1Now these are the generations of Aaron and Moses in the day that the LORD spoke with Moses in mount Sinai.
1این است انساب هارون و موسی در روزی که خداوند در کوه سینا با موسی متکلم شد.
2And these are the names of the sons of Aaron: Nadab the first-born, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
2و نامهای پسران هارون این است: نخست زاده‌اش ناداب و ابیهو و العازار و ایتامار.
3These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests that were anointed, whom he consecrated to minister in the priest's office.
3این است نامهای پسران هارون کهنه که مسح شده بودند که ایشان را برای کهانت تخصیص نمود.
4And Nadab and Abihu died before the LORD, when they offered strange fire before the LORD, in the wilderness of Sinai, and they had no children; and Eleazar and Ithamar ministered in the priest's office in the presence of Aaron their father.
4اما ناداب و ابیهو در حضور خداوندمردند، هنگامی که ایشان در بیابان سینا آتش غریب به حضور خداوند گذرانیدند، و ایشان را پسری نبود و العازار و ایتامار به حضور پدر خودهارون، کهانت می‌نمودند.
5And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:

6'Bring the tribe of Levi near, and set them before Aaron the priest, that they may minister unto him.
6«سبط لاوی را نزدیک آورده، ایشان را پیش هارون کاهن حاضر کن تا او را خدمت نمایند.
7And they shall keep his charge, and the charge of the whole congregation before the tent of meeting, to do the service of the tabernacle.
7وایشان شعائر او و شعائر تمامی جماعت را پیش خیمه اجتماع نگاه داشته، خدمت مسکن را بجاآورند.
8And they shall keep all the furniture of the tent of meeting, and the charge of the children of Israel, to do the service of the tabernacle.
8و جمیع اسباب خیمه اجتماع و شعائربنی‌اسرائیل را نگاه داشته، خدمت مسکن را بجاآورند.
9And thou shalt give the Levites unto Aaron and to his sons; they are wholly given unto him from the children of Israel.
9و لاویان را به هارون و پسرانش بده، زیراکه ایشان از جانب بنی‌اسرائیل بالکل به وی داده شده‌اند.
10And thou shalt appoint Aaron and his sons, that they may keep their priesthood; and the common man that draweth nigh shall be put to death.'
10و هارون و پسرانش را تعیین نما تاکهانت خود را بجا بیاورند، و غریبی که نزدیک آید، کشته شود.»
11And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
11و خداوند موسی را خطاب کرده، گفت:
12'And I, behold, I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel instead of every first-born that openeth the womb among the children of Israel; and the Levites shall be Mine;
12«که اینک من لاویان را از میان بنی‌اسرائیل، به عوض هر نخست زاده‌ای از بنی‌اسرائیل که رحم را بگشاید گرفته‌ام، پس لاویان از آن من می‌باشند.
13for all the first-born are Mine: on the day that I smote all the first-born in the land of Egypt I hallowed unto Me all the first-born in Israel, both man and beast, Mine they shall be: I am the LORD.'
13زیرا جمیع نخست زادگان از آن منند، و درروزی که همه نخست زادگان زمین مصر را کشتم، جمیع نخست زادگان اسرائیل را خواه از انسان وخواه از بهایم برای خود تقدیس نمودم، پس ازآن من می‌باشند. من یهوه هستم.»
14And the LORD spoke unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, saying:
14و خداوند موسی را در بیابان سینا خطاب کرده، گفت:
15'Number the children of Levi by their fathers' houses, by their families; every male from a month old and upward shalt thou number them.'
15«بنی لاوی را برحسب خاندان آباو قبایل ایشان بشمار، هر ذکور ایشان را از یک ماهه و زیاده بشمار.»
16And Moses numbered them according to the word of the LORD, as he was commanded.
16پس موسی برحسب قول خداوند چنانکه مامور شد، ایشان را شمرد.
17And these were the sons of Levi by their names: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari.
17وپسران لاوی موافق نامهای ایشان اینانند: جرشون و قهات و مراری.
18And these are the names of the sons of Gershon by their families: Libni and Shimei.
18و نامهای بنی جرشون برحسب قبایل ایشان این است: لبنی و شمعی.
19And the sons of Kohath by their families: Amram and Izhar, Hebron and Uzziel.
19و پسران قهات برحسب قبایل ایشان: عمرام ویصهار و حبرون و عزیئیل.
20And the sons of Merari by their families: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites according to their fathers' houses.
20و پسران مراری برحسب قبایل ایشان: محلی و موشی بودند. اینانند قبایل لاویان برحسب خاندان آبای ایشان.
21Of Gershon was the family of the Libnites, and the family of the Shimeites; these are the families of the Gershonites.
21و از جرشون، قبیله لبنی و قبیله شمعی. اینانند قبایل جرشونیان.
22Those that were numbered of them, according to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, even those that were numbered of them were seven thousand and five hundred.
22و شمرده شدگان ایشان به شماره همه ذکوران از یک ماهه و بالاتر، شمرده شدگان ایشان هفت هزار و پانصد نفربودند.
23The families of the Gershonites were to pitch behind the tabernacle westward;
23و قبایل جرشونیان در عقب مسکن، به طرف مغرب خیمه زنند.
24the prince of the fathers' house of the Gershonites being Eliasaph the son of Lael,
24و سرور خاندان آبای جرشونیان، الیاساف بن لایل باشد.
25and the charge of the sons of Gershon in the tent of meeting the tabernacle, and the Tent, the covering thereof, and the screen for the door of the tent of meeting,
25و ودیعت بنی جرشون در خیمه اجتماع، مسکن و خیمه وپوشش آن و پرده دروازه خیمه اجتماع باشد.
26and the hangings of the court, and the screen for the door of the court — which is by the tabernacle, and by the altar, round about—and the cords of it, even whatsoever pertaineth to the service thereof.
26و تجیرهای صحن و پرده دروازه صحن که پیش روی مسکن و به اطراف مذبح است وطنابهایش با هر خدمت آنها.
27And of Kohath was the family of the Amramites, and the family of the Izharites, and the family of the Hebronites, and the family of the Uzzielites; these are the families of the Kohathites:
27و از قهات، قبیله عمرامیان و قبیله یصهاریان و قبیله حبرونیان و قبیله عزیئیلیان، اینانند قبایل قهاتیان.
28according to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, eight thousand and six hundred, keepers of the charge of the sanctuary.
28به شماره همه ذکوران ازیک ماهه و بالاتر، هشت هزار و شش صد نفربودند که ودیعت قدس را نگاه می‌داشتند.
29The families of the sons of Kohath were to pitch on the side of the tabernacle southward;
29وقبایل بنی قهات به طرف جنوب مسکن، خیمه بزنند.
30the prince of the fathers' house of the families of the Kohathites being Elizaphan the son of Uzziel,
30و سرور خاندان آبای قبایل قهاتیان، الیاصافان بن عزیئیل باشد.
31and their charge the ark, and the table, and the candlestick, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary wherewith the priests minister, and the screen, and all that pertaineth to the service thereof;
31و ودیعت ایشان تابوت و میز و شمعدان و مذبح‌ها و اسباب قدس که با آنها خدمت می‌کنند، و حجاب و هر خدمت آن باشد.
32Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest being prince of the princes of the Levites, and having the oversight of them that keep the charge of the sanctuary.
32و سرور سروران لاویان، العازار بن هارون کاهن باشد، و نظارت نگهبانان خدمت قدس، او را خواهد بود.
33Of Merari was the family of the Mahlites, and the family of the Mushites; these are the families of Merari.
33و از مراری، قبیله محلیان و قبیله موشیان؛ اینانند قبایل مراری.
34And those that were numbered of them, according to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, were six thousand and two hundred;
34و شمرده شدگان ایشان وشماره همه ذکوران از یک ماهه و بالاتر، شش هزار و دویست نفر بودند.
35the prince of the fathers' house of the families of Merari being Zuriel the son of Abihail; they were to pitch on the side of the tabernacle northward;
35و سرور خاندان آبای قبایل مراری، صوریئیل بن ابیحایل باشد وایشان به طرف شمالی مسکن، خیمه بزنند.
36the appointed charge of the sons of Merari being the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and the sockets thereof, and all the instruments thereof, and all that pertaineth to the service thereof;
36وودیعت معین بنی مراری، تختهای مسکن وپشت بندهایش و ستونهایش و پایه هایش وتمامی اسبابش با تمامی خدمتش باشد.
37and the pillars of the court round about, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords.
37وستونهای اطراف صحن و پایه های آنها و میخها وطنابهای آنها.
38And those that were to pitch before the tabernacle eastward, before the tent of meeting toward the sunrising, were Moses, and Aaron and his sons, keeping the charge of the sanctuary, even the charge for the children of Israel; and the common man that drew nigh was to be put to death.
38و پیش مسکن به طرف مشرق و پیش روی خیمه اجتماع به طرف طلوع شمس، موسی وهارون و پسرانش خیمه بزنند و نگاهبانی قدس راو نگاهبانی بنی‌اسرائیل را بدارند. و هر غریبی که نزدیک آید، کشته شود.
39All that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron numbered at the commandment of the LORD, by their families, all the males from a month old and upward, were twenty and two thousand.
39و جمع شمرده شدگان لاویان که موسی و هارون ایشان را برحسب قبایل ایشان و فرمان خداوند شمردند، همه ذکوران ازیک ماهه و بالاتر، بیست و دو هزار نفر بودند.
40And the LORD said unto Moses: 'Number all the first-born males of the children of Israel from a month old and upward, and take the number of their names.
40و خداوند به موسی گفت: «جمیع نخست زادگان نرینه بنی‌اسرائیل را از یک ماهه وبالاتر بشمار، و حساب نامهای ایشان را بگیر.
41And thou shalt take the Levites for Me, even the LORD, instead of all the first-born among the children of Israel; and the cattle of the Levites instead of all the firstlings among the cattle of the children of Israel.'
41ولاویان را به عوض همه نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل برای من که یهوه هستم بگیر، و بهایم لاویان را به عوض همه نخست زادگان بهایم بنی‌اسرائیل.»
42And Moses numbered, as the LORD commanded him, all the first-born among the children of Israel.
42پس موسی چنانکه خداوند او را امرفرموده بود، همه نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل راشمرد.
43And all the first-born males according to the number of names, from a month old and upward, of those that were numbered of them, were twenty and two thousand two hundred and threescore and thirteen.
43و جمیع نخست زادگان نرینه، برحسب شماره اسم های شمرده شدگان ایشان از یک ماهه و بالاتر، بیست و دو هزار و دویست و هفتاد و سه نفر بودند.
44And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
44و خداوند موسی را خطاب کرده، گفت:
45'Take the Levites instead of all the first-born among the children of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of their cattle; and the Levites shall be Mine, even the LORD'S.
45«لاویان را به عوض جمیع نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل، و بهایم لاویان را به عوض بهایم ایشان بگیر، و لاویان از آن من خواهند بود. من یهوه هستم.
46And as for the redemption of the two hundred and three score and thirteen of the first-born of the children of Israel, that are over and above the number of the Levites,
46و اما درباره فدیه دویست و هفتادو سه نفر از نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل که برلاویان زیاده‌اند،
47thou shalt take five shekels apiece by the poll; after the shekel of the sanctuary shalt thou take them — the shekel is twenty gerahs.
47پنج مثقال برای هر سری بگیر، آن را موافق مثقال قدس که بیست جیره یک مثقال باشد، بگیر.
48And thou shalt give the money wherewith they that remain over of them are redeemed unto Aaron and to his sons.'
48و نقد فدیه آنانی که از ایشان زیاده‌اند به هارون و پسرانش بده.»
49And Moses took the redemption-money from them that were over and above them that were redeemed by the Levites;
49پس موسی نقد فدیه را از آنانی که زیاده بودند، بر کسانی که لاویان فدیه آنها شده بودند، گرفت.
50from the first-born of the children of Israel took he the money: a thousand three hundred and threescore and five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
50و از نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل نقد راکه هزار و سیصد و شصت و پنج مثقال موافق مثقال قدس باشد، گرفت.
51And Moses gave the redemption-money unto Aaron and to his sons, according to the word of the LORD, as the LORD commanded Moses.
51و موسی نقد فدیه رابرحسب قول خداوند چنانکه خداوند موسی راامر فرموده بود، به هارون و پسرانش داد.
