1And the Lord said to Moses: Behold I have appointed thee the God of Pharao: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet.
1耶和华对 摩西 说：「我使你在法老面前代替 神，你的哥哥 亚伦 是替你说话的。
2Thou shalt speak to him all that I command thee; and he shall speak to Pharao, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land.
2凡我所吩咐你的，你都要说。你的哥哥 亚伦 要对法老说，容 以色列 人出他的地。
3But I shall harden his heart, and shall multiply my signs and wonders in the land of Egypt,
3我要使法老的心刚硬，也要在 埃及 地多行神迹奇事。
4And he will not hear you: and I will lay my hand upon Egypt, and will bring forth my army and my people the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt, by very great judgments.
4但法老必不听你们；我要伸手重重地刑罚 埃及 ，将我的军队 以色列 民从 埃及 地领出来。
5And the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, who have stretched forth my hand upon Egypt, and have brought forth the children of Israel out of the midst of them.
5我伸手攻击 埃及 ，将 以色列 人从他们中间领出来的时候， 埃及 人就要知道我是耶和华。」
6And Moses and Aaron did as the Lord had commanded: so did they.
6摩西 、 亚伦 这样行；耶和华怎样吩咐他们，他们就照样行了。
7And Moses was eighty years old, and Aaron eighty-three, when they spoke to Pharao.
7摩西 、 亚伦 与法老说话的时候， 摩西 八十岁， 亚伦 八十三岁。
8And the Lord said to Moses and Aaron:
8耶和华晓谕 摩西 、 亚伦 说：
9When Pharao shall say to you, Shew signs: thou shalt say to Aaron: Take thy rod, and cast it down before Pharao, and it shall be turned into a serpent.
9「法老若对你们说：『你们行件奇事吧！』你就吩咐 亚伦 说：『把杖丢在法老面前，使杖变作蛇。』」
10So Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharao, and did as the Lord had commanded. And Aaron took the rod before Pharao, and his servants, and it was turned into a serpent.
10摩西 、 亚伦 进去见法老，就照耶和华所吩咐的行。 亚伦 把杖丢在法老和臣仆面前，杖就变作蛇。
11And Pharao called the wise men and the magicians: and they also by Egyptian enchantments and certain secrets did in like manner.
11于是法老召了博士和术士来；他们是 埃及 行法术的，也用邪术照样而行。
12And they every one cast down their rods, and they were turned into serpents: but Aaron’s rod devoured their rods.
12他们各人丢下自己的杖，杖就变作蛇；但 亚伦 的杖吞了他们的杖。
13And Pharao’s heart was hardened, and he did not hearken to them, as the Lord had commanded.
13法老心里刚硬，不肯听从 摩西 、 亚伦 ，正如耶和华所说的。
14And the Lord said to Moses: Pharao’s heart is hardened, he will not let the people go.
14耶和华对 摩西 说：「法老心里固执，不肯容百姓去。
15Go to him in the morning, behold he will go out to the waters: and thou shalt stand to meet him on the bank of the river: and thou shalt take in thy hand the rod that was turned into a serpent.
15明日早晨，他出来往水边去，你要往河边迎接他，手里要拿着那变过蛇的杖，
16And thou shalt say to him: The Lord God of the Hebrews sent me to thee saying: Let my people go to sacrifice to me in the desert: and hitherto thou wouldst not hear.
16对他说：『耶和华— 希伯来 人的 神打发我来见你，说：容我的百姓去，好在旷野事奉我。到如今你还是不听。
17Thus therefore saith the Lord: In this thou shalt know that I am the Lord: behold I will strike with the rods that is in my hand, the water of the river, and it shall be turned into blood.
17耶和华这样说：我要用我手里的杖击打河中的水，水就变作血；因此，你必知道我是耶和华。
18And the fishes that are in the river shall die, and the waters shall be corrupted, and the Egyptians shall be afflicted when they drink the water of the river.
18河里的鱼必死，河也要腥臭， 埃及 人就要厌恶吃这河里的水。』」
19The Lord also said to Moses: Say to Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch forth thy hand upon the waters of Egypt, and upon their rivers, and streams and pools, and all the ponds of waters, that they may be turned into blood: and let blood be in all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood and of stone.
19耶和华晓谕 摩西 说：「你对 亚伦 说：『把你的杖伸在 埃及 所有的水以上，就是在他们的江、河、池、塘以上，叫水都变作血。在 埃及 遍地，无论在木器中，石器中，都必有血。』」
20And Moses and Aaron did as the Lord had commanded: and lifting up the rod he struck the water of the river before Pharao and his servants: and it was turned into blood.
20摩西 、 亚伦 就照耶和华所吩咐的行。 亚伦 在法老和臣仆眼前举杖击打河里的水，河里的水都变作血了。
21And the fishes that were in the river died: and the river corrupted, and the Egyptians could not drink the water of the river, and there was blood in all the land of Egypt.
21河里的鱼死了，河也腥臭了， 埃及 人就不能吃这河里的水； 埃及 遍地都有了血。
22And the magicians of the Egyptians with their enchantments did in like manner: and Pharao’s heart was hardened, neither did he hear them, as the Lord had commanded.
22埃及 行法术的，也用邪术照样而行。法老心里刚硬，不肯听 摩西 、 亚伦 ，正如耶和华所说的。
23And he turned himself away and went into his house, neither did he set his heart to it this time also.
23法老转身进宫，也不把这事放在心上。
24And all the Egyptians dug round about the river for water to drink: for they could not drink of the water of the river.
24埃及 人都在河的两边挖地，要得水喝，因为他们不能喝这河里的水。
25And seven days were fully ended, after that the Lord struck the river.
25耶和华击打河以后满了七天。
