1And the princes of the people dwelt in Jerusalem; the rest of the people also cast lots, to bring one of ten to dwell in Jerusalem the holy city, and nine parts in the other cities.
1И населише се кнезови народни у Јерусалиму, а остали народ мета жреб да узму једног од десет да седи у Јерусалиму светом граду, и осталих девет делова по другим градовима.
2And the people blessed all the men that willingly offered themselves to dwell in Jerusalem.
2И благослови народ све људе који сами од своје воље присташе да седе у Јерусалиму.
3Now these are the chiefs of the province that dwelt in Jerusalem; but in the cities of Judah dwelt every one in his possession in their cities, to wit, Israelites, the priests, and the Levites, and the Nethinim, and the children of Solomon's servants.
3Ово су главари земаљски који се населише у Јерусалиму, а по осталим градовима јудејским настанише се сваки на свом наследству по градовима својим Израиљци свештеници и Левити, Нетинеји и синови слуга Соломунових:
4And in Jerusalem dwelt certain of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin. Of the children of Judah: Athaiah the son of Uzziah, the son of Zechariah, the son of Amariah, the son of Shephatiah, the son of Mahalalel, of the children of Perez;
4У Јерусалиму, дакле, населише се неки од синова Јудиних и Венијаминових: од синова Јудиних: Атаја син Озије, сина Захарије, сина Амарије, сина Сефатије, сина Малелеиловог, од синова Фаресових;
5and Maaseiah the son of Baruch, the son of Colhozeh, the son of Hazaiah, the son of Adaiah, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zechariah, the son of the Shilonite.
5и Масија, син Варуха сина Холозе сина Азаје, сина Адаје, сина Јојарива сина Захрије, сина Силонијевог;
6All the sons of Perez that dwelt in Jerusalem were four hundred threescore and eight valiant men.
6свега синова Фаресових што се населише у Јерусалиму, четири стотине и шездесет и осам храбрих људи.
7And these are the sons of Benjamin: Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Joed, the son of Pedaiah, the son of Kolaiah, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Ithiel, the son of Jeshaiah.
7А између синова Венијаминових: Салуј син Месулама, сина Јоада, сина Федаје, сина Колаје, сина Масија, сина Итила, сина Исаијиног,
8And after him Gabbai, Sallai, nine hundred twenty and eight.
8и за њим Гава, Салај девет стотина и двадесет и осам;
9And Joel the son of Zichri was their overseer; and Judah the son of Hassenuah was second over the city.
9а Јоило, син Захријев беше над њима, а Јуда син Сенујин беше други над градом.
10Of the priests: Jedaiah the son of Joiarib, Jachin,

11Seraiah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, the ruler of the house of God,
11Сераја син Хелкије, сина Месулама, сина Садока, сина Мерајота, сина Ахитововог, старешина у дому Божјем,
12and their brethren that did the work of the house, eight hundred twenty and two; and Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pelaliah, the son of Amzi, the son of Zechariah, the son of Pashhur, the son of Malchijah,
12а браће њихове што служаху у дому осам стотина и двадесет и два; и Адаја, син Јероама, сина Фелалије, сина Амсија, сина Захарије, сина Пасхора, сина Малхијиног,
13and his brethren, chiefs of fathers' houses, two hundred forty and two; and Amashsai the son of Azarel, the son of Ahzai, the son of Meshillemoth, the son of Immer,
13и браће његове главара у домовима отачким двеста и четрдесет и два; и Амасај, син Азреила, сина Азаја; сина Месилемота, сина Имировог,
14and their brethren, mighty men of valour, a hundred twenty and eight; and their overseer was Zabdiel, the son of Haggedolim.
14и браће њихове храбрих људи сто и двадесет и осам, а над њима беше Завдило, син Гедолимов.
15And of the Levites: Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Bunni;
15И од Левита: Семаја сина Асува сина Азрикама, сина Асавије, сина Вунијевог;
16and Shabbethai and Jozabad, of the chiefs of the Levites, who had the oversight of the outward business of the house of God;
16и Саветај, и Јозавад беху над послом спољашњим за дом Божји између главара левитских,
17and Mattaniah the son of Mica, the son of Zabdi, the son of Asaph, who was the chief to begin the thanksgiving in prayer, and Bakbukiah, the second among his brethren; and Abda the son of Shammua, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun.
17а Матанија, син Михе сина Завдија сина Асафовог беше поглавар који почињаше хвалу у молитви, и Ваквукија други између браће своје, и Авда син Салије сина Галала сина Једутуновог;
18All the Levites in the holy city were two hundred fourscore and four.
18свега Левита у светом граду беше две стотине и осамдесет и четири.
19Moreover the porters, Akkub, Talmon, and their brethren, that kept watch at the gates, were a hundred seventy and two.
19А од вратара: Акув, Талмон, и браћа њихова што чуваху стражу на вратима, сто и седамдесет и два;
20And the residue of Israel, of the priests, the Levites, were in all the cities of Judah, every one in his inheritance.
20а остатак народа Израиљевог, свештеника и Левита беше по свим градовима Јудиним, свак на свом наследству;
21But the Nethinim dwelt in Ophel; and Ziha and Gishpa were over the Nethinim.
21а Нетинеји населише се у Офилду, и Сиха и Гиспа беху над Нетинејима.
22The overseer also of the Levites at Jerusalem was Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Mica, of the sons of Asaph, the singers, over the business of the house of God.
22А над Левитима у Јерусалиму беше Озија, син Ванија, сина Асавије, сина Матаније, сина Мишиног. Између синова Асафових, певачи беху у служби за дом Божји.
23For there was a commandment from the king concerning them, and a sure ordinance concerning the singers, as every day required.
23Јер беше царева заповест за њих и беше одређена плата певачима за сваки дан.
24And Pethahiah the son of Meshezabel, of the children of Zerah the son of Judah, was at the king's hand in all matters concerning the people.
24И Петаја, син Месизавеилов од синова Заре сина Јудиног беше место цара за сваки посао с народом.
25And for the villages, with their fields, some of the children of Judah dwelt in Kiriath-arba and the towns thereof, and in Dibon and the towns thereof, and in Jekabzeel and the villages thereof;
25А по селима и пољима њиховим неко од синова Јудиних настани се у Киријат-Арви и засеоцима њеним, и у Дивону и засеоцима његовим, и у Јекавсеилу и селима његовим,
26and in Jeshua, and in Moladah, and Beth-pelet;
26и у Јесуји и Молади и Вет-Фелету,
27and in Hazar-shual, and in Beer-sheba and the towns thereof;
27и у Асар-Суалу и Вирсавеји и засеоцима њеним,
28and in Ziklag, and in Meconah and in the towns thereof;
28и у Сиклагу и у Мекони и засеоцима њеним,
29and in En-rimmon, and in Zorah, and in Jarmuth;
29и у Ен-Римону и у Сареји и у Јармоту,
30Zanoah, Adullam, and their villages, Lachish and the fields thereof, Azekah and the towns thereof. So they encamped from Beer-sheba unto the valley of Hinnom.
30у Заноји, у Одоламу и селима њиховим, у Лахису с пољем његовим, у Азици и засеоцима њеним. И тако се населише од Вирсавеје до долине Емона.
31And the children of Benjamin from Geba onward, at Michmas and Aijah, and at Beth-el and the towns thereof;
31А синови Венијаминови населише се од Гаваје у Михамасу и Аји и Ветиљу и засеоцима његовим,
32at Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah;
32у Анатоту, у Нову, Ананији,
33Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim;
33у Асору, у Рами, у Гитајиму,
34Hadid, Zeboim, Neballat;
34у Адиду, у Севојиму, у Невалату,
35Lod, and Ono, Ge-harashim.
35у Лоду, у Онону, и у долини дрводељској.
36And of the Levites, certain courses in Judah were joined to Benjamin.
