1Therefore you are without excuse, O man, whoever you are who judge. For in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself. For you who judge practice the same things.
1သူတစ်ပါး ကို စစ်ကြော စီရင်တတ်သောသူ ၊ သင်သည်ကိုယ်အပြစ်ကို မ ဖုံးနိုင်ရာ။ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ သင်သည်စစ်ကြောစီရင်သောအမှုကိုပင်ကိုယ်တိုင်ပြု သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ သူတစ်ပါး ကို စစ်ကြော စီရင်သည်တွင် ကိုယ် အပြစ်ရှိကြောင်းကို စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်ရာရောက်၏။
2We know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things.
2ဘုရားသခင် သည် ထိုသို့ ပြု သောသူ တို့ကို စီရင် တော်မူခြင်းအရာ သည် သမ္မာတရား နှင့် ညီသည် ကို ငါတို့သိ ကြ၏။
3Do you think this, O man who judges those who practice such things, and do the same, that you will escape the judgment of God?
3ထိုသို့သောအမှုကိုကိုယ်တိုင် ပြု လျက် ပင်၊ သူတစ်ပါးပြု သည်ကို စစ်ကြော စီရင်သောသူ ၊ သင် သည် ဘုရားသခင် စီရင် တော်မူခြင်းနှင့် လွတ် မည်ဟု ထင်မှတ် သလော။
4Or do you despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and patience, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?
4ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်သည် သင့် ကို နောင်တ လမ်းသို့ သွေးဆောင် သည်ကို မ သိမမှတ်ဘဲ၊ ကြွယ်ဝ စွာကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူခြင်း၊ သည်းခံ တော်မူခြင်း၊ စိတ်ရှည် တော်မူခြင်းတို့ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုသလော။
5But according to your hardness and unrepentant heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath, revelation, and of the righteous judgment of God,
5ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင်စိတ် ခိုင်မာ ၍ နောင်တ မရသည်နှင့်အညီ ဒေါသ နေ့ တည်းဟူသောဘုရားသခင် ၏ တရား တော်ထင်ရှား သောနေ့၌ ကိုယ် ခံစရာဘို့ အမျက် ဒေါသကို ဆည်းပူး သလော။
6who “will pay back to everyone according to their works:”
6ဘုရားသခင် သည် လူအသီးသီး တို့အား မိမိ တို့အကျင့် နှင့် အလျောက်အကျိုးအပြစ်ကို ဆပ်ပေး တော်မူလတံ့၊
7to those who by perseverance in well-doing seek for glory, honor, and incorruptibility, eternal life;
7ကောင်း သောအကျင့် ကို အမြဲ ကျင့်၍ ၊ ဘုန်း အသရေ ကို၎င်း ၊ မ ဖောက်ပြန်သောဇာတိကို၎င်း ၊ ရှာ သောသူ တို့အား ထာဝရ အသက် ကို ပေးတော်မူလတံ့၊
8but to those who are self-seeking and don’t obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, will be wrath, indignation,
8ငြင်းဆန် သောသဘောရှိ၍ ၊ သမ္မာတရား ကို နား မထောင်ဘဲ မတရား သဖြင့် ကျင့်သောသူ တို့ကိုကား ၊ ပြင်းစွာသော ဒေါသ အမျက်ထွက် တော်မူလတံ့၊
9oppression, and anguish on every soul of man who does evil, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
9ရှေးဦးစွာ ၌ ယုဒ လူ၊ နောက် ၌ဟေလသ လူ၊ ဆိုးညစ် သောအမှုကို ပြု သောသူ ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် ကြီးစွာသော ဆင်းရဲ ဒုက္ခဝေဒနာ ကို ခံရကြလတံ့၊
10But glory, honor, and peace go to every man who does good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
10ရှေးဦးစွာ ၌ယုဒ လူ၊ နောက် ၌ဟေလသ လူ၊ ကောင်း သော အကျင့်ကိုကျင့် သောသူရှိသမျှ တို့သည် ဘုန်း အသရေ ချမ်းသာ ကို ခံစားရကြလတံ့။
11For there is no partiality with God.
11ဘုရားသခင် သည် အဘယ်သူ၏မျက်နှာ ကို မျှမှတ် တော်မ မူ။
12For as many as have sinned without the law will also perish without the law. As many as have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.
12ပညတ် တရားကို မသိဘဲပြစ်မှား သော သူ တို့သည် ပညတ် တရားမဲ့ပျက်စီး ခြင်းသို့ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ပညတ် တရားကို သိလျက် ပင် ပြစ်မှား သော သူ တို့သည် ပညတ် တရား၏ စီရင် ခြင်းကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။
13For it isn’t the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law will be justified
13အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ တရား နာ သောသူသည် ဘုရားသခင် ရှေ့ ၌ ဖြောင့်မတ် သည်မ ဟုတ်။ တရား ကို ကျင့် သောသူသာလျှင် ဖြောင့်မတ် ရာသို့ ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။
14(for when Gentiles who don’t have the law do by nature the things of the law, these, not having the law, are a law to themselves,
14သာသနာပ လူတို့သည် ပညတ် တရားတော်ကို မ သိ ဘဲ၊ ကိုယ်အလိုအလျောက် တရား တော်ကို ကျင့် သောအခါ ၊ သူ တို့သည် ပညတ် တရားတော်ကို မ သိ ဘဲ၊ ကိုယ် ကျင့်တရားကို အမှီပြု သဖြင့်၎င်း၊
15in that they show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience testifying with them, and their thoughts among themselves accusing or else excusing them)
15ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ် သိသောစိတ်နှလုံးသည် သက်သေခံ သဖြင့် ၎င်း ၊ အချင်းချင်း ဆွေးနွေးဆင်ခြင် ၍ အပြစ်တင် လျက် ၊ လွှတ် လျက်နေသဖြင့်၎င်း၊ မိမိ တို့စိတ် နှလုံးထဲ၌ မှတ်သား သော တရား ၏အကျိုး ကို ထင်ရှား စွာ ပြကြ၏။
16in the day when God will judge the secrets of men, according to my Good News, by Jesus Christ.
16ငါ ဟောပြောသော ဧဝံဂေလိ တရားအတိုင်း ၊ ဘုရားသခင် သည် ယေရှု ခရစ် အားဖြင့် လူ တို့၏ မ ထင်ရှားသောအမှုအရာတို့ကို စစ်ကြော စီရင်တော်မူသောနေ့ ၌ ထိုသို့စီရင်တော်မူလတံ့။
17Indeed you bear the name of a Jew, rest on the law, glory in God,
17သင် သည် ယုဒ လူဟု သမုတ် ခြင်းကို ခံသောသူ၊ ပညတ် တရားတော်ကို ကိုးစား သောသူ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ကို အမှီပြု ၍ ဝါကြွား သောသူ၊
18know his will, and approve the things that are excellent, being instructed out of the law,
18အလို တော်ကိုသိ သောသူ၊ ပညတ် တရားတော်ကို လေ့ကျက် သဖြင့် ခြားနား သောအရာ တို့ကို ပိုင်းခြား ထား တတ်သောသူဖြစ်သည်နှင့် ၊
19and are confident that you yourself are a guide of the blind, a light to those who are in darkness,
19လူကန်း တို့အား လမ်းပြ သောသူ၊ မှောင်မိုက် ၌ နေသောသူ တို့ကို လင်း စေသောသူ၊
20a corrector of the foolish, a teacher of babies, having in the law the form of knowledge and of the truth.
20လူမိုက် တို့ကို ဆုံးမ တတ်သောသူ၊ သူငယ် တို့ကို နည်းပေး သောသူ၊ ပညတ် တရားတော်အားဖြင့် ပညာ ကို ၎င်း ၊ သမ္မာတရား ကို၎င်းဖြစ်သည်ဟူ၍၊ ကိုယ်ကိုထင်မှတ် တတ်သည်မှန်လျှင်၊
21You therefore who teach another, don’t you teach yourself? You who preach that a man shouldn’t steal, do you steal?
21သူတစ်ပါး ကိုဆုံးမ လျက်ပင်ကိုယ် ကို မ ဆုံးမ သလော။ သူ့ဥစ္စာကို မ ခိုး နှင့်ဟုတရား ဟောလျက်ပင် ကိုယ်တိုင်ခိုး သလော။
22You who say a man shouldn’t commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples?
22သူ့ မယားကို မ ပြစ်မှားနှင့်ဟုဆို လျက်ပင် ကိုယ်တိုင်ပြစ်မှား သလော။ ရုပ်တု ကိုစက်ဆုပ် ရွံ့ရှာလျက် ပင် ဗိမာန် တော်ကို လုယူဖျက်ဆီးသလော။
23You who glory in the law, do you dishonor God by disobeying the law?
23ပညတ် တရားတော်ကိုအမှီပြု ၍ဝါကြွား လျက်ပင် ထိုတရား ကို လွန်ကျူး ၍ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဂုဏ် အသရေတော်ကို ရှုတ်ချ သလော။
24For “the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you,” just as it is written.
24အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ကျမ်းစာ၌ လာ သည်နှင့်အညီ၊ တစ်ပါး အမျိုးသားတို့သည် သင် တို့အကျင့်ကို ထောက် ၍ဘုရားသခင် ၏နာမ တော်ကို ကဲ့ရဲ့ တတ်ကြ၏။
25For circumcision indeed profits, if you are a doer of the law, but if you are a transgressor of the law, your circumcision has become uncircumcision.
25သင် သည်ပညတ် တရားကို ကျင့်လျှင် ၊ အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းအားဖြင့် အကျိုး ရှိ၏။ ပညတ် တရားကို လွန်ကျူး လျှင် ၊ သင် ၏အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းသည် အရေဖျား မလှီးဘဲဖြစ် ပြန်၏။
26If therefore the uncircumcised keep the ordinances of the law, won’t his uncircumcision be accounted as circumcision?
26ထိုမှတစ်ပါး ၊ အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းကို မခံသောသူ သည်တရား ၌ ပါသောပညတ် တို့ကို စောင့်ရှောက် လျှင် ၊ ထိုသူ ၏အရေဖျား မလှီးဘဲ အဖြစ်ကို အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းအဖြစ်ကဲ့သို့မှတ် ရသည်မ ဟုတ်လော။
27Won’t those who are physically uncircumcised, but fulfill the law, judge you, who with the letter and circumcision are a transgressor of the law?
27အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းကို မခံသောသူသည်လည်း ကိုယ်အလိုအလျောက်ပညတ် တရားကို ကျင့် လျှင် ၊ ကျမ်းစာ နှင့် အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းရှိလျက်ပင်ပညတ် တရားကို လွန်ကျူး သောသင် ကို တရား တွေ့၍ အရှုံးခံစေမည် မဟုတ်လော။
28For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh;
28အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ အပြင် အားဖြင့်သာ ယုဒ လူဖြစ် သောသူ သည်ယုဒလူမှန်မ ဟုတ်။ အပြင် အားဖြင့်သာကိုယ်အသား အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းသည် အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းအမှန် မ ဟုတ်။
29but he is a Jew who is one inwardly, and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men, but from God.
29အတွင်း အားဖြင့်ယုဒ လူဖြစ်သောသူသည် ယုဒလူမှန်၏။ အရေဖျားလှီး ခြင်းလည်း ကျမ်းဟောင်းတရား အားဖြင့်မ ဟုတ်ဘဲ၊ ဝိညာဉ် တော်တရားအားဖြင့် စိတ် နှလုံးနှင့် စပ်ဆိုင်၏။ ထိုသို့ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကို ခံသောသူ၏အချီးအမွမ်း သည် လူ အလိုနှင့် မ ဆိုင်၊ ဘုရားသခင့် အလိုတော်နှင့်ဆိုင်သတည်း။
