1Clamo com a minha voz ao SENHOR. Com a minha voz, peço misericórdia ao SENHOR.
1I cry with my voice to the LORD. With my voice, I ask the LORD for mercy.
2Derramo a minha queixa diante dele. Conto a ele as minhas angústias.
2I pour out my complaint before him. I tell him my troubles.
3Quando o meu espírito se abateu dentro de mim, o Senhor conhecia o meu caminho. No caminho em que ando, esconderam uma armadilha para mim.
3When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, you knew my route. On the path in which I walk, they have hidden a snare for me.
4Olhe para a minha direita e veja; pois não há ninguém que se preocupe comigo. O refúgio fugiu de mim. Ninguém se importa com a minha alma.
4Look on my right, and see; for there is no one who is concerned for me. Refuge has fled from me. No one cares for my soul.
5Eu clamei a ti, SENHOR. Eu disse: “O Senhor é o meu refúgio, a minha porção na terra dos viventes.”
5I cried to you, LORD. I said, “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.”
6Ouça o meu clamor, pois estou em extrema necessidade. Livre-me dos meus perseguidores, pois eles são fortes demais para mim.
6Listen to my cry, for I am in desperate need. Deliver me from my persecutors, for they are too strong for me.
7Tire a minha alma da prisão, para que eu possa dar graças ao seu nome. Os justos me cercarão, pois o Senhor será bom para mim.
7Bring my soul out of prison, that I may give thanks to your name. The righteous will surround me, for you will be good to me.
