1And I commend to you Phebe, our sister, who is in the ministry of the church, that is in Cenchrae:
1Poroučímť pak vám Fében, sestru naši, služebnici církve Cenchrenské,
2That you receive her in the Lord as becometh saints; and that you assist her in whatsoever business she shall have need of you. For she also hath assisted many, and myself also.
2Abyste ji přijali v Pánu, tak jakž sluší na svaté, a abyste jí pomocni byli, jestliže by vás v čem potřebovala. Nebo i ona mnohým hostem ochotně posluhovala, až i mně také.
3Salute Prisca and Aquila, my helpers in Christ Jesus,
3Pozdravte Priscilly a Akvila, pomocníků mých v Kristu Ježíši,
4(Who have for my life laid down their own necks: to whom not I only give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles,)
4Kteříž pro můj život svých vlastních hrdel nasadili, jimžto ne já sám toliko děkuji, ale i všecky církve pohanské,
5And the church which is in their house. Salute Epenetus, my beloved: who is the firstfruits of Asia in Christ.

6Salute Mary, who hath laboured much among you.

7Salute Andronicus and Junias, my kinsmen and fellow prisoners: who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.

8Salute Ampliatus, most beloved to me in the Lord.

9Salute Urbanus, our helper in Christ Jesus, and Stachys, my beloved.

10Salute Apelles, approved in Christ.

11Salute them that are of Aristobulus’ household. Salute Herodian, my kinsman. Salute them that are of Narcissus’ household, who are in the Lord.

12Salute Tryphaena and Tryphosa, who labour in the Lord. Salute Persis, the dearly beloved, who hath much laboured in the Lord.
12Pozdravte Tryfény a Tryfózy, kteréž práci vedou v Pánu. Pozdravte Persidy milé, kteráž mnoho pracovala v Pánu.
13Salute Rufus, elect in the Lord, and his mother and mine.
13Pozdravte Rufa, zvláštního v Pánu, a matky jeho i mé.
14Salute Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren that are with them.
14Pozdravte Asynkrita, Flegonta, Hermy, Patroba, Merkuria, i jiných bratří, kteříž jsou s nimi.
15Salute Philologus and Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympias; and all the saints that are with them.
15Pozdravte Filologa i Julie, Nerea a sestry jeho, i Olympa i všech svatých, kteříž jsou s nimi.
16Salute one another with an holy kiss. All the churches of Christ salute you.
16Pozdravte sebe vespolek v políbení svatém. Pozdravujíť vás církve Kristovy.
17Now I beseech you, brethren, to mark them who make dissensions and offences contrary to the doctrine which you have learned, and avoid them.
17Prosímť pak vás, bratří, abyste šetřili těch, kteříž různice a pohoršení činí, naodpor učení tomu, kterémuž jste vy se naučili, a varujte se jich.
18For they that are such, serve not Christ our Lord, but their own belly; and by pleasing speeches and good words, seduce the hearts of the innocent.
18Nebo takoví Pánu našemu Ježíši Kristu neslouží, ale svému břichu; a skrze lahodné řeči a pochlebenství svodí srdce prostých.
19For your obedience is published in every place. I rejoice therefore in you. But I would have you to be wise in good, and simple in evil.
19Nebo vaše poslušenství všechněch došlo. A protož se raduji z vás. Než chciť, abyste byli moudří k dobrému, a prostí k zlému.
20And the God of peace crush Satan under your feet speedily. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
20Bůh pak pokoje potře satana pod nohy vaše brzo. Milost Pána našeho Jezukrista budiž s vámi. Amen.
21Timothy, my fellow labourer, saluteth you, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my kinsmen.
21Pozdravují vás Timoteus, pomocník můj, a Lucius, a Jázon, a #Sozipater, příbuzní moji.
22I Tertius, who wrote this epistle, salute you in the Lord.
22Pozdravuji vás v Pánu já Tercius, kterýž jsem psal tento list.
23Caius, my host, and the whole church, saluteth you. Erastus, the treasurer of the city, saluteth you, and Quartus, a brother.
23Pozdravuje vás Gáius, hospodář můj i vší církve. Pozdravuje vás Erastus, důchodní písař městský, a Kvartus bratr.
24The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
24Milost Pána našeho Jezukrista se všemi vámi. Amen.
25Now to him that is able to establish you, according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret from eternity,
25Tomu pak, jenž může vás utvrditi podle evangelium mého a kázání Ježíše Krista, podle zjevení tajemství od časů věčných skrytého,
26(Which now is made manifest by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the precept of the eternal God, for the obedience of faith,) known among all nations;
26Nyní pak zjeveného i skrze Písma prorocká, podle poručení věčného Boha, ku poslušenství víry všechněm národům oznámeného,
27To God the only wise, through Jesus Christ, to whom be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
27Tomu, pravím, samému moudrému Bohu sláva skrze Jezukrista na věky. Amen List tento k Římanům psán jest z Korintu, a poslán po Fében, služebnici sboru Cenchrenského.
