1ကြွင်း သေးသော စကားဟူမူကား၊ ညီအစ်ကို တို့၊ သခင် ဘုရား၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တရားသည် သင် တို့တွင် နှံ့ပြား၍ ဘုန်း ထင်ရှားခြင်းရှိသကဲ့သို့ ၊ အရပ်ရပ်တို့၌ ထင်ရှားမည်အကြောင်းနှင့်၊
1For the rest, brethren, pray for us, that the word of God may run, and may be glorified, even as among you;
2အကျိုးအကြောင်းကို မသိမမှတ်၊ ဆိုးညစ် သော သူ တို့လက်မှ ငါတို့ကို ကယ်လွှတ် တော်မူမည် အကြောင်း ၊ ငါ တို့အဘို့ ဆုတောင်း ကြလော့။ လူ တိုင်း သစ္စာ ရှိသည် မ ဟုတ်။
2And that we may be delivered from importunate and evil men; for all men have not faith.
3သို့သော်လည်း ၊ သခင် ဘုရားသည် သစ္စာ နှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူ၏။ သင် တို့ကိုမြဲမြံ စေ၍ ၊ မကောင်း အမှုအရာနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်စေခြင်းငှာစောင့်မ တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
3But God is faithful, who will strengthen and keep you from evil.
4ငါတို့ပညတ် သည် အတိုင်း သင်တို့သည် ယခုကျင့် ကြ၏။ နောက်၌လည်း ကျင့် ကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု သခင် ဘုရားကို အမှီပြု ၍ ငါတို့သည် ယုံမှား ခြင်းမရှိ။
4And we have confidence concerning you in the Lord, that the things which we command, you both do, and will do.
5ဘုရားသခင် ကို ချစ် စေခြင်းငှာ၎င်း၊ ခရစ်တော် ၏နည်းတူသည်းခံ စေခြင်းငှာ၎င်း၊ သခင် ဘုရားသည် သင် တို့စိတ် နှလုံးကို ပြင်ဆင် တော်မူပါစေသော။
5And the Lord direct your hearts, in the charity of God, and the patience of Christ.
6တနည်းကား၊ ညီအစ်ကို တို့၊ ငါ တို့ထံ၌ ခံ သော နည်း ဥပဒေသအတိုင်း မ ကျင့် ဘဲ၊ မတရား စွာပြုသော ညီအစ်ကို ရှိသမျှ တို့ကို ရှောင် ကြလော့ဟု ငါ တို့သခင် ယေရှု ခရစ် ၏ နာမ တော်အားဖြင့် ငါတို့သည် ပညတ် ထား ကြ၏။
6And we charge you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you withdraw yourselves from every brother walking disorderly, and not according to the tradition which they have received of us.
7အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ငါ တို့ပေးသော ပုံသက်သေကိုလိုက် ၍ သင်တို့သည် အဘယ်သို့ ကျင့်ရ မည်ဟု သင်တို့ ကိုယ်တိုင် သိ ကြ၏။ ငါတို့သည် သင် တို့တွင် မတရား စွာ ပြုကြသည်မ ဟုတ်။
7For yourselves know how you ought to imitate us: for we were not disorderly among you;
8အဘယ်သူ ၏ အစာ ကိုမျှအလိုအလျောက်မ စား ။ သင် တို့တွင် တစ်ယောက် ကိုမျှ မ နှောင့်ရှက် ခြင်းငှာ၊ ပင်ပန်း စွာ ကြိုးစား အားထုတ်၍ နေ့ ညဉ့် မပြတ်လုပ်ဆောင် ကြ၏။
8Neither did we eat any man’s bread for nothing, but in labour and in toil we worked night and day, lest we should be chargeable to any of you.
9ထိုသို့ပြုသော်လည်း ၊ မ ခံမယူပိုင် သောကြောင့် ပြုသည်မ ဟုတ်။ သင် တို့လိုက် စရာဘို့ ပုံ သက်သေဖြစ် စေခြင်းငှာ ပြုကြ၏။
9Not as if we had not power: but that we might give ourselves a pattern unto you, to imitate us.
10အဘယ်သို့ နည်းဟူမူကား၊ သင် တို့နှင့်အတူ ရှိ နေစဉ်အခါ ၊ အလုပ်မ လုပ် ချင် သောသူ မည်သည်ကား၊ အစာကိုလည်းမ စား စေနှင့်ဟု ပညတ် ထားကြပြီ။
10For also when we were with you, this we declared to you: that, if any man will not work, neither let him eat.
11မတရား စွာပြု၍ အဘယ် အလုပ် ကိုမျှ မလုပ်ဘဲ၊ ကိုယ်နှင့်မဆိုင်သောအမှု၌ ရောနှော သော သူအချို့ တို့သည် သင် တို့တွင် ရှိ ကြောင်းကို ငါတို့ကြား ရကြ၏။
11For we have heard there are some among you who walk disorderly, working not at all, but curiously meddling.
12ထိုသို့သော သူတို့သည် ငြိမ်ဝပ် စွာ လုပ်ဆောင် ၍၊ ကိုယ် အစာ ကို စား မည်အကြောင်း ၊ ငါတို့သခင် ယေရှု ခရစ် အားဖြင့် ငါတို့သည် ပညတ် ထား၍ ၊ တိုက်တွန်း သွေးဆောင်ကြ၏။
12Now we charge them that are such, and beseech them by the Lord Jesus Christ, that, working with silence, they would eat their own bread.
13ညီအစ်ကို တို့အားလျော့ စိတ်ပျက်ခြင်းမ ရှိဘဲကောင်း သောအကျင့်ကို ကျင့်ကြလော့။
13But you, brethren, be not weary in well doing.
14ဤ စာ ၌ ငါ တို့ရေးထားသော ပညတ် စကားကို တစ်စုံတစ်ယောက် သောသူသည် နား မ ထောင်ဘဲ နေလျှင် ၊ ထို သူကိုမှတ် ကြလော့။ ရှက်ကြောက် စေခြင်းငှာ ၊ အပေါင်းအဖေါ် မ လုပ်ကြနှင့်။
14And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and do not keep company with him, that he may be ashamed:
15သို့သော်လည်း ၊ ရန်သူ ကဲ့သို့ မ မှတ် ၊ ညီအစ်ကို ကဲ့သို့ မှတ်၍ သတိပေး ကြလော့။
15Yet do not esteem him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.
16ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်း၏ သခင် သည် ကိုယ်တော် တိုင် သင် တို့၌ အစဉ်မပြတ်ခပ်သိမ်း သော အမူအရာ အားဖြင့် ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်းကို ပေး သနားတော်မူပါစေသော။ သခင် ဘုရားသည် သင် တို့အပေါင်း နှင့်အတူ ရှိတော်မူပါစေသော။
16Now the Lord of peace himself give you everlasting peace in every place. The Lord be with you all.
17ငါ ပေါလု သည်သင်တို့ကို နှုတ်ဆက် ခြင်းအချက်ကို ကိုယ်လက် နှင့်ရေး ထား၏။ ဤသို့ရေးထား လေ့ရှိ၍၊ ငါရေးသမျှ သော ဩဝါဒ၏ လက္ခဏာ ဖြစ် ၏။
17The salutation of Paul with my own hand; which is the sign in every epistle. So I write.
18ငါ တို့သခင် ယေရှု ခရစ် ၏ ကျေးဇူး တော်သည် သင် တို့အပေါင်း ၌ ရှိ စေသတည်း။ အာမင်။
18The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
