1以色列 王 耶羅波安 二十七年， 猶大 王 亞瑪謝 的兒子 亞撒利雅 登基，
1In the twenty-seventh year of Jeroboam’s reign over Israel, Azariah son of Amaziah became king of Judah.
2他登基的時候年十六歲，在 耶路撒冷 作王五十二年。他母親名叫 耶可利雅 ，是 耶路撒冷 人。
2He was sixteen years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem fifty-two years. His mother’s name was Jecoliah; she was from Jerusalem.
3亞撒利雅 行耶和華眼中看為正的事，效法他父親 亞瑪謝 一切所行的；
3And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, just as his father Amaziah had done.
4只是邱壇還沒有廢去，百姓仍在那裏獻祭燒香。
4Nevertheless, the high places were not taken away; the people continued sacrificing and burning incense there.
5耶和華降災與王，使他長大痲瘋，直到死日，他就住在別的宮裏。他的兒子 約坦 管理家事，治理國民。
5And the LORD afflicted the king with leprosy until the day he died, so that he lived in a separate house while his son Jotham had charge of the palace and governed the people of the land.
6亞撒利雅 其餘的事，凡他所行的都寫在 猶大 列王記上。
6As for the rest of the acts of Azariah, along with all his accomplishments, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah?
7亞撒利雅 與他列祖同睡，葬在 大衛城 他列祖的墳地裏。他兒子 約坦 接續他作王。
7And Azariah rested with his fathers and was buried near them in the City of David. And his son Jotham reigned in his place.
8猶大 王 亞撒利雅 三十八年， 耶羅波安 的兒子 撒迦利雅 在 撒馬利亞 作 以色列 王六個月。
8In the thirty-eighth year of Azariah’s reign over Judah, Zechariah son of Jeroboam became king of Israel, and he reigned in Samaria six months.
9他行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，效法他列祖所行的，不離開 尼八 的兒子 耶羅波安 使 以色列 人陷在罪裏的那罪。
9And he did evil in the sight of the LORD, as his fathers had done. He did not turn away from the sins that Jeroboam son of Nebat had caused Israel to commit.
10雅比 的兒子 沙龍 背叛他，在百姓面前擊殺他，篡了他的位。
10Then Shallum son of Jabesh conspired against Zechariah, struck him down and killed him in front of the people, and reigned in his place.
11撒迦利雅 其餘的事都寫在 以色列 諸王記上。
11As for the rest of the acts of Zechariah, they are indeed written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel.
12這是從前耶和華應許 耶戶 說：「你的子孫必坐 以色列 的國位直到四代。」這話果然應驗了。
12So the word of the LORD spoken to Jehu was fulfilled: “Four generations of your sons will sit on the throne of Israel.”
13猶大 王 烏西雅 三十九年， 雅比 的兒子 沙龍 登基在 撒馬利亞 作王一個月。
13In the thirty-ninth year of Uzziah’s reign over Judah, Shallum son of Jabesh became king, and he reigned in Samaria one full month.
14迦底 的兒子 米拿現 從 得撒 上 撒馬利亞 ，殺了 雅比 的兒子 沙龍 ，篡了他的位。
14Then Menahem son of Gadi went up from Tirzah to Samaria, struck down and killed Shallum son of Jabesh, and reigned in his place.

15As for the rest of the acts of Shallum, along with the conspiracy he led, they are indeed written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel.
16那時 米拿現 從 得撒 起攻打 提斐薩 和其四境，擊殺城中一切的人，剖開其中所有的孕婦，都因他們沒有給他開城。
16At that time Menahem, starting from Tirzah, attacked Tiphsah and everyone in its vicinity, because they would not open their gates. So he attacked Tiphsah and ripped open all the pregnant women.
17猶大 王 亞撒利雅 三十九年， 迦底 的兒子 米拿現 登基，在 撒馬利亞 作 以色列 王十年。
17In the thirty-ninth year of Azariah’s reign over Judah, Menahem son of Gadi became king of Israel, and he reigned in Samaria ten years.
18他行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，終身不離開 尼八 的兒子 耶羅波安 使 以色列 人陷在罪裏的那罪。
18And he did evil in the sight of the LORD, and throughout his reign he did not turn away from the sins that Jeroboam son of Nebat had caused Israel to commit.
19亞述 王 普勒 來攻擊 以色列 國， 米拿現 給他一千他連得銀子，請 普勒 幫助他堅定國位。
19Then Pul king of Assyria invaded the land, and Menahem gave Pul a thousand talents of silver in order to gain his support and strengthen his own grip on the kingdom.
20米拿現 向 以色列 一切大富戶索要銀子，使他們各出五十舍客勒，就給了 亞述 王。於是 亞述 王回去，不在國中停留。
20Menahem exacted this money from each of the wealthy men of Israel—fifty shekels of silver from each man—to give to the king of Assyria. So the king of Assyria withdrew and did not remain in the land.
21米拿現 其餘的事，凡他所行的都寫在 以色列 諸王記上。
21As for the rest of the acts of Menahem, along with all his accomplishments, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel?
22米拿現 與他列祖同睡。他兒子 比加轄 接續他作王。
22And Menahem rested with his fathers, and his son Pekahiah reigned in his place.
23猶大 王 亞撒利雅 五十年， 米拿現 的兒子 比加轄 在 撒馬利亞 登基作 以色列 王二年。
23In the fiftieth year of Azariah’s reign over Judah, Pekahiah son of Menahem became king of Israel and reigned in Samaria two years.
24他行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，不離開 尼八 的兒子 耶羅波安 使 以色列 人陷在罪裏的那罪。
24And he did evil in the sight of the LORD and did not turn away from the sins that Jeroboam son of Nebat had caused Israel to commit.
25比加轄 的將軍、 利瑪利 的兒子 比加 背叛他，在 撒馬利亞 王宮裏的衛所殺了他。 亞珥歌伯 和 亞利耶 並 基列 的五十人幫助 比加 ； 比加 擊殺他，篡了他的位。
25Then his officer, Pekah son of Remaliah, conspired against him along with Argob, Arieh, and fifty men of Gilead. And at the citadel of the king’s palace in Samaria, Pekah struck down and killed Pekahiah and reigned in his place.

27猶大 王 亞撒利雅 五十二年， 利瑪利 的兒子 比加 在 撒馬利亞 登基作 以色列 王二十年。
27In the fifty-second year of Azariah’s reign over Judah, Pekah son of Remaliah became king of Israel, and he reigned in Samaria twenty years.
28他行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，不離開 尼八 的兒子 耶羅波安 使 以色列 人陷在罪裏的那罪。
28And he did evil in the sight of the LORD and did not turn away from the sins that Jeroboam son of Nebat had caused Israel to commit.
29以色列 王 比加 年間， 亞述 王 提革拉‧毗列色 來奪了 以雲 、 亞伯‧伯‧瑪迦 、 亞挪 、 基低斯 、 夏瑣 、 基列 、 加利利 ，和 拿弗他利 全地，將這些地方的居民都擄到 亞述 去了。
29In the days of Pekah king of Israel, Tiglath-pileser king of Assyria came and captured Ijon, Abel-beth-maacah, Janoah, Kedesh, Hazor, Gilead, and Galilee, including all the land of Naphtali, and he took the people as captives to Assyria.
30烏西雅 的兒子 約坦 二十年， 以拉 的兒子 何細亞 背叛 利瑪利 的兒子 比加 ，擊殺他，篡了他的位。
30Then Hoshea son of Elah led a conspiracy against Pekah son of Remaliah. In the twentieth year of Jotham son of Uzziah, Hoshea attacked Pekah, killed him, and reigned in his place.

31As for the rest of the acts of Pekah, along with all his accomplishments, they are indeed written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel.
32以色列 王 利瑪利 的兒子 比加 第二年， 猶大 王 烏西雅 的兒子 約坦 登基。
32In the second year of the reign of Pekah son of Remaliah over Israel, Jotham son of Uzziah became king of Judah.
33他登基的時候年二十五歲，在 耶路撒冷 作王十六年。他母親名叫 耶路沙 ，是 撒督 的女兒。
33He was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem sixteen years. His mother’s name was Jerusha daughter of Zadok.
34約坦 行耶和華眼中看為正的事，效法他父親 烏西雅 一切所行的；
34And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, just as his father Uzziah had done.
35只是邱壇還沒有廢去，百姓仍在那裏獻祭燒香。 約坦 建立耶和華殿的上門。
35Nevertheless, the high places were not taken away; the people continued sacrificing and burning incense there. Jotham rebuilt the Upper Gate of the house of the LORD.
36約坦 其餘的事，凡他所行的都寫在 猶大 列王記上。
36As for the rest of the acts of Jotham, along with his accomplishments, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah?
37在那些日子，耶和華才使 亞蘭 王 利汛 和 利瑪利 的兒子 比加 去攻擊 猶大 。
37(In those days the LORD began to send Rezin king of Aram and Pekah son of Remaliah against Judah.)
38約坦 與他列祖同睡，葬在他祖 大衛城 他列祖的墳地裏。他兒子 亞哈斯 接續他作王。
38And Jotham rested with his fathers and was buried with them in the City of David his father. And his son Ahaz reigned in his place.
