1หลังจากสิ่งเหล่านี้ ผมมองดูและเห็นประตูบานหนึ่งเปิดอยู่ในสวรรค์ เสียงแรกที่ผมได้ยินนั้นดังเหมือนเสียงแตรและพูดกับผมว่า “จงขึ้นมาที่นี่ แล้วเราจะแสดงสิ่งที่จะต้องเกิดขึ้นหลังจากนี้ให้คุณเห็น”
1After this I looked and saw a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had previously heard speak to me like a trumpet was saying, “Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after these things.”
2ทันใดนั้น ผมก็อยู่ในพระวิญญาณ แล้วก็มีบัลลังก์ตั้งอยู่ในสวรรค์ และมีผู้หนึ่งนั่งอยู่บนบัลลังก์
2At once I was in the Spirit, and I saw a throne standing in heaven, with someone seated on it.
3ผู้ที่นั่งอยู่นั้นดูเหมือนหินแจสเปอร์และหินซาร์ดิอุส มีรุ้งล้อมรอบบัลลังก์ มองดูเหมือนมรกต
3The One seated there looked like jasper and carnelian, and a rainbow that gleamed like an emerald encircled the throne.
4รอบบัลลังก์มีบัลลังก์อีกยี่สิบสี่บัลลังก์ บนบัลลังก์เหล่านั้นมีผู้อาวุโสยี่สิบสี่คนนั่งอยู่ สวมเสื้อผ้าสีขาว และมีมงกุฎทองคำบนศีรษะ
4Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and on these thrones sat twenty-four elders dressed in white, with golden crowns on their heads.
5จากบัลลังก์มีสายฟ้า เสียงต่าง ๆ และฟ้าร้องออกมา มีตะเกียงไฟเจ็ดดวงกำลังลุกไหม้อยู่ต่อหน้าบัลลังก์ของพระองค์ ซึ่งคือวิญญาณทั้งเจ็ดของพระเจ้า
5From the throne came flashes of lightning, and rumblings, and peals of thunder. Before the throne burned seven torches of fire. These are the seven Spirits of God.
6ต่อหน้าบัลลังก์มีสิ่งหนึ่งเหมือนทะเลแก้ว คล้ายคริสตัล ตรงกลางบัลลังก์และรอบ ๆ บัลลังก์มีสิ่งมีชีวิตสี่ตัว เต็มไปด้วยดวงตาทั้งด้านหน้าและด้านหลัง
6And before the throne was something like a sea of glass, as clear as crystal. In the center, around the throne, were four living creatures, covered with eyes in front and back.
7สิ่งมีชีวิตตัวแรกเหมือนสิงโต ตัวที่สองเหมือนลูกวัว ตัวที่สามมีใบหน้าเหมือนมนุษย์ และตัวที่สี่เหมือนนกอินทรีกำลังบิน
7The first living creature was like a lion, the second like a calf, the third had a face like a man, and the fourth was like an eagle in flight.
8สิ่งมีชีวิตทั้งสี่ แต่ละตัวมีหกปีก และเต็มไปด้วยดวงตาทั้งรอบตัวและด้านใน สิ่งมีชีวิตเหล่านั้นไม่หยุดพักทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน แต่กล่าวว่า “บริสุทธิ์ บริสุทธิ์ บริสุทธิ์ คือองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าผู้เป็นพระเจ้า ผู้มีอำนาจทั้งสิ้น ผู้ที่เคยเป็น ผู้ที่เป็นอยู่ และผู้ที่จะมา!”
8And each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around and within. Day and night they never stop saying: “Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!”
9เมื่อสิ่งมีชีวิตเหล่านั้นถวายพระสิริ เกียรติ และคำขอบคุณแก่ผู้ที่นั่งบนบัลลังก์ ผู้ที่มีชีวิตอยู่ตลอดไปเป็นนิตย์
9And whenever the living creatures give glory, honor, and thanks to the One seated on the throne who lives forever and ever,
10ผู้อาวุโสทั้งยี่สิบสี่คนก็หมอบลงต่อหน้าผู้ที่นั่งบนบัลลังก์ และกราบไหว้ผู้ที่มีชีวิตอยู่ตลอดไปเป็นนิตย์ พวกเขาโยนมงกุฎของตนลงตรงหน้าบัลลังก์ พร้อมกล่าวว่า
10the twenty-four elders fall down before the One seated on the throne, and they worship Him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
11“องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าและพระเจ้าของพวกเรา องค์ผู้บริสุทธิ์ พระองค์คู่ควรที่จะรับพระสิริ เกียรติ และพลัง เพราะพระองค์สร้างทุกสิ่ง และสิ่งเหล่านั้นดำรงอยู่และถูกสร้างขึ้นตามความปรารถนาของพระองค์!”
11“Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things; by Your will they exist and came to be.”
