Testamenta Marra (Dieri New Testament)
1Do we begin again to commend ourselves? Or do we need (as some do) epistles of commendation to you, or from you?
1Ngaiani nakaldra woniai munta jurakokaterila? Ngaiani palpani jeribaka jurakokaterini dakani jaura jurangu kara, jurangundru kara ngamalkananto?
2You are our epistle, written in our hearts, which is known and read by all men:
2Jura dakani jaura ngaianini nganai, ngaianingu ngarani matja dakana, ninaia kana warupotujeli ngujamai ja warapai.
3Being manifested, that you are the epistle of Christ, ministered by us, and written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in the fleshly tables of the heart.
3Jura wondraterina warai, jura Christuni dakani jaura nganai, ngaianini ngamalkijiribanali matja ngankingana, wata marujeli matja dakana, a‐ai, tepia Godaia Jaolali, wata marda pirrapirrani, a‐ai, kana ngaraia pirrapirrani. (Dakani jaura G. D. 12 Trinitatis.)
4And such confidence we have, through Christ, towards God.
4Jenipara morlalu ngundrana ngaiani ngamalkai Christungundru Godani.
5Not that we are sufficient to think any thing of ourselves, as of ourselves: but our sufficiency is from God.
5Wata ngaiani ngurunguru nganai minakulno ngundrala ngaianingundru muntali, a‐ai, ngaianini ngurungurula Godandru nganai.
6Who also hath made us fit ministers of the new testament, not in the letter, but in the spirit. For the letter killeth, but the spirit quickeneth.
6Nulupini bakana ngaianina ngurunguru ngankana wonti Testamenta marraia ngamalkijiribanietja nganala, wata malkaia, a‐ai, Jaolaia, ngangau malkali nari ngankai, ja Jaolali tepi ngankai.
7Now if the ministration of death, engraven with letters upon stones, was glorious; so that the children of Israel could not steadfastly behold the face of Moses, for the glory of his countenance, which is made void:
7Naria ngamalkijiribani, nina malkali mardani matja dakana, njiranjirarini ngamalkana wonti, jeruja Israelani kupa ngandandarina wonti Mosini mudla najila nunkani mudlaia njiranjirarinandru, nau mudana wonti;
8How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather in glory?
8Worderu morla Jaolaia ngamalkijiribani njiranjirarila nganai?
9For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more the ministration of justice aboundeth in glory.
9Ngangau dikidikibani ngamalkijiribani njiranjirarinani, worderuntja morla talkulaia ngamalkijiribani pirna njiranjirarila nganai.
10For even that which was glorious in this part was not glorified, by reason of the glory that excelleth.
10Ngangau njiranjirarina panini njiranjirarini nganai nunkangupini njiranjirarini morla pirnandru.
11For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is in glory.
11Ngangau jenipara mina mudai njiranjirarini ngamalkanani, jeruja jenipara nauja milingeru parai morla pirna ngamalkai.
12Having therefore such hope, we use much confidence:
12Ngangau ngaiani jenia kalkani ngamalkai, ngaiani manubakupirna nganai.
13And not as Moses put a veil upon his face, that the children of Israel might not steadfastly look on the face of that which is made void.
13Ja ngaiani wata Mosili jeribaka, nau katieli mudla nunkani walpadakaterina wonti, Israelani kupali mudani nunkani wata najinanto, nau mudananto;
14But their senses were made dull. For, until this present day, the selfsame veil, in the reading of the old testament, remaineth not taken away (because in Christ it is made void).
14Tanani tjuru ngurunguru pantjina wonti; ngangau karari ditjielu naupini kati parai, tanali Testamenta waru warapanani, ja wata tanangundru kutingai, ngangau Christungu naupini mudai.
15But even until this day, when Moses is read, the veil is upon their heart.
15A‐ai, karari ditjielu, tanali Moses warapanani, walpadakani tanangu ngarani parai.
16But when they shall be converted to the Lord, the veil shall be taken away.
16Tana Kaparani matja karitjinani, Nulia walpadakani tanangundru dukarala nganai.
17Now the Lord is a Spirit. And where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
17Kaparali Jaola nganai; woderi Kaparaia Jaola nganai, naka kurakani parai.
18But we all beholding the glory of the Lord with open face, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, as by the Spirit of the Lord.
18Ngaiani pratjana, dukaranaia mudlali Kaparaia njiranjirarini milkitjerini najiai, ngaianina Nulia nunkangupini mudlani karitjimalkala nganai pirnalandru pirnalaia Kaparandru jeribaka, Nauja Jaola nganai.
