Hebrews 10

Berean Standard Bible
Bible Mutal (Kosraean)
1For the law is only a shadow of the good things to come, not the realities themselves. It can never, by the same sacrifices offered year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship.
1Ma Sap lun mwet Jew uh tia sie mwe srikasrak kalem ku suwohs nu ke ma na pwaye uh — lumah se na ma in akilenya ma wo su ac sikyak in pacl fahsru. Kain in kisa sefanna orek na pacl nukewa, yac nu ke yac. Ke ma inge, Ma Sap uh tia ku in aksuwosyela mwet su oru mwe kisa inge tuh elos in fototo nu sin God.
2If it could, would not the offerings have ceased? For the worshipers would have been cleansed once for all, and would no longer have felt the guilt of their sins.
2Mwet su alu nu sin God funu nasnasla na pwaye liki ma koluk lalos, elos lukun tia sifil pula mwatan ma koluk, na kain in kisa nukewa ac tui, tia sifil orek.
3Instead, those sacrifices are an annual reminder of sins,
3A ke kisa uh orek ke yac nukewa, mwe na akesmakinye mwet uh ke ma koluk lalos.
4because it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.
4Mweyen srahn cow mukul ac nani tiana ku in eela ma koluk.
5Therefore, when Christ came into the world, He said: “Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, but a body You prepared for Me.
5Ke sripa se inge, ke Christ el tuh akola in tuku nu faclu, el fahk nu sin God: “Kom tia lungse mwe kisa ac mwe sang, A kom akoela sie mano nu sik.
6In burnt offerings and sin offerings You took no delight.
6Kom tia insewowo ke kosro ma fonna isisyak fin loang uh, Ku ke mwe kisa in eela ma koluk.
7Then I said, ‘Here I am, it is written about Me in the scroll: I have come to do Your will, O God.’”
7Na nga fahk, ‘O God, nga pa inge In oru ma lungse lom, Oana ke simla keik in book in Ma Sap.’”
8In the passage above He says, “Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings You did not desire, nor did You delight in them” (although they are offered according to the law).
8El fahk meet mu, “Kom tia lungse ku insewowo ke mwe kisa ac mwe sang, ku ke kosro ma isikyukyak fin loang uh, ac ke kisa in eela ma koluk.” El fahk ouinge finne mwe kisa inge nukewa orek fal nu ke Ma Sap.
9Then He adds, “Here I am, I have come to do Your will.” He takes away the first to establish the second.
9Na el tufah fahk, “O God, nga pa inge, in oru ma lungse lom.” Ouinge God El sisla mwe kisa nukewa ma orek meet, ac El sang kisa lun Christ in aolla.
10And by that will, we have been sanctified through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
10Ac ke sripen Jesus Christ el oru ma lungse lun God, kut nukewa aknasnasyeyukla liki ma koluk, ke sripen el sifacna kisakin manol pacl sefanna in akfalye pacl nukewa.
11Day after day every priest stands to minister and to offer again and again the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
11Mwet tol nukewa lun mwet Jew uh elos oru orekma kunalos len nukewa, ac oru kain in kisa se na pacl nukewa. Tusruktu mwe kisa inge tiana ku in eela ma koluk uh.
12But when this Priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, He sat down at the right hand of God.
12A Christ el oru kisa sefanna nu ke ma koluk, su ma na nwe tok, na el muta ke lapo layot sin God.
13Since that time, He waits for His enemies to be made a footstool for His feet,
13El muta we ac soano pacl se ma God El ac oru tuh mwet lokoalok lal in oana sie ma loangeyen nial.
14because by a single offering He has made perfect for all time those who are being sanctified.
14Ke mwe kisa sefanna el aksuwosyalosla nwe tok su aknasnasyeyuk tari liki ma kolok.
15The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. First He says:
15Ac Ngun Mutal el oayapa orek loh nu sesr ke el fahk mu,
16“This is the covenant I will make with them after those days, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their hearts and inscribe them on their minds.”
16“Leum God El fahk, Pa inge wuleang se ma nga ac oru yorolos Ke len su ac fah tuku: Nga ac fah filiya ma sap luk insialos Ac simusla in nunak lalos.”
17Then He adds: “Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more.”
17Na El fahk, “Nga ac fah tia sifil esam ma koluk ac orekma sufal lalos.”
18And where these have been forgiven, an offering for sin is no longer needed.
18Ouinge ke ma koluk uh iyukla tari, sie mwe kisa nu ke eela ma koluk uh tia sifil eneneyuk.
19Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus,
19Ke ma inge, mwet wiuk in lulalfongi, oasr sukosok lasr inge in utyak nwe in Acn Mutal Na Mutal ke sripen misa lun Jesus.
20by the new and living way opened for us through the curtain of His body,
20El ikasla nu sesr sie inkanek sasu, sie inkanek nu ke moul, ma sasla luin lisrlisr sac, aok, ke manol sifacna.
21and since we have a great priest over the house of God,
21Oasr mwet tol fulat se lasr su ma kunal pa in leumi lohm sin God inkusrao.
22let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
22Ke ma inge lela kut in kalukyang nu yurin God ke inse pwaye ac lulalfongi pwaye, ke inse su aknasnasyeyukla tari liki ouiya koluk, ac mano su oulyukla tari ke kof nasnas.
23Let us hold resolutely to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful.
23Lela kut in sruokyana ku finsrak se su kut fahkak inge, mweyen kut ku in lulalfongi lah God El ac oru oana ma El wulela kac.
24And let us consider how to spur one another on to love and good deeds.
24Lela kut in arulana nunku ke sie sin sie, ac akasrui in akkalemye lungse lasr nu sin sie sin sie ac in oru ma wo.
25Let us not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but let us encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
25Lela kut in tia fuhleak tukeni lasr nu ke pacl in alu, oana ke kutu mwet uh oru. A kut in akkeye sie sin sie yohk liki meet, oana kowos liye tuh Len lun Leum apkuranme.
26If we deliberately go on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no further sacrifice for sins remains,
26Kut fin sulela in oru na ma koluk tukun ma pwaye uh akkalemyeyuk tari nu sesr, na wangin mwe kisa ac ku in eela ma koluk lasr.
27but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume all adversaries.
27Ac wangin ma kut ku in oru sayen soano ac sangeng ke nununku se su ac fah tuku, oayapa ke e upa se ma ac fah kunauselosla su lain God!
28Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses.
28Kutena mwet su seakos Ma Sap lal Moses uh ac anwuki, ac wangin pakoten nu sel fin koneyukyak tuh na oasr mwatal ke sripen mwe loh lun mwet luo ku pus liki.
29How much more severely do you think one deserves to be punished who has trampled on the Son of God, profaned the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and insulted the Spirit of grace?
30For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine; I will repay,” and again, “The Lord will judge His people.”
30Tuh kut etu El su fahk, “Nga ac fah foloksak, nga fah moli”, ac su oayapa fahk, “Leum El ac fah nununku mwet lal.”
31It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
31Sie mwe sangeng na lulap mwet se fin putatyang nu inpoun God moul!
32Remember the early days that you were in the light. In those days, you endured a great conflict in the face of suffering.
32Esam ouiya ma orek nu suwos in pacl meet ah, ke pacl se kalem lun God tufahna tolkowosyak. Kowos tuh keok ke ma puspis, tusruktu kowos tiana kutangyukla ke ma upa inge.
33Sometimes you were publicly exposed to ridicule and persecution; at other times you were partners with those who were so treated.
33Oasr pacl mwet uh kaskas koluk keiwos ac orekowos koluk ye mutun mwet uh, ac kutu pacl uh kowos wi ipeis ke mwe keok ma orek nu sin mwet ngia.
34You sympathized with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property, knowing that you yourselves had a better and permanent possession.
34Kowos wi pac pulakin keok lun mwet kapir, ac ke sruoh ma lowos nukewa, kowos mutangla ac tia toasr kac, mweyen kowos etu lah srakna oasr ma lowos su wo liki ma inge, su ac oanna nwe tok.
35So do not throw away your confidence; it holds a great reward.
35Ke ma inge, kowos in pulaik ac tia fuhleak, mweyen pulaik lowos ac sot sie mwe moul na yohk.
36You need to persevere, so that after you have done the will of God, you will receive what He has promised.
36Kowos enenu in muteng, kowos in mau oru ma lungse lun God ac eis ma su El wulela kac.
37For, “In just a little while, He who is coming will come and will not delay.
37Tuh oana ke Ma Simusla uh fahk, “Kitin pacl na lula, Na el su ac tuku el fah tuku; El fah tia paht.
38But My righteous one will live by faith; and if he shrinks back, I will take no pleasure in him.”
38Mwet suwoswos luk elos ac lulalfongi ac moul; A kutena selos fin forla likiyu, Nga ac fah tia insewowo sel.”
39But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who have faith and preserve their souls.
39Kut tia oana mwet ma forla ac tuhlac. Oasr lulalfongi lasr, pwanang kut ac fah moliyukla.
