World English Bible
1Sithaw khaeah ka hangh; ka hangh naah, anih mah ka lok ang tahngaih pae.
1My cry goes to God! Indeed, I cry to God for help, and for him to listen to me.
2Raihaih ka tong naah Angraeng to ka pakrong; angpho ai ah aqum ah ban ka payangh; ka hinghaih mah pathloephaih to koeh ai.
2In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord. My hand was stretched out in the night, and didn’t get tired. My soul refused to be comforted.
3Sithaw ka poek moe, raihaih ka tong; ka poek het naah ka muithla angpho. Selah .
3I remember God, and I groan. I complain, and my spirit is overwhelmed. Selah.
4Nang mah ka mik pakhrip thai ai ah nang suek; raihaih ka tong pongah lok ka pae thai ai.
4You hold my eyelids open. I am so troubled that I can’t speak.
5Kalaem tangcae aninawk hoi canghnii ih adungnawk to ka poek.
5I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times.
6Aqum ah kaimah ih laa to ka poek; kaimah ih palung hoiah lok ka paeh hoi; to naah ka muithla mah lok ang dueng.
6I remember my song in the night. I consider in my own heart; my spirit diligently inquires:
7Angraeng mah dungzan khoek to pahnawt tih boeh maw? A tahmenhaih amtuengsak mak ai boeh maw?
7“Will the Lord reject us forever? Will he be favorable no more?
8A palungnathaih to dungzan khoek to boeng tih boeh maw? A lokkamhaih doeh amro poe tih boeh maw?
8Has his loving kindness vanished forever? Does his promise fail for generations?
9Tahmen hanah Sithaw mah pahnet boeh maw? Palungphui pongah palungnathaih thok to khah ving boeh maw? Selah .
9Has God forgotten to be gracious? Has he, in anger, withheld his compassion?” Selah.
10To naah raihaih ka tong; toe Kasang koek bantang ban hoiah sak ih saningnawk to ka poek han, tiah ka thuih.
10Then I thought, “I will appeal to this: the years of the right hand of the Most High.”
11Angraeng mah sak ih hmuennawk to ka poek han; canghnii ah na sak ih dawnrai hmuennawk to ka pakuem poe han.
11I will remember the LORD’s deeds; for I will remember your wonders of old.
12Na toksakhaihnawk boih to ka poek moe, na toksakhaihnawk to ka thuih han.
12I will also meditate on all your work, and consider your doings.
13Aw Sithaw, na loklam loe ciim; aicae Sithaw baktiah lensawk Sithaw mi maw om vop?
13Your way, God, is in the sanctuary. What god is great like God?

14You are the God who does wonders. You have made your strength known among the peoples.

15You have redeemed your people with your arm, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.
16Aw Sithaw, tuinawk mah nang ang hnuk o; tuinawk mah nang ang hnuk o naah, ang zit o; kathuk tuinawk doeh tasoeh o.
16The waters saw you, God. The waters saw you, and they writhed. The depths also convulsed.
17Tamainawk mah tui to kraih o; vannawk ah khopazih; nang ih kaliinawk doeh ahmuen kruekah krak o.
17The clouds poured out water. The skies resounded with thunder. Your arrows also flashed around.

19Your way was through the sea, your paths through the great waters. Your footsteps were not known.
20Mosi hoi Aaron ih ban hoiah nangmah ih kaminawk to tuunawk baktiah na hoih.
20You led your people like a flock, by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
