1Aw Angraeng, ka palungthin loe amoek ai, ka miknawk doeh sang ai; kaimah hoi amcuk ai kalen parai hmuennawk, to tih ai boeh loe kasang parai hmuennawk ah athumhaih ka tawn ai.
1LORD, my heart isn’t arrogant, nor my eyes lofty; nor do I concern myself with great matters, or things too wonderful for me.
2Tangtang ni kai loe amno khae hoi tahnutui amphi nawkta baktiah, ka poekhaih hae mong moe, ka oh duem; ka poekhaih loe tahnutui amphi nawkta baktiah oh.
2Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with his mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me.
3Aw Israel, vaihi hoi dungzan khoek to na oephaih to Angraeng khaeah suem ah.
3Israel, hope in the LORD, from this time forward and forever more.
