Testamenta Marra (Dieri New Testament)
1And you, when you were dead in your offences, and sins,
1Bakana jurana, jura nari nganana wonti dankaranali ja madlentjali juranali,
2Wherein in time past you walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of this air, of the spirit that now worketh on the children of unbelief:
2Tanangupini jura warula wirarina wonti nunkangupini mitaia miljarani, ja ngaralanaia ngurulaia kaparani pankinani, nunkanaia jaolani, nulia karari ngankai delkinietjaia ngatamurani,
3In which also we all conversed in time past, in the desires of our flesh, fulfilling the will of the flesh and of our thoughts, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest:
3Tanangupini bakana ngaiana warula wirarina wonti kana womalaia milkirinani, jeruja ngaiana kana womalaia ja ngundranaia jertapaterina ngankana wonti, ja tiria kupa dankanandru nganana wonti nguruni jeribaka,
4But God, (who is rich in mercy,) for his exceeding charity wherewith he loved us,
4Windri Godali, Nauja poto pirna nganai kalumiltjamiltjarinani, nunkani ngantjana pirnandru, minalinunkanali Nulia ngaianana ngantjana wonti,
5Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together in Christ, (by whose grace you are saved,)
5Ngaianana, ngaiana dankaranali matja nari, Christungu jela tepi ngankana wonti. (Manjulali jura tepi pantjina warai),
6And hath raised us up together, and hath made us sit together in the heavenly places, through Christ Jesus.
6Ja Nulia ngaianana nunkangu jela jiritjibana wonti ja jela pariwilpani kurana wonti Jesungu Christungu,
7That he might shew in the ages to come the abundant riches of his grace, in his bounty towards us in Christ Jesus.
7Nulia miljarani, nau wokarai, nunkanaia manjulaia poto pirna manamiri ngaianangu wondrananto maltieli Jesungu Christungu.
8For by grace you are saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, for it is the gift of God;
8Manjulali jura tepi pantjina warai morlalu ngundranali, ja jenia wata jurangundru, a‐ai, Godaia jinkini poto nauja nganai,
9Not of works, that no man may glory.
9Wata ngankanandru, ngangau wata kulno jurakokaterinanto.
10For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus in good works, which God hath prepared that we should walk in them.
10Ngangau ngankani nunkani ngaiana nganai, Nulia ngaianana pantjimana wonti Christungu Jesungu ngankana ngumuja, tanana Godali ngopera ngankingana wonti, ngaiana tanangu wirarinanto.
11For which cause be mindful that you, being heretofore Gentiles in the flesh, who are called uncircumcision by that which is called circumcision in the flesh, made by hands;
11Jendrangundruja mangatandra wilparianau, jura warula kana ko palkujeli nganana wonti, ja karuwalila, marali matja pantjina, jurana karuwalila pani dikana wonti,
12That you were at that time without Christ, being aliens from the conversation of Israel, and strangers to the testament, having no hope of the promise, and without God in this world.
12Jura jendranguka miljarani Christus pani nganana wonti, Israelalani nguralani worita ja talpadakanaia Testamenlani tula, kalkani pani ja Goda pani mitani ngamana wonti.
13But now in Christ Jesus, you, who some time were afar off, are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
13Karari jura, warula matja worita nganana, Christungu Jesungu karakara wokarana warai Christuni kumarali.
14For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and breaking down the middle wall of partition, the enmities in his flesh:
14Ngangau Nauja murla ngaianani nganai, Nulia wulana kulnuni ngankana wonti, ja wondiri terti wokaribana wonti,
15Making void the law of commandments contained in decrees; that he might make the two in himself into one new man, making peace;
15Ngangau Nulia nunkani palkujeli talpala walto ngankana wonti, jenia nganai jirijiribani jaura, Nulia wulangundru kana marra kulno nunkangu pantjimananto, ja murla ngankananto;
16And might reconcile both to God in one body by the cross, killing the enmities in himself.
16Ja Nulia wulana murlali ngankananto Godangu palku kulnujeli kunarkujeli, ja talpala nari ngankana wonti nunkangu;
17And coming, he preached peace to you that were afar off, and peace to them that were nigh.
17Ja Nauja wokarana wonti ja murla kaukaubana wonti, jurangu worita ja murla tanangu karakara;
18For by him we have access both in one Spirit to the Father.
18Ngangau nunkangundru ngaiana mana walto ngamalkai Ngaperaia Jaola kulnuni. (Dakani janra Philippuni ja Jakobuni ditjini.)
19Now therefore you are no more strangers and foreigners; but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and the domestics of God,
19Jeruja jura wata morla tula ja ngandrani nganai, a‐ai, kulikiria jelangurala ja Godaia pungala,
20Built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone:
20Matja wotina Apostelaia ja Prophetaia wondirani, nunkani marda kapara Jesus Christus munta nganai,
21In whom all the building, being framed together, groweth up into an holy temple in the Lord.
21Nunkangupini wotini pratjana matja ngokana, ja punkai Godaia punga kulnuja, nauja kulikiri nganai, Kaparani,
22In whom you also are built together into an habitation of God in the Spirit.
22Nunkangu Nulia bakana jurana wotina ngokai Godaia pungaia Jaolani.
