Testamenta Marra (Dieri New Testament)
King James Version with Apocrypha
1Ja Jesujeli kalabana wonti ja nakaldra jeribaka jaurali tanangu kaukaubana wonti ja jatana wonti:
1And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said,
2„Pariwilpaia milila mitaia kapara jeribaka nganai, nulu noapatamalini buka ngankingana wonti nunkani ngatamuraia.
2The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,
3Ja nulu mili worana nunkani jinpana wonti kamaneli karkala noapatamalini bukaia ja tana delkina wonti.
3And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.
4Nakaldra nulu mili nguru jinpana wonti ja jatana wonti: «Kamanelini jatanimai: Mai, buka ngakani ngato matja ngankingana, nganti pirna ngakani ja nganti manipirna ngato nandrana ja pratjana ngankingana warai; kaparanau noapatamalini bukaia.»
4Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage.
5Ja tanali bulu ngarana wonti ja wapana wonti, kulno mitaia nunkanaia, ja kulno ngankanaia nunkanaia;
5But they made light of it , and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:
6Palpali mili nunkani patana wonti ja tanana ngirkibana wonti ja naria nandrana wonti.
6And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them .
7Mitaia kaparali jenia ngarana, nau tiri pantjina wonti ja mili wolara nunkani jinpana wonti ja tanapini naria nandranietja nandrana wonti, ja ngura tanani nulu japina wonti.
7But when the king heard thereof , he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
8Ngadani nau milini nunkanani jatana wonti: «Noapatamalini buka ngato matja ngankingana, windri kamaneli wora wata talku nganai nunkanaia.»
8Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.
9Ngangau palto kunarkuja wapanau, ja noapatamalini bukaia karkanimai pratjana, jura mankamankala nganai.
9Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.
10Ja tana mili wapana wonti paltuni, ja tanali pratjana kampana wonti, tanana matja mankamankana, madlentji ja ngumu. Ja noapatamalini punga manamiririna wonti kamanelieli.
10So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.
11Ja mitaia kapara wirina wonti kamaneli najinajibala, ja nulu naka najina wonti kana kulno noapatamalini kati pani.
11¶ And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:
12Ja nau jatana wonti nunkangu: «Kamaneliai, worderu jidni ninkida wirina warai noapatamalini kati pani?» Ja nau ngapurina wonti.
12And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
13Mitaia kapara milini nunkanani jatana wonti: «Ninaia mara ja tidna dupudupu ngankanau, ja ninaia patanau, ja woranimai ngalpuru pirnaia; naka nauja pirna ngirikidala nganai ja mana katakatangala nganai.»
13Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
14Ngangau marapu matja karkana ja windri ngalje kalkalkana.“ (Ngantjani‐jaura G. D. 23. Trinitatis.)
14For many are called, but few are chosen.
15Ngadani Pharisaia wapana wonti ja ngankamalina wonti, nina jaurali mintieli jeribaka patala.
15¶ Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk.
16Ja tanali tanani ja Herodini mili nunkangu jinpana wonti ja jatana wonti: „Ngujangujara jinkinietjajai, ngaiani milkila jidni morlalu nganai, ja Godaia paltundru jundru ngujangujara morlalu jinkiai, ja jidni manubaku nganai kanani, ngangau jundru wata kana mudla ngundrai.
16And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man : for thou regardest not the person of men.
17Ngaianingu jatau: Mina jundru ngundrai, jenia talku nganai mitaia kaparani kalala jinkila kara, pani kara?“
17Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?
18Jesujeli madlentji tanani matja ngujamana, Nau jatana wonti: „Minandru jura ngana wontjai, jura kana jeljujelju?
18But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites?
19Kalalaia mardatandra ngakangu wondralkanau.“ Tanali nunkangu mardatandra kulno wondralkana wonti.
19Shew me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny.
20Ja Nau jatana wonti tanangu: „Waninunkani mudla naupini nganai, ja mina jaura dirkalani parai?“
20And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?
21Tana nunkangu jatana wonti: „Mitaia kaparaia.“ Nau tanangu jatana wonti: „Jinkianau kaparaia poto kaparani ja Godaia poto Godani!“
21They say unto him, Cæsar’s. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Cæsar the things which are Cæsar’s; and unto God the things that are God’s.
22Tanali jenia matja ngarana, tana pirna ngaruparana wonti, ja nina worarana wonti ja wapana wonti.
22When they had heard these words , they marvelled, and left him, and went their way.
23Nunkangupini ditjini bakana Sadducaia wokarana wonti, tanaia jatai: „Narila wata morla jiritjila nganai;“ ja tanali nina jakalkana wonti,
23¶ The same day came to him the Sadducees, which say that there is no resurrection, and asked him,
24Ja tana jatana wonti: „Ngujangujara jinkinietjajai, Moses jatana wonti: Kana kulno kupa pani palinani, ngatatajeli nunkanali noa nunkani patananto ja nejini nunkanani ngatamura jiritjibananto.
24Saying, Master, Moses said, If a man die, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
25Ngaianingu neji mara wora ja mandru nganana wonti, ja ngoperalali noa patana wonti ja palina wonti; ja ngangau nulu ngatamura pani ngamalkana, nulu noa nunkani ngatatani nunkanani worarana wonti.
25Now there were with us seven brethren: and the first, when he had married a wife, deceased, and, having no issue, left his wife unto his brother:
26Nunkangu jeribaka bakana mandrulali ja parkulali mara wora ja mandrujelu.
26Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.
27Pratjaterinani ngadani bakana widla palina wonti.
27And last of all the woman died also.
28Terkakani ditjini, waninunkani noa mara wora ja mandrundru nani nganala nganai, ngangau tanali marapujeli nana ngamalkana wonti?“
28Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her.
29Jesujeli kalabana wonti ja tanangu jatana wonti: „Jura tjautjau ngundrai, ngangau jura jaura worana ja Godaia ngurula wata ngujamai.
29Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.
30Ngangau terkakani ditjini tanali wata noa patai ja wata noa pantjiai, a‐ai, tana Godaia angelani pariwilpani jeribaka nganala nganai.
30For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
31Nari jiritjinandru jura wata warapanala, mina Godali jurangu kaukaubana wonti, Nauja jatana wonti:
31But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying,
32«Ngani nganai Abrahamani Goda ja Isaakani Goda ja Jakobani Goda?» Goda wata naria Goda nganai, a‐ai, tepia.“
32I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.
33Ja kana wolarali jenia matja ngarana, tana nunkani ngujangujarandru pirna ngaruparana wonti. (Ngantjani‐jaura G. D. 18. Trinitatis.)
33And when the multitude heard this , they were astonished at his doctrine.
34Pharisaiali matja ngarana, Nulu Sadducaia ngapu ngankana warai, tana jerra jurborina wonti.
34¶ But when the Pharisees had heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together.
35Ja kulnujeli tanangundru, jirijiribani jaura jinkinietjali, nina jakalkana wonti ja wontjana wonti:
35Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question , tempting him, and saying,
36„Ngujangujara jinkinietjajai, wodanau jirijiribani jauraia kapara nganai jirijiribani jaurani?“
36Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37Jesus nunkangu jatana wonti: „Jundru Goda, Kapara jinkani, ngantjamai ngarali jinkanali mungarali jinkanali ja manujeli jinkanali.
37Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38Naupini jirijiribani jauraia ngoperala ja kapara nganai;
38This is the first and great commandment.
39Ja kulno nunkangu jeribaka nganai: Ngurala jinkani ngantjamai, jidna munta jeribaka.
39And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40Pudlangupini jirijiribani jaurani jirijiribani jaura ja Prophetaia pratjana parai.“
40On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
41Jendranguta Pharisaia mapaterina wonti, ja Jesujeli tanana jakalkana wonti,
41¶ While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them,
42Ja jatana wonti: „Mina jura ngundrai Christungundru, wani Ngatamura Nauja?“ Tana jatana wonti nunkangu: „Davidani.“
42Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The Son of David.
43Nau tanangu jatana wonti: „Worderu Davidali Jaolali nina Kapara dikai, nau jatana wonti:
43He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying,
44«Kapara jatanala Kaparani ngakanani: Ngakangu ngunarani ngamana ngariau, ngato talpala jinkani jinkangu tidnani kuranantulu, tidnaparani piri jeribaka?»
44The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?
45Davidali nina Kapara dikanani, worderu Nau nunkani ngatamura nganai?“
45If David then call him Lord, how is he his son?
46Ja tana ngandandarina wonti nunkangu jaura kulno kalabala; ja wata kulnujeli morla wontjana wonti nina jakalkala nunkangupini ditjindru.
46And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.
