King James Version with Apocrypha
Asang Khongca Bible (Eastern Khumi Chin, 2019)
1O LORD my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:
1Angraeng ka Sithaw, nang khaeah ka buep: kai pacaekthlaek kaminawk boih ban thung hoiah na pahlong ah loe, na loisak ah.
2Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
2To tih ai nahaeloe misa mah kaipui baktiah ka hinghaih to asik pet tih boeh.
3O LORD my God, if I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
3Aw Angraeng ka Sithaw, hae hmuen ka sak pongah, ka ban ah zaehaih to oh moeng moe,
4If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:)
4kai hoi angdaeh kami khaeah ka sae hmuen to ka sak, ue, takung tidoeh om ai ah, ka misa ih hmuen to ka lomh pae moeng nahaeloe;
5Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.
5ka misa mah ka hinghaih to la nasoe loe, pacaekthlaek nasoe; ue, ka hinghaih long ah atii nasoe loe, kai pakoehhaih to maiphu ah suem nasoe. Selah .
6Arise, O LORD , in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.
6Aw Angraeng, palungphuihaih hoiah angthawk ah loe, ka misanawk palungphuihaih to pakaa ah: kai han angthawk ah loe, na thuih ih lok baktih toengah lok to takroek ah.
7So shall the congregation of the people compass thee about: for their sakes therefore return thou on high.
7Kaminawk loe amkhueng o moe, nang ang ven o; nihcae han hmuensang ah amlaem let ah.
8The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD , according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.
8Angraeng mah kaminawk to lokcaek tih: aw Angraeng, ka toenghaih hoi kai thungah kaom akoephaih baktih toengah, nang mah lokcaek ah.
9Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
9Kami poekhaih khenkung, poeksae kami sethaih to boengsak ah loe, katoeng kami to caksak ah: aw katoeng Sithaw, nang loe palungthin ni na khet.
10My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.
10Poek toeng kaminawk pahlongkung Sithaw loe, kang vaenghaih ah oh.
11God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
11Sithaw loe lokcaekkung katoeng ah oh, poeksae kami nuiah loe ni thokkruek palungphuihaih to amtuengsak.
12If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.
12Anih amlaem let ai nahaeloe, angmah ih sumsen to taak tih; angmah ih kalii to takoih ueloe, suem coek tih.
13He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.
13Anih hanah duekhaih hmuennawk to paroep pae moe, pacaekthlaek kaminawk kah hanah angmah ih kaliinawk to pathoep coek boeh.
14Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
14Khenah, anih loe kasae to zokpomh; kasae poekhaih hoiah zokpomh moe, amrohaih to tacawtsak.
15He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.
15Anih loe tangqom to takaeh moe, a takaeh ih tangqom thungah krak.
16His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.
16A poeksethaih to angmah ih lu nuiah krah let ueloe, minawk nganbawh kana paekhaih doeh a lu nuiah krah lat tih.
17I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.
