1Y HABITARON los príncipes del pueblo en Jerusalem; mas el resto del pueblo echó suertes para traer uno de diez que morase en Jerusalem, ciudad santa, y las nueve partes en las otras ciudades.
1And the princes of the people dwelt at Jerusalem: but the rest of the people cast lots, to take one part in ten to dwell in Jerusalem the holy city, and nine parts in the other cities.
2Y bendijo el pueblo á todos los varones que voluntariamente se ofrecieron á morar en Jerusalem.
2And the people blessed all the men that willingly offered themselves to dwell in Jerusalem.
3Y estos son los principales de la provincia que moraron en Jerusalem; mas en las ciudades de Judá habitaron cada uno en su posesión en sus ciudades, de Israel, de los sacerdotes, y Levitas, y Nethineos, y de los hijos de los siervos de Salomón.
3These therefore are the chief men of the province, who dwelt in Jerusalem, and in the cities of Juda. And every one dwelt in his possession, in their cities: Israel, the priests, the Levites, the Nathinites, and the children of the servants of Solomon.
4En Jerusalem pues habitaron de los hijos de Judá, y de los hijos de Benjamín. De los hijos de Judá: Athaías hijo de Uzzías, hijo de Zacarías, hijo de Amarías, hijo de Sephatías, hijo de Mahalaleel, de los hijos de Phares;
4And in Jerusalem there dwelt some of the children of Juda, and some of the children of Benjamin: of the children of Juda, Athaias the son of Aziam, the son of Zacharias, the son of Amarias, the son of Saphatias, the son of Malaleel: of the sons of Phares,
5Y Maasías hijo de Baruch, hijo de Colhoze, hijo de Hazaías, hijo de Adaías, hijo de Joiarib, hijo de Zacarías, hijo de Siloni.
5Maasia the son of Baruch, the son of Cholhoza, the son of Hazia, the son of Adaia, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zacharias, the son of the Silonite:
6Todos los hijos de Phares que moraron en Jerusalem, fueron cuatrocientos setenta y ocho hombres fuertes.
6All these the sons of Phares, who dwelt in Jerusalem, were four hundred sixty-eight valiant men.
7Y estos son los hijos de Benjamín: Salú hijo de Mesullam, hijo de Joed, hijo de Pedaías, hijo de Colaías, hijo de Maaseías, hijo de Ithiel, hijo de Jesaía.
7And these are the children of Benjamin: Sellum the son of Mosollam, the son of Joed, the son of Phadaia, the son of Colaia, the son of Masia, the son of Etheel, the son of Isaia.
8Y tras él, Gabbai, Sallai, novecientos veinte y ocho.
8And after him Gebbai, Sellai, nine hundred twenty-eight.
9Y Joel hijo de Zichri, era prefecto de ellos, y Jehudas hijo de Senua, el segundo en la ciudad.
9And Joel the son of Zechri their ruler, and Judas the son of Senua was second over the city.
10De los sacerdotes: Jedaías hijo de Joiarib, Jachîn,
10And of the priests Idaia the son of Joarib, Jachin,
11Seraías hijo de Hilcías, hijo de Mesullam, hijo de Sadoc, hijo de Meraioth, hijo de Ahitub, príncipe de la casa de Dios,
11Saraia the son of Helcias, the son of Mosollam, the son of Sadoc, the son of Meraioth, the son of Achitob the prince of the house of God,
12Y sus hermanos los que hacían la obra de la casa, ochocientos veintidós: y Adaías hijo de Jeroham, hijo de Pelalías, hijo de Amsi, hijo de Zacarías, hijo de Pashur, hijo de Malachías,
12And their brethren that do the works of the temple: eight hundred twenty-two. And Adaia the son of Jeroham, the son of Phelelia, the son of Amsi, the son of Zacharias, the son of Pheshur, the son of Melchias,
13Y sus hermanos, príncipes de familias, doscientos cuarenta y dos: y Amasai hijo de Azarael, hijo de Azai, hijo de Mesillemoth, hijo de Immer,
13And his brethren the chiefs of the fathers: two hundred forty-two. And Amassai the son of Azreel, the son of Ahazi, the son of Mosollamoth, the son of Emmer,
14Y sus hermanos, hombres de grande vigor, ciento veintiocho: jefe de los cuales era Zabdiel, hijo de Gedolim.
14And their brethren who were very mighty, a hundred twenty-eight: and their ruler Zabdiel son of the mighty.
15Y de los Levitas: Semaías hijo de Hassub, hijo de Azricam, hijo de Hasabías, hijo de Buni;
15And of the Levites Semeia the son of Hasub, the son of Azaricam, the son of Hasabia, the son of Boni,
16Y Sabethai y Jozabad, de los principales de los Levitas, sobrestantes de la obra exterior de la casa de Dios;
16And Sabathai and Jozabed, who were over all the outward business of the house of God, of the princes of the Levites,
17Y Mattanías hijo de Michâ, hijo de Zabdi, hijo de Asaph, el principal, el que empezaba las alabanzas y acción de gracias al tiempo de la oración; y Bacbucías el segundo de entre sus hermanos; y Abda hijo de Samua, hijo de Galal, hijo de Jeduthún.
17And Mathania the son of Micha, the son of Zebedei, the son of Asaph, was the principal man to praise, and to give glory in prayer, and Becbecia the second, one of his brethren, and Abda the son of Samua, the son of Galal, the son of Idithun.
18Todos los Levitas en la santa ciudad fueron doscientos ochenta y cuatro.
18All the Levites in the holy city were two hundred eighty-four.
19Y los porteros, Accub, Talmón, y sus hermanos, guardas en las puertas, ciento setenta y dos.
19And the porters, Accub, Telmon, and their brethren, who kept the doors: a hundred seventy-two.
20Y el resto de Israel, de los sacerdotes, de los Levitas, en todas las ciudades de Judá, cada uno en su heredad.
20And the rest of Israel, the priests and the Levites were in all the cities of Juda, every man in his possession.
21Y los Nethineos habitaban en Ophel; y Siha y Gispa eran sobre los Nethineos.
21And the Nathinites, that dwelt in Ophel, and Siaha, and Gaspha of the Nathinites.
22Y el prepósito de los Levitas en Jerusalem era Uzzi hijo de Bani, hijo de Hasabías, hijo de Mattanías, hijo de Michâ de los cantores los hijos de Asaph, sobre la obra de la casa de Dios.
22And the overseer of the Levites in Jerusalem, was Azzi the son of Bani, the son of Hasabia, the son of Mathania, the son of Micha. Of the sons of Asaph, were the singing men in the ministry of the house of God.
23Porque había mandamiento del rey acerca de ellos, y determinación acerca de los cantores para cada día.
23For the king’s commandment was concerning them, and an order among the singing men day by day.
24Y Pethahías hijo de Mesezabel, de los hijos de Zerah hijo de Judá, estaba á la mano del rey en todo negocio del pueblo.
24And Phathahia the son of Mesezebel of the children of Zara the son of Juda was at the hand of the king, in all matters concerning the people,
25Y tocante á las aldeas y sus tierras, algunos de los hijos de Judá habitaron en Chîriat-arba y sus aldeas, y en Dibón y sus aldeas, y en Jecabseel y sus aldeas;
25And in the houses through all their countries. Of the children of Juda so dwelt at Cariath-Arbe, and in the villages thereof: and at Dibon, and in the villages thereof: and at Cabseel, and in the villages thereof.
26Y en Jesuá, Moladah, y en Beth-pelet;
26And at Jesue, and at Molada, and Bethphaleth,
27Y en Hasar-sual, y en Beer-seba, y en sus aldeas;
27And at Hasersual, and at Bersabee, and in the villages thereof,
28Y en Siclag, y en Mechôna, y en sus aldeas;
28And at Siceleg, and at Mochona, and in the villages thereof,
29Y en En-rimmón, y en Soreah y en Jarmuth;
29And at Remmon, and at Saraa, and at Jerimuth,
30Zanoah, Adullam, y en sus aldeas; en Lachîs y sus tierras, Azeca y sus aldeas. Y habitaron desde Beer-seba hasta el valle de Hinnom.
30Zanoa, Odollam, and in their villages, at Lachis and its dependencies, and at Azeca and the villages thereof. And they dwelt from Bersabee unto the valley of Ennom.
31Y los hijos de Benjamín desde Geba habitaron en Michmas, y Aía, y en Beth-el y sus aldeas;
31And the children of Benjamin, from Geba, at Mechmas, and at Hai, and at Bethel, and in the villages thereof,
32En Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah;
32At Anathoth, Nob, Anania,
33Hasor, Rama, Gitthaim;
33Asor, Rama, Gethaim,
34Hadid, Seboim, Neballath;
34Hadid, Seboim, and Neballat, Led,
35Lod, y Ono, valle de los artífices.
35And Ono the valley of craftsmen.
36Y algunos de los Levitas, en los repartimientos de Judá y de Benjamín.
36And of the Levites were portions of Juda and Benjamin.
