1你们要称你们的弟兄为 阿米 ，称你们的姊妹为 路哈玛 。
1(2-3) Say ye unto your brethren: 'Ammi'; and to your sisters, 'Ruhamah.'
2你们要与你们的母亲大大争辩； 因为她不是我的妻子， 我也不是她的丈夫。 叫她除掉脸上的淫像 和胸间的淫态，
2(2-4) Plead with your mother, plead; for she is not My wife, neither am I her husband; and let her put away her harlotries from her face, and her adulteries from between her breasts;
3免得我剥她的衣服， 使她赤体，与才生的时候一样， 使她如旷野，如干旱之地， 因渴而死。
3(2-5) Lest I strip her naked, and set her as in the day that she was born, and make her as a wilderness, and set her like a dry land, and slay her with thirst.
4我必不怜悯她的儿女， 因为他们是从淫乱而生的。
4(2-6) And I will not have compassion upon her children; for they are children of harlotry.
5他们的母亲行了淫乱， 怀他们的 母 做了可羞耻的事， 因为她说：我要随从所爱的； 我的饼、水、羊毛、麻、油、酒 都是他们给的。
5(2-7) For their mother hath played the harlot, she that conceived them hath done shamefully; for she said: 'I will go after my lovers, that give me my bread and my water, my wool and my flax, mine oil and my drink.'
6因此，我必用荆棘堵塞她的道， 筑墙挡住她， 使她找不着路。
6(2-8) Therefore, behold, I will hedge up thy way with thorns, and I will make a wall against her, that she shall not find her paths.
7她必追随所爱的，却追不上； 她必寻找他们，却寻不见， 便说：我要归回前夫， 因我那时的光景比如今还好。
7(2-9) And she shall run after her lovers, but she shall not overtake them, and she shall seek them, but shall not find them; then shall she say: 'I will go and return to my first husband; for then was it better with me than now.'
8她不知道是我给她五谷、新酒，和油， 又加增她的金银； 她却以此供奉 巴力 。
8(2-10) For she did not know that it was I that gave her the corn, and the wine, and the oil, and multiplied unto her silver and gold, which they used for Baal.
9因此到了收割的日子， 出酒的时候， 我必将我的五谷、新酒收回， 也必将她应当遮体的羊毛和麻夺回来。
9(2-11) Therefore will I take back My corn in the time thereof, and My wine in the season thereof, and will snatch away My wool and My flax given to cover her nakedness.
10如今我必在她所爱的眼前显露她的丑态； 必无人能救她脱离我的手。
10(2-12) And now will I uncover her shame in the sight of her lovers, and none shall deliver her out of My hand.
11我也必使她的宴乐、节期、月朔、安息日， 并她的一切大会都止息了。
11(2-13) I will also cause all her mirth to cease, her feasts, her new moons, and her sabbaths, and all her appointed seasons.
12我也必毁坏她的葡萄树和无花果树， 就是她说「这是我所爱的给我为赏赐」的。 我必使这些树变为荒林， 为田野的走兽所吃。
12(2-14) And I will lay waste her vines and her fig-trees, whereof she hath said: 'These are my hire that my lovers have given me'; and I will make them a forest, and the beasts of the field shall eat them.
13我必追讨她素日给诸 巴力 烧香的罪； 那时她佩带耳环和别样妆饰， 随从她所爱的，却忘记我。 这是耶和华说的。
13(2-15) And I will visit upon her the days of the Baalim, wherein she offered unto them, and decked herself with her ear-rings and her jewels, and went after her lovers, and forgot Me, saith the LORD.
14后来我必劝导她，领她到旷野， 对她说安慰的话。
14(2-16) Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak tenderly unto her.
15她从那里出来，我必赐她葡萄园， 又赐她 亚割谷 作为指望的门。 她必在那里应声， 与幼年的日子一样， 与从 埃及 地上来的时候相同。
15(2-17) And I will give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope; and she shall respond there, as in the days of her youth, and as in the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt.
16耶和华说：「那日你必称呼我伊施，不再称呼我 巴力 ；
16(2-18) And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call Me Ishi, and shalt call Me no more Baali.
17因为我必从我民的口中除掉诸 巴力 的名号，这名号不再提起。
17(2-19) For I will take away the names of the Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be mentioned by their name.
18当那日，我必为我的民，与田野的走兽和空中的飞鸟，并地上的昆虫立约；又必在国中折断弓刀，止息争战，使他们安然躺卧。
18(2-20) And in that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven, and with the creeping things of the ground; and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the land, and will make them to lie down safely.
19我必聘你永远归我为妻，以仁义、公平、慈爱、怜悯聘你归我；
19(2-21) And I will betroth thee unto Me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto Me in righteousness, and in justice, and in lovingkindness, and in compassion.
20也以诚实聘你归我，你就必认识 我 —耶和华。
20(2-22) And I will betroth thee unto Me in faithfulness; and thou shalt know the LORD.
21耶和华说：那日我必应允， 我必应允天，天必应允地；
21(2-23) And it shall come to pass in that day, I will respond, saith the LORD, I will respond to the heavens, and they shall respond to the earth;
22地必应允五谷、新酒，和油， 这些必应允 耶斯列 民 。
22(2-24) And the earth shall respond to the corn, and the wine, and the oil; and they shall respond to Jezreel.
23我必将她种在这地。 素不蒙怜悯的，我必怜悯； 本非我民的，我必对他说： 你是我的民； 他必说： 你是 我的 神。」
23(2-25) And I will sow her unto Me in the land; and I will have compassion upon her that had not obtained compassion; and I will say to them that were not My people: 'Thou art My people'; and they shall say: 'Thou art my God.'
