me. Though I am blameless, it will prove me perverse.
20ကိုယ်အပြစ် ကို ပြေစေခြင်းငှါပြုလျှင် ၊ ကိုယ် စကား အားဖြင့်တရား ရှုံးလိမ့်မည်။ ငါ သည် စုံလင် ပြီဟု ဆိုပြန်လျှင် ၊ ငါ့ သဘောကောက်ကြောင်း ထင်ရှား လိမ့်မည်။
21I am blameless. I don’t respect myself. I despise my life.
21တဖန်စုံလင် သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ် စိတ် သဘောကို ကိုယ် မ သိ ရ။ ကိုယ် အသက် ကို ပမာဏ မပြုရ။
22“It is all the same. Therefore I say he destroys the blameless and the wicked.
22ငါပြော အံ့သောစကားတချက် ဟူမူကား၊ ဘုရား သခင်သည် စုံလင် သောသူတို့ကို၎င်း ၊ ဆိုးညစ် သောသူတို့ ကို၎င်းဖျက်ဆီး တော်မူတတ်၏။
23If the scourge kills suddenly, he will mock at the trial of the innocent.
23ချက်ခြင်း ဘေး တစုံတခုရောက်သောအခါ ၊ အပြစ် မရှိ သော သူ ခံရသည် အကြောင်းကို ရယ် တော်မူ၏။
24The earth is given into the hand of the wicked. He covers the faces of its judges. If not he, then who is it?
24မြေကြီး ကိုလူဆိုး တို့ လက် ၌ အပ် ၍၊ တရား သူကြီးတို့၏ မျက်နှာ ကို ဖျက် တော်မူ၏။ သို့မဟုတ် ထိုအမှုကို စီရင်သောသူကားအဘယ် သူနည်း။
25“Now my days are swifter than a runner. They flee away. They see no good.
25တမြို့မှတမြို့သို့ စာပို့ သောလုလင်ထက် ၊ ငါ့ နေ့ ရက် တို့သည် လျင်မြန် ၍၊ ကောင်ကျိုး ကိုမ ခံရ ဘဲ ပြေး တတ် ကြ၏။
26They have passed away as the swift ships, as the eagle that swoops on the prey.
26လျင်မြန် သော သင်္ဘော ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ အကောင် ကို သုတ်လာ သောရွှေလင်းတ ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ လွန် သွားတတ်ကြ ၏။
27If I say, ‘I will forget my complaint, I will put off my sad face, and cheer up,’
27ငါသည်မြည်တမ်း သော စကားကိုဖြတ် ၍၊ ရွှင်လန်း သောမျက်နှာကိုဆောင်လျက်၊ ရဲရင့် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်မည်ဟု ငါ ဆို သော်လည်း၊
28I am afraid of all my sorrows. I know that you will not hold me innocent.
28ငါ ခံရသောဒုက္ခ ဝေဒနာများ သောကြောင့်၊ ကြောက် သောသဘောရှိ၏။ အပြစ် လွှတ်စေဟု ငါ ၌စီရင်တော် မ မူကြောင်း ကို ငါသိ ၏။
29I will be condemned. Why then do I labor in vain?
29ငါ သည် အပြစ် သင့်ရောက်သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့် အချည်းနှီး ကြိုးစား ရမည်နည်း။
30If I wash myself with snow, and cleanse my hands with lye,
30ငါ့ကိုယ်ကို မိုဃ်းပွင့် ရေ နှင့် ဆေး ၍၊ ငါ့ လက် ကို ရှင်းရှင်းစင်ကြယ် စေသော်လည်း၊
31yet you will plunge me in the ditch. My own clothes will abhor me.
31ရွှံ့ ထဲ သို့ တွန်းချ တော်မူ၍၊ ငါ့ အဝတ် ပင် ငါ့ ကိုယ် ကိုရွံ လိမ့်မည်။
32For he is not a man, as I am, that I should answer him, that we should come together in judgment.
32ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ စကားကို တ ဦး နှင့် တဦး တရား တွေ့နိုင် မည် အကြောင်း၊ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ငါ ကဲ့သို့ လူ ဖြစ်တော်မူသည်မ ဟုတ်။
33There is no umpire between us, that might lay his hand on us both.
33ငါ တို့နှစ် ဦးကို ဆီးတား ပိုင်သော စပ်ကြား နေ အမှုစောင့် မ ရှိ။
34Let him take his rod away from me. Let his terror not make me afraid;
34ငါ့ ကို ဒဏ်ခတ် တော်မမူပါစေနှင့်။ ပြု တော်မူ သောဘေး ကြောင့် ငါ မ ကြောက် ပါစေနှင့်။
35then I would speak, and not fear him, for I am not so in myself.
35သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် ၊ ငါသည်မ ကြောက် ဘဲပြော ရသော အခွင့်ရှိလိမ့်မည်။ ယခုမူကား ၊ ပြောရသောအခွင့်ကိုမ ရ။
