1Године двадесет седме царовања Јеровоамовог над Израиљем зацари се Азарија, син Амасијин над Јудом.
1In the twenty and seventh year of Jeroboam king of Israel began Azariah son of Amaziah king of Judah to reign.
2Беше му шеснаест година кад се зацари, и царова педесет и две године у Јерусалиму. Матери му беше име Јехолија, из Јерусалима.
2Sixteen years old was he when he began to reign; and he reigned two and fifty years in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Jecoliah of Jerusalem.
3Он чињаше што је право пред Господом сасвим као што је чинио Амасија, отац његов.
3And he did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD, according to all that his father Amaziah had done.
4Али висине не бише оборене: народ још приношаше жртве и кађаше на висинама.
4Howbeit the high places were not taken away; the people still sacrificed and offered in the high places.
5А Господ удари цара, те би губав до смрти своје; и живљаше у одвојеном дому; а Јотам, син царев управљаше двором и суђаше народу у земљи.
5And the LORD smote the king, so that he was a leper unto the day of his death, and dwelt in a house set apart. And Jotham the king's son was over the household, judging the people of the land.
6А остала дела Азаријина и све што је чинио, није ли то записано у дневнику царева Јудиних?
6Now the rest of the acts of Azariah, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?
7И почину Азарија код отаца својих, и погребоше га код отаца његових у граду Давидовом; а на његово се место зацари Јотам, син његов.
7And Azariah slept with his fathers; and they buried him with his fathers in the city of David; and Jotham his son reigned in his stead.
8Тридесет осме године царовања Азаријиног над Јудом зацари се Захарија, син Јеровоамов над Израиљем у Самарији, и царова шест месеци.
8In the thirty and eighth year of Azariah king of Judah did Zechariah the son of Jeroboam reign over Israel in Samaria six months.
9И чињаше што је зло пред Господом као што су чинили оци његови; не одступи од грехова Јеровоама, сина Наватовог, којима наведе на грех Израиља.
9And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, as his fathers had done; he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, wherewith he made Israel to sin.
10И побуни се на њ Салум, син Јависов, и уби га пред народом и погуби га, и зацари се на његово место.
10And Shallum the son of Jabesh conspired against him, and smote him before the people, and slew him, and reigned in his stead.
11А остала дела Захаријина, ено записана су у дневнику царева Израиљевих.
11Now the rest of the acts of Zechariah, behold, they are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel.
12То је реч Господња коју рече Јују говорећи: Синови твоји до четвртог колена седеће на престолу Израиљевом. И зби се тако.
12This was the word of the LORD which He spoke unto Jehu, saying: 'Thy sons to the fourth generation shall sit upon the throne of Israel.' And so it came to pass.
13Салум, син Јависов, зацари се тридесет девете године царовања Озијиног над Јудом, и царова месец дана у Самарији.
13Shallum the son of Jabesh began to reign in the nine and thirtieth year of Uzziah king of Judah; and he reigned the space of a month in Samaria.
14Јер Менајим, син Гадијев из Терсе подиже се и дође у Самарију и уби Салума, сина Јависовог у Самарији, и погуби га, и зацари се на његово место.
14And Menahem the son of Gadi went up from Tirzah, and came to Samaria, and smote Shallum the son of Jabesh in Samaria, and slew him, and reigned in his stead.
15А остала дела Салумова и буна коју подиже, ето, то је записано у дневнику царева Израиљевих.
15Now the rest of the acts of Shallum, and his conspiracy which he made, behold, they are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel.
16Тада Менајим раскопа Тапсу и поби све који беху у њој и у међама њеним од Терсе, јер му не отворише, зато их поби и све трудне жене њихове распори.
16Then Menahem smote Tiphsah, and all that were therein, and the borders thereof, from Tirzah; because they opened not to him, therefore he smote it; and all the women therein that were with child he ripped up.

17In the nine and thirtieth year of Azariah king of Judah began Menahem the son of Gadi to reign over Israel, and reigned ten years in Samaria.
18И чињаше што је зло пред Господом, не одступи свега века свог од грехова Јеровоама, сина Наватовог којима наведе на грех Израиља.
18And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD; he departed not all his days from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, wherewith he made Israel to sin.
19Тада Фул, цар асирски удари на земљу, а Менајим даде Фулу хиљаду таланата сребра да би му помогао да утврди царство у својој руци.
19There came against the land Pul the king of Assyria; and Menahem gave Pul a thousand talents of silver, that his hand might be with him to confirm the kingdom in his hand.
20А те новце узе Менајим од Израиља, од свих богатих људи, да их да цару асирском, од сваког по педесет сикала. Тако се врати цар асирски, и не забави се онде у земљи.
20And Menahem exacted the money of Israel, even of all the mighty men of wealth, of each man fifty shekels of silver, to give to the king of Assyria. So the king of Assyria turned back, and stayed not there in the land.

21Now the rest of the acts of Menahem, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
22И почину Менајим код отаца својих, а на његово се место зацари Факија, син његов.
22And Menahem slept with his fathers; and Pekahiah his son reigned in his stead.
23Године педесете царовања Азаријиног над Јудом зацари се Факија, син Менајимов над Израиљем у Самарији, и царова две године.
23In the fiftieth year of Azariah king of Judah Pekahiah the son of Menahem began to reign over Israel in Samaria, and reigned two years.
24И чињаше што је зло пред Господом, не одступи од грехова Јеровоама сина Наватовог, којима наведе на грех Израиља.
24And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD; he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, wherewith he made Israel to sin.
25И побуни се на њ Фекај син Ремалијин, војвода његов, и уби га у Самарији у царском двору, с Арговом и Аријем и с педесет људи синова Галадових; и убивши га зацари се на његово место.
25And Pekah the son of Remaliah, his captain, conspired against him, and smote him in Samaria, in the castle of the king's house, by Argob and by Arieh; and with him were fifty men of the Gileadites; and he slew him, and reigned in his stead.

27Године педесет друге Азарије, цара Јудиног, зацари се Фекај син Ремалијин над Израиљем у Самарији, и царова двадесет година.
27In the two and fiftieth year of Azariah king of Judah Pekah the son of Remaliah began to reign over Israel in Samaria, and reigned twenty years.
28И чињаше што је зло пред Господом, не одступи од грехова Јеровоама, сина Наватовог, којима наведе на грех Израиља.
28And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD; he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, wherewith he made Israel to sin.
29У време Фекаја, цара Израиљевог дође Теглат-Феласар цар асирски, и узе Ијон и Авел-Ветмаху и Јанох и Кедес и Асор и Галад и Галилеју, сву земљу Нефталимову, и пресели народ оданде у Асирију.
29In the days of Pekah king of Israel came Tiglath-pileser king of Assyria, and took Ijon, and Abel-beth-maacah, and Janoah, and Kedesh, and Hazor, and Gilead, and Galilee, all the land of Naphtali; and he carried them captive to Assyria.

30And Hoshea the son of Elah made a conspiracy against Pekah the son of Remaliah, and smote him, and slew him, and reigned in his stead, in the twentieth year of Jotham the son of Uzziah.

32In the second year of Pekah the son of Remaliah king of Israel began Jotham the son of Uzziah king of Judah to reign.
33Беше му двадесет и пет година кад поче царовати, и царова шеснаест година у Јерусалиму. Матери му беше име Јеруса, кћи Садокова.
33Five and twenty years old was he when he began to reign; and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Jerusha the daughter of Zadok.
34И чињаше што је право пред Господом, сасвим чињаше како је чинио Озија, отац његов.
34And he did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD; he did according to all that his father Uzziah had done.
35Али висине не бише оборене: народ још приношаше жртве и кађаше на висинама. Он начини највиша врата на дому Господњем.
35Howbeit the high places were not taken away; the people still sacrificed and offered in the high places. He built the upper gate of the house of the LORD.
36А остала дела Јотамова и све што је чинио, није ли записано у дневнику царева Јудиних?
36Now the rest of the acts of Jotham, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?
37У то време поче Господ пуштати на Јуду Ресина, цара сирског и Фекаја сина Ремалијиног.
37In those days the LORD began to send against Judah Rezin the king of Aram, and Pekah the son of Remaliah.
38И Јотам почину код отаца својих, и би погребен код отаца својих у граду Давида оца свог; а на његово се место зацари Ахаз, син његов.
38And Jotham slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David his father; and Ahaz his son reigned in his stead.
