1耶和华的话又临到我说：
1Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
2「人子啊，你要面向 西珥山 发预言，攻击它，
2'Son of man, set thy face against mount Seir, and prophesy against it,
3对它说，主耶和华如此说： 西珥山 哪，我与你为敌，必向你伸手攻击你，使你荒凉，令人惊骇。
3and say unto it: Thus saith the Lord GOD: Behold, I am against thee, O mount Seir, and I will stretch out My hand against thee, and I will make thee most desolate.
4我必使你的城邑变为荒场，成为凄凉。你就知道我是耶和华。
4I will lay thy cities waste, and thou shalt be desolate; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.
5因为你永怀仇恨，在 以色列 人遭灾、罪孽到了尽头的时候，将他们交与刀剑，
5Because thou hast had a hatred of old, and hast hurled the children of Israel unto the power of the sword in the time of their calamity, in the time of the iniquity of the end;
6所以主耶和华说：我指着我的永生起誓，我必使你遭遇流血的报应，罪必追赶你；你既不恨恶杀人流血，所以这罪必追赶你。
6therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will prepare thee unto blood, and blood shall pursue thee; surely thou hast hated thine own blood, therefore blood shall pursue thee.
7我必使 西珥山 荒凉，令人惊骇，来往经过的人我必剪除。
7Thus will I make mount Seir most desolate, and cut off from it him that passeth through and him that returneth.
8我必使 西珥山 满有被杀的人。被刀杀的，必倒在你小山和山谷，并一切的溪水中。
8And I will fill his mountains with his slain; in thy hills and in thy valleys and in all thy streams shall they fall that are slain with the sword.
9我必使你永远荒凉，使你的城邑无人居住，你的民就知道我是耶和华。
9I will make thee perpetual desolations, and thy cities shall not return; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
10「因为你曾说：『这二国这二邦必归于我，我必得为业』（其实耶和华仍在那里），
10Because thou hast said: These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will possess it; whereas the LORD was there;
11所以主耶和华说：我指着我的永生起誓，我必照你的怒气和你从仇恨中向他们所发的嫉妒待你。我审判你的时候，必将自己显明在他们中间。
11therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will do according to thine anger and according to thine envy, which thou hast used out of thy hatred against them; and I will make Myself known among them, when I shall judge thee.
12你也必知道我—耶和华听见了你的一切毁谤，就是你攻击 以色列 山的话，说：『这些山荒凉，是归我们吞灭的。』
12And thou shalt know that I the LORD have heard all thy blasphemies which thou hast spoken against the mountains of Israel, saying: They are laid desolate, they are given us to devour.
13你们也用口向我夸大，增添与我反对的话，我都听见了。
13And ye have magnified yourselves against Me with your mouth, and have multiplied your words against Me; I have heard it.
14主耶和华如此说：全地欢乐的时候，我必使你荒凉。
14Thus saith the Lord GOD: When the whole earth rejoiceth, I will make thee desolate.
15你怎样因 以色列 家的地业荒凉而喜乐，我必照你所行的待你。 西珥山 哪，你和 以东 全地必都荒凉。你们就知道我是耶和华。」
15As thou didst rejoice over the inheritance of the house of Israel, because it was desolate, so will I do unto thee; thou shalt be desolate, O mount Seir, and all Edom, even all of it; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
