1Καὶ ἐλάλησε Κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν, λέγων,
1And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
2ἐν ἡμέρᾳ μιᾷ τοῦ μηνὸς τοῦ πρώτου νουμηνίᾳ, στήσεις τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου.
2The first month, the first day of the month, thou shalt set up the tabernacle of the testimony,
3Καὶ θήσεις τὴν κιβωτὸν τοῦ μαρτυρίου, καὶ σκεπάσεις τὴν κιβωτὸν τῷ καταπετάσματι.
3And shalt put the ark in it, and shalt let down the veil before it:
4Καὶ εἰσοίσεις τὴν τράπεζαν, καὶ προθήσεις τὴν πρόθεσιν αὐτῆς· καὶ εἰσοίσεις τὴν λυχνίαν, καὶ ἐπιθήσεις τοὺς λύχνους αὐτῆς.
4And thou shalt bring in the table, and set upon it the things that are commanded according to the rite. The candlestick shall stand with its lamps,
5Καὶ θήσεις τὸ θυσιαστήριον τὸ χρυσοῦν, εἰς τὸ θυμιᾷν ἐναντίον τῆς κιβωτοῦ· καὶ ἐπιθήσεις κάλυμμα καταπετάσματος ἐπὶ τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου.
5And the altar of gold whereon the incense is burnt, before the ark of the testimony. Thou shalt put the hanging in the entry of the tabernacle,
6Καὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῶν καρπωμάτων θήσεις παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου·

7The laver between the altar and the tabernacle, and thou shalt fill it with water.
8καὶ περιθήσεις τὴν σκηνήν, καὶ πάντα τὰ αὐτῆς ἁγιάσεις κύκλῳ.
8And thou shalt encompass the court with hangings, and the entry thereof.
9Καὶ λήψῃ τὸ ἔλαιον τοῦ χρίσματος, καὶ χρίσεις τὴν σκηνὴν, καὶ πάντα τὰ ἐν αὐτῇ, καὶ ἁγιάσεις αὐτὴν, καὶ πάντα τὰ σκεύη αὐτῆς, καὶ ἔσται ἁγία.
9And thou shalt take the oil of unction and anoint the tabernacle with its vessels, that they may be sanctified:
10Καὶ χρίσεις τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῶν καρπωμάτων, καὶ πάντα τὰ σκεύη αὐτοῦ· καὶ ἁγιάσεις τὸ θυσιαστήριον, καὶ ἔσται τὸ θυσιαστήριον ἅγιον τῶν ἁγίων.

11The laver with its foot: thou shalt consecrate all with the oil of unction, that they may be most holy.
12Καὶ προσάξεις Ἀαρὼν καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου, καὶ λούσεις αὐτοὺς ὕδατι.
12And thou shalt bring Aaron and his sons to the door of the tabernacle of the testimony, and having washed them with water,
13Καὶ ἐνδύσεις Ἀαρὼν τὰς στολὰς τὰς ἁγίας, καὶ χρίσεις αὐτὸν, καὶ ἁγιάσεις αὐτὸν, καὶ ἱερατεύει μοι.
13Thou shalt put on them the holy vestments, that they may minister to me, and that the unction of them may prosper to an everlasting priesthood.
14Καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς αὐτοῦ προσάξεις, καὶ ἐνδύσεις αὐτοὺς χιτῶνας.
14And Moses did all that the Lord had commanded.
15Καὶ ἀλείψεις αὐτοὺς ὃν τρόπον ἤλειψας τὸν πατέρα αὐτῶν, καὶ ἱερατεύσουσί μοι· καὶ ἔσται, ὥστε εἶναι αὐτοῖς χρίσμα ἱερατείας εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα, εἰς τὰς γενεὰς αὐτῶν.
15So in the first month of the second year, the first day of the month, the tabernacle was set up.
16Καὶ ἐποίησε Μωυσῆς πάντα, ὅσα ἐνετείλατο αὐτῷ Κύριος, οὕτως ἐποίησε.
16And Moses reared it up, and placed the boards and the sockets and the bars, and set up the pillars,
17Καὶ ἐγένετο ἐν τῷ μηνὶ τῷ πρώτῳ, τῷ δευτέρῳ ἔτει, ἐκπορευομένων αὐτῶν ἐξ Αἰγύπτου, νουμηνίᾳ ἐστάθη ἡ σκηνή.
17And spread the roof over the tabernacle, putting over it a cover, as the Lord had commanded.
18Καὶ ἔστησε Μωυσῆς τὴν σκηνὴν, καὶ ἐπέθηκε τὰς κεφαλιδας, καὶ διενέβαλε τοὺς μοχλοὺς, καὶ ἔστησε τοὺς στύλους.
18And he put the testimony in the ark, thrusting bars underneath, and the oracle above.
19Καὶ ἐξέτεινε τὰς αὐλαίας ἐπὶ τὴν σκηνὴν, καὶ ἐπέθηκε τὸ κατακάλυμμα τῆς σκηνῆς ἐπʼ αὐτὴν ἄνωθεν, καθὰ συνέταξε Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ.
19And when he had brought the ark into the tabernacle, he drew the veil before it to fulfill the commandment of the Lord.
20Καὶ λαβὼν τὰ μαρτύρια ἐνέβαλεν εἰς τὴν κιβωτόν· καὶ ὑπέθηκε τοὺς διωστῆρας ὑπὸ τὴν κιβωτὸν,
20And he set the table in the tabernacle of the testimony at the north side without the veil,
21καὶ εἰσήνεγκε τὴν κιβωτὸν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν, καὶ ἐπέθηκε τὸ κατακάλυμμα τοῦ καταπετάσματος, καὶ ἐσκέπασε τὴν κιβωτὸν τοῦ μαρτυρίου, ὃν τρόπον συνέταξε Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ·
21Setting there in order the loaves of proposition, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
22Καὶ ἐπέθηκε τὴν τράπεζαν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου, τὸ πρὸς Βοῤῥᾶν ἔξωθεν τοῦ καταπετάσματος τῆς σκηνῆς.
22He set the candlestick also in the tabernacle of the testimony over against the table on the south side,
23Καὶ προσέθηκεν ἐπʼ αὐτῆς ἄρτους τῆς προθέσεως ἔναντι Κυρίου, ὃν τρόπον συνέταξε Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ.
23Placing the lamps in order, according to the precept of the Lord.
24Καὶ ἔθηκε τὴν λυχνίαν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου, εἰς τὸ κλίτος τῆς σκηνῆς τὸ πρὸς Νότον.
24He set also the altar of gold under the roof of the testimony over against the veil,
25Καὶ ἐπέθηκε τοὺς λύχνους αὐτῆς ἔναντι Κυρίου, ὃν τρόπον συνέταξε Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ.
25And burnt upon it the incense of spices, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
26Καὶ ἔθηκε τὸ θυσιαστήριον τὸ χρυσοῦν ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ τοῦ μαρτυρίου ἀπέναντι τοῦ καταπετάσματος,
26And he put also the hanging in the entry of the tabernacle of the testimony,
27καὶ ἐθυμίασεν ἐνʼ αὐτοῦ θυμίαμα τῆς συνθέσεως, καθάπερ συνέταξε Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ.
27And the altar of holocaust of the entry of the testimony, offering the holocaust, and the sacrifices upon it, as the Lord had commanded.

28And he set the laver between the tabernacle of the testimony and the altar, filling it with water.
29Καὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῶν καρπωμάτων ἔθηκε παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς.
29And Moses and Aaron, and his sons washed their hands and feet,

30When they went into the tabernacle of the covenant, and went to the altar, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

31He set up also the court round about the tabernacle and the altar, drawing the hanging in the entry thereof. After all things were perfected,

32The cloud covered the tabernacle of the testimony, and the glory of the Lord filled it.
33Καὶ ἔστησε τὴν αὐλὴν κύκλῳ τῆς σκηνῆς, και τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου· καὶ συνετέλεσε Μωυσῆς πάντα τὰ ἔργα.
33Neither could Moses go into the tabernacle of the covenant, the cloud covering all things and the majesty of the Lord shining, for the cloud had covered all.
34Καὶ ἐκάλυψεν ἡ νεφέλη τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου· καὶ δόξης Κυρίου ἐπλήσθη ἡ σκηνή.
34If at any time the cloud removed from the tabernacle, the children of Israel went forward by their troops:
35Καὶ οὐκ ἠδυνάσθη Μωυσῆς εἰσελθεῖν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου, ὅτι ἐπεσκίαζεν ἐπʼ αὐτὴν ἡ νεφέλη, καὶ δόξης Κυρίου ἐνεπλήσθη ἡ σκηνή.
35If it hung over, they remained in the same place.
36Ἡνίκα δʼ ἂν ἀνέβη ἡ νεφέλη ἀπὸ τῆς σκηνῆς, ἀνεζεύγνυσαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ἰσραὴλ σὺν τῇ ἀπαρτίᾳ αὐτῶν.
36For the cloud of the Lord hung over the tabernacle by day, and a fire by night, in the sight of all the children of Israel throughout all their mansions.
37Εἰ δὲ μὴ ἀνέβη ἡ νεφέλη, οὐκ ἀνεζεύγνυσαν ἕως ἡμέρας, ἧς ἀνέβη ἡ νεφέλη.

38Νεφέλη γὰρ ἦν ἐπὶ τῆς σκηνῆς ἡμέρας, καὶ πῦρ ἦν ἐπʼ αὐτῆς νυκτὸς ἐναντίον παντὸς Ἰσραὴλ, ἐν πάσαις ταῖς ἀναζυγαῖς αὐτῶν.
