1“Tokosrai lun kusrao uh ouinge: ac oana sie mwet kacto ma toang na oatula ke lotutang in konauk kutu mwet in orekma ke ima in grape lal.
1“For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire workers for his vineyard.
2Elos insese elan moli nu selos ipin silver se ke len se, fal nu ke molo se orek in pacl sac, na el supwalosla nu in ima lal.
2He agreed to pay them a denarius for the day and sent them into his vineyard.
3Ke ao eu ke lotu sacna, el sifilpa folokla nu ke acn in kuka uh, ac konauk kutu pac mwet su tu we ac wangin ma oru.
3About the third hour he went out and saw others standing in the marketplace doing nothing.
4Na el fahk nu selos, ‘Kowos som ac wi pac orekma in ima in grape uh, ac nga fah moli nu suwos ke sie moul fal.’
4‘You also go into my vineyard,’ he said, ‘and I will pay you whatever is right.’
5Na elos som. Ac ke ao singoul luo ac ao tolu, el sifilpa som ac oru oana ma el oru meet ah.
5So they went. He went out again about the sixth hour and the ninth hour and did the same thing.
6Apkuran nu ke ao limekosr ke ekela, el sifil folokla nu ke acn in kuka uh ac sifilpa liyauk kutu mwet tu we, ac el fahk, ‘Efu ku kowos muta wel len fon se inge?’
6About the eleventh hour he went out and found still others standing around. ‘Why have you been standing here all day long doing nothing?’ he asked.
7Na elos fahk, ‘Wangin mwet srukkutyak in orekma.’ Na el fahk, ‘Fin ouingan, kowos som wi orekma ke ima in grape ah.’
7‘Because no one has hired us,’ they answered. So he told them, ‘You also go into my vineyard.’
8“Ke ekela, mwet kacto sac fahk nu sin mwet karingin mwet orekma uh, ‘Pangonma mwet orekma ac moleang orekma lalos, mutawauk kaclos su tuku oetok nwe ke mwet ma tuku oemeet.’
8When evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, ‘Call the workers and pay them their wages, starting with the last ones hired and moving on to the first.’
9Na kais sie mwet ma mutawauk orekma ke ao limekosr ke eku, elos eis ipin silver se.
9The workers who were hired about the eleventh hour came and each received a denarius.
10Ouinge ke mwet ma mutawauk oemeet in orekma elos tuku in eis molin orekma lalos, elos nunku mu ac yohk ma elos ac eis; tusruktu elos eis pacna kais sie ipin silver.
10So when the original workers came, they assumed they would receive more. But each of them also received a denarius.
11Elos eis mani lalos ac mutawauk in torkaskas lain mwet kacto sac
11On receiving their pay, they began to grumble against the landowner.
12ac fahk, ‘Mwet ma touyak oetok inge elos orekma ke ao sefanna, a kut orekma len fon se ye faht uh, ac kom moli nu selos oana ke kom moli nu sesr!’
12‘These men who were hired last worked only one hour,’ they said, ‘and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden and the scorching heat of the day.’
13But he answered one of them, ‘Friend, I am not being unfair to you. Did you not agree with me on one denarius?
14Inge kom eis mani lom an ac folokla nu lohm sum.
14Take your pay and go. I want to give this last man the same as I gave you.
15Ya tia ma luk in sulela ma nga ac oru ke mani luk sifacna? Ya kom loloik mweyen nga oru wo nu selos?’”
15Do I not have the right to do as I please with what is mine? Or are you envious because I am generous?’
16So the last will be first, and the first will be last.”
17Ke Jesus el ututyak nu Jerusalem, el srela mwet tumal lutlut ac kaskas nu selos inkanek uh
17As Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, He took the twelve disciples aside and said,
18ac fahk, “Kut ac som nu Jerusalem pa inge, ac Wen nutin Mwet el ac fah itukyang nu inpoun mwet tol fulat ac mwet luti Ma Sap uh. Elos ac fah wotela elan misa,
18“Look, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and scribes. They will condemn Him to death
19and will deliver Him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified. And on the third day He will be raised to life.”
20In pacl sac, mutan kial Zebedee el tuku nu yurin Jesus, wi wen luo natul. El epasrla ye mutal ac fahk lah oasr ma el ke siyuk.
20Then the mother of Zebedee’s sons came to Jesus with her sons and knelt down to make a request of Him.
21Ac Jesus el fahk, “Mea kom lungse?” Na nina sac fahk, “Wulema nu sik lah wen luo nutik inge ac fah muta, sie lac poum layot ac sie lac poum lasa, ke kom ac tokosrala uh.”
21“What do you want?” He inquired. She answered, “Declare that in Your kingdom one of these two sons of mine may sit at Your right hand, and the other at Your left.”
22Na Jesus el fahk nu sin tamulel sac, “Komtal tia etu ma komtal siyuk an. Ya komtal ac ku in nim ke cup in keok se ma nga akola in nim kac?” Ac eltal fahk, “Kut ku.”
22“You do not know what you are asking,” Jesus replied. “Can you drink the cup I am going to drink?” “We can,” the brothers answered.
23“You will indeed drink My cup,” Jesus said. “But to sit at My right or left is not Mine to grant. These seats belong to those for whom My Father has prepared them.”
24Ke mwet tumal lutlut singoul saya elos lohng ma inge, elos arulana kasrkusrak sin tamulel sac.
24When the ten heard about this, they were indignant with the two brothers.
25Ouinge Jesus el pangnoloseni ac fahk nu selos, “Kowos etu lah mwet kol lun mwet pegan uh lungse na sapsap nu fin mwet lalos, ac mwet leum uh elos akkalemye lah ku nukewa oasr selos.
25But Jesus called them aside and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their superiors exercise authority over them.
26Tusruktu, ac fah tia ouinge yuruwos. Sie suwos fin ke elan fulat inmasrlowos, el enenu in mwet kulansap lowos;
26It shall not be this way among you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant,
27ac sie suwos fin lungse in el emeet, enenu elan mwet foko lowos,
27and whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave—
28oana ke Wen nutin Mwet el tia tuku in tuh kulansupweyuk el, a tuh elan sie mwet kulansap, ac sang moul lal in molela mwet puspis.”
28just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”
29Ke Jesus ac mwet tumal lutlut elos som liki acn Jericho, oasr sie un mwet na yohk fahsr tokolos.
29As they were leaving Jericho, a large crowd followed Him.
30Mwet kun luo su muta sisken innek uh lohng lah Jesus el fahsr in alukeltalla, na eltal wowoyak ac fahk, “Wen nutin David! Pakoten nu sesr!”
30And there were two blind men sitting beside the road. When they heard that Jesus was passing by, they cried out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”

31The crowd admonished them to be silent, but they cried out all the louder, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”
32Jesus el tui, ac pangnoltal ac siyuk, “Mea komtal lungse ngan oru nu sumtal?”
32Jesus stopped and called them. “What do you want Me to do for you?” He asked.
33Ac eltal fahk, “Leum, oru tuh kut in ku in liye!”
33“Lord,” they answered, “let our eyes be opened.”
34Jesus el pakomutaltal ac kahlye mutaltal. In pacl sacna eltal ku in liye, ac eltal fahsr tokol.
34Moved with compassion, Jesus touched their eyes, and at once they received their sight and followed Him.
