Testamenta Marra (Dieri New Testament)
1Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on his opinions.
1Waltowaltula morlalu ngundrani patanau, wata jatamalinaia ngundranandru.
2For one person has faith to eat all things, while another, who is weak, eats only vegetables.
2Kulnujeli morlalu ngundrai, nulu pratjana tajinanto, ja waltowaltujeli windri kanta tajiai.
3The one who eats everything must not belittle the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted him.
3Warle tajiai, nulu ninapini wata waka ngundraiatimai, nulu wata tajiai; ja warle wata tajiai, nulu nunkangupini wata kalala ngundraiatimai, nulu tajiai; ngangau Godali nina patana warai.
4Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand.
4Worana jidni nganai, jundru mili tulani kalala ngundrai? Kaparani nunkanani nau terkai kara puriai kara; Nulia nina kankana tarala nganai, ngangau Godali ngurunguru nganai nina kankana terkibala tarala.
5One person regards a certain day above the others, while someone else considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind.
5Kulnujeli ditji kulno kalkalkai nguruni; kulnujeli ditji pratjana kalkalkai. Pratjana tanani ngundranani morlalu nganananto.
6He who observes a special day does so to the Lord; he who eats does so to the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who abstains does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God.
6Warle ditji ngundrai, nulu nina Kaparani ngundraiatimai; ja warle ditji wata ngundrai, nulu nina wata ngundraiatimai, bakana Kaparani. Warle tajiai, nulu Kaparani tajiatimai, ngangau nulu Goda jurakokai; ja warle wata tajiai, nulu wata tajiatimai, bakana Kaparani, ja Goda jurakokai.
7For none of us lives to himself alone, and none of us dies to himself alone.
7Ngangau wata kulno nunkangu munta tepiriai, ja wata kulno nunkangu munta paliai.
8If we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.
8Ngangau ngaiani tepirinani, ngaiani Kaparani tepiriai: ja ngaiani palinani, ngaiani Kaparani paliai. Ngaiani tepirinani kara palinani kara, ngaiani Kaparaia nganai.
9For this reason Christ died and returned to life, that He might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.
9Ngangau jendrania Christus palina wonti ja jiritjina wonti, Nauja naria ja tepia Kapara nganananto.
10Why, then, do you judge your brother? Or why do you belittle your brother? For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat.
10Jidni, minandru jundru ngatatani jinkanani kalala ngundrai? Ja jidni kara, minandru jundru ngatatani jinkanani waka ngundrai? Ngangau ngaiani pratjana Christuni kalalaia pirini wokarala nganai.
11It is written: “As surely as I live, says the Lord, every knee will bow before Me; every tongue will confess to God.”
11Ngangau dakanala parai: „Ngangau ngani tepi, Kapara morlalu kuranali jatai, ngakangu pantja pratjana pantjaterkana ngarinanto, ja tali pratjana Goda jurakokananto.“
12So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.
12Jeruja pratjana ngaianingundru muntali kalabani jaura jinkinanto Godani.
13Therefore let us stop judging one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in your brother’s way.
13Ngaiani wata kalala kuralkijiribamalinanto, a‐ai, windri jenia ngundranau, jura ngatatani wata dakaterini kara buljubuljurini kara kurananto.
14I am convinced and fully persuaded in the Lord Jesus that nothing is unclean in itself. But if anyone regards something as unclean, then for him it is unclean.
14Ngani milkila ja morlalu ngundrai Kapara Jesungu, panila munta murumuru nganai; windri nunkangu, nulu nina murumuru ngundrai, nunkangu murumuru nganai.
15If your brother is distressed by what you eat, you are no longer acting in love. Do not by your eating destroy your brother, for whom Christ died.
15Jinkani tajinandru ngatata ngaurongauro pantjinani, jeruja jidni wata morla ngantjanani wirariai. Tajinali jinkanali nina wata teribamai, nunkangu bakana Christus palina wonti.
16Do not allow what you consider good, then, to be spoken of as evil.
16Jeruja tanali jurani poto ngumu wata ngirkibananto.
17For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
17Ngangau Godaia milila wata tajina ja tapana nganai, a‐ai, talkula ja murla ja mankina Jaola kulukirieli.
18For whoever serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by men.
18Ngangau worana jeruja Christuni mili nganai, nina Godali ngantjai, ja kanali nina talku ngundrai.
19So then, let us pursue what leads to peace and to mutual edification.
19Jeruja ngaiani nunkangu mindrina karipaterinanto, mina murlaia nganai, ja mina kurukurubijiribamalinaia nganai.
20Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. All food is clean, but it is wrong for a man to let his eating be a stumbling block.
20Tajinandru Godaia ngankana wata wokaribamai! Pratjana kulikiri nganai; ja madlentji nunkangupini kanani pantjiai, nulu dakaterinali tajiai.
21It is better not to eat meat or drink wine or to do anything to cause your brother to stumble.
21Ngumu nganai, wata nganti tajina, ja wata waina tapana, ja jenia ngankana, nunkangundru ngatata dakateriai kara buljubuljuriai kara, nunkangu nau waltowalto nganai kara.
22Keep your belief about such matters between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who does not condemn himself by what he approves.
22Jundru morlalu ngundrana ngamalkai; nina muntali ngamalkau Godangu! Murlali pirna naupini, nau wata kalala kurateriai nunkangu, mina nulu talku dikai.
23But the one who has doubts is condemned if he eats, because his eating is not from faith; and everything that is not from faith is sin.
23Mangangankanietjali tajinani, nulu kalala matja ngamalkai, ngangau nulu jenia wata morlalu ngundranandru ngankai. Pratjana, mina wata morlalu ngundranandru dunkai, madlentji nganai.
