1O LEUM GOD , kasrekut! Wangin sie mwet wo lula, Ac mwet suwoswos tia ku in sifilpa koneyukyak.
1Help, LORD ; for the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men.
2Mwet nukewa kikiap nu sin sie sin sie; Elos kiapu sie sin sie ke kaskas in aklukuk.
2They speak vanity every one with his neighbour: with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak.
3O LEUM GOD , kutongya loh ma kaskas in aklukuk inge, Ac kaliya oalin mwet filang su fahk mu,
3The LORD shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things:
4“Ke kas na lasr kut eis ma kut lungse. Kut ac fahk na ma kut lungse fahk, Ac wangin mwet ku in kutongkuti.”
4Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; our lips are our own: who is lord over us?
5LEUM GOD El fahk, “Inge nga ac fah tuyak, Ke sripen mwet enenu elos akkeokyeyuk, Ac mwet kalyeiyuk elos keoklana. Nga ac sang molela nu selos oana elos kena kac.”
5For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD ; I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him.
6Wulela lun LEUM GOD nasnas ac fal in lulalfongiyuk; Wulela lal nasnas oana silver Ma liklikiyuki pacl itkosr ke funyu in aknasnas.
6The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
7LEUM GOD , kom fah karinginkutme; Kom fah liyekutyang liki kain mwet inge.
7Thou shalt keep them, O LORD , thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.
8Mwet koluk uh oasr yen nukewa Ac mwet nukewa kaksakinna ma koluk uh.
8The wicked walk on every side, when the vilest men are exalted.
