1And he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to accuse him.
1І показав мені первосьвященника Ісуса, що стояв перед ангелом Господнім, та й сатану, що стояв праворуч його, щоб його винуватити.
2And the LORD said unto Satan: 'The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan, yea, the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee; is not this man a brand plucked out of the fire?'
2І сказав Господь (через ангела) до сатани: Нехай загрозить тебе, сатано, Господь, нехай загрозить Господь, вибравший собі Ерусалим! Хиба він не головня, вихоплена з огню?
3Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.
3Ісус же був у замазаній одежі, стоючи перед ангелом.
4And he answered and spoke unto those that stood before him, saying: 'Take the filthy garments from off him.' And unto him he said: 'Behold, I cause thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with robes.'
4І озвався сей і сказав до инших (ангелів), що стояли перед ним: Поздіймайте з його замазану одїж! а йому сказав: Дивись, я зняв із тебе неправедність твою, й вдягаю тебе в одїж сьвяточну.
5And I said: 'Let them set a fair mitre upon his head.' So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments; and the angel of the LORD stood by.
5І говорив далїй: Вложіть йому на голову чистий кидар, і вложили йому на голову чистий кидар, і наділи ризи на його; ангел же Господень стояв.
6And the angel of the LORD forewarned Joshua, saying:
6І заповів ангел Господень Ісусові і сказав:
7'Thus saith the LORD of hosts: If thou wilt walk in My ways, and if thou wilt keep My charge, and wilt also judge My house, and wilt also keep My courts, then I will give thee free access among these that stand by.
7Так говорить Господь сил небесних: Як ходити меш дорогами моїми й будеш пильнувати сторожі моєї, то будеш судити дом мій й наглядати над моїми дворами. І дам тобі в підмогу з тих, що стоять оттут.
8Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou and thy fellows that sit before thee; for they are men that are a sign; for, behold, I will bring forth My servant the Shoot.
8Слухай же вважно, ти первосьвященниче Ісусе, ти й товаришу твої, щозасїдають перед тобою, — сї мужі знаменні: Ось, я приведу слугу мого, Пагонця.
9For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone are seven facets; behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts: And I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
9А ось, і камінь, що кладу перед Ісусом; на сьому каменї семеро очей; і виріжу на йому начерки його, говорить Господь сил небесних, і зітру гріх землї сієї одного дня.
10In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig-tree.
10Того часу, говорить Господь сил небесних, буде одно одного закликати під виноград і фиговину.
