1你们要赞美耶和华！ 因歌颂我们的 神为善为美； 赞美的话是合宜的。
1Hallelujah! How good it is to sing praises to our God, how pleasant and lovely to praise Him!
2耶和华建造 耶路撒冷 ， 聚集 以色列 中被赶散的人。
2The LORD builds up Jerusalem; He gathers the exiles of Israel.
3他医好伤心的人， 裹好他们的伤处。
3He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
4他数点星宿的数目， 一一称它的名。
4He determines the number of the stars; He calls them each by name.
5我们的主为大，最有能力； 他的智慧无法测度。
5Great is our Lord, and mighty in power; His understanding has no limit.
6耶和华扶持谦卑人， 将恶人倾覆于地。
6The LORD sustains the humble, but casts the wicked to the ground.
7你们要以感谢向耶和华歌唱， 用琴向我们的 神歌颂。
7Sing to the LORD with thanksgiving; make music on the harp to our God,
8他用云遮天，为地降雨， 使草生长在山上。
8who covers the sky with clouds, who prepares rain for the earth, who makes grass to grow on the hills.
9他赐食给走兽 和啼叫的小乌鸦。
9He provides food for the animals, and for the young ravens when they call.
10他不喜悦马的力 大 ， 不喜爱人的腿 快 。
10He does not delight in the strength of the horse; He takes no pleasure in the legpower of the man.
11耶和华喜爱敬畏他 和盼望他慈爱的人。
11The LORD is pleased with those who fear Him, who hope in His loving devotion.
12耶路撒冷 啊，你要颂赞耶和华！ 锡安 哪，你要赞美你的 神！
12Exalt the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise your God, O Zion!
13因为他坚固了你的门闩， 赐福给你中间的儿女。
13For He strengthens the bars of your gates and blesses the children within you.
14他使你境内平安， 用上好的麦子使你满足。
14He makes peace at your borders; He fills you with the finest wheat.
15他发命在地； 他的话颁行最快。
15He sends forth His command to the earth; His word runs swiftly.
16他降雪如羊毛， 撒霜如炉灰。
16He spreads the snow like wool; He scatters the frost like ashes;
17他掷下冰雹如碎渣； 他发出寒冷，谁能当得起呢？
17He casts forth His hail like pebbles. Who can withstand His icy blast?
18他一出令，这些就都消化； 他使风刮起，水便流动。
18He sends forth His word and melts them; He unleashes His winds, and the waters flow.
19他将他的道指示 雅各 ， 将他的律例典章指示 以色列 。
19He declares His word to Jacob, His statutes and judgments to Israel.
20别国他都没有这样待过； 至于他的典章，他们向来没有知道。 你们要赞美耶和华！
20He has done this for no other nation; they do not know His judgments. Hallelujah!
