2 Corinthians 4

King James Version with Apocrypha
Testamenta Marra (Dieri New Testament)
1Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
1Jendrangundruja, ngangau ngaiani ninapini ngamalkijiribanila ngamalkai kalumiltjamiltjarinandru nauja ngaianingu matja pantjina, ngaiani wata walturiai,
2But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.
2A‐ai, ngaiani bakana ninta kurukuru woranala, ja ngaiani wata kiri tjikatjikani wirariai, bakana wata Godaia jaura tjautjau ngankai; a‐ai, ngaiani morlalulaia tinkari ngankanali munta wondrateriai kana pratjanaia ngara ngaialani Godaia mudlandru.
3But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
3Ngantjani jaura ngaianini kurukuru ngananani, jeruja nauja tanangu kurukuru nganai, tana tintaterila nganai.
4In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
4Tanangu nunkangupini mitaia Godali delkinietjaia tjuru butju ngankana wonti, tanangu Christuni ngantjani jauraia pirnalaia praitji wata mintjinanto, naupini Godaia mudla nganai.
5For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake.
5Ngangau ngaiani wata ngaianina muntali kaukaubai, a‐ai, Christus Jesus Kapara; ja ngaianina muntali jurani mili Jesungundru.
6For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
6Ngangau Naupini Goda, Nulia jirijiribana wonti ngalpurandru praitji mintjina dunkana tarananto, Naupini bakana ngaianingu ngarani mintjina wonti Godaia pirnalaia ngujamanaia mintjinaia Jesuni Christuni mudlani. (Dakani jaura Bartholomäi ditjini.)
7But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
7Ngaiani ninapini poto pirna mita kokuni ngamalkai, ngangau ngurulaia manamirila Godandru nganananto ja wata ngaianingundru.
8We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
8Tanali ngaianina nguja marapujeli jeniai, ja wata wuldru ngankai; ngaianina wurpuru ngankai, ja wata kantji marariai;
9Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
9Tana ngaianingu tirikaripateriai, ja Nulia ngaianina wata worani patai; tanali ngaianina wailpai, ja ngaiani wata tintateriai.
10Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
10Ngaiani milingeru Jesuni nari palkuni wiralkai, ngangau bakana Jesuni tepi palkuni ngaianinani wondraterinanto.
11For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.
11Tanalia ngaianina, matja tepi, milingeru naria jinkiai Jesungundru, ngangau bakana Jesuni tepi ngaianingu naria palkuni wondraterinanto.
12So then death worketh in us, but life in you.
12Jeruja nari ngaianingu ngankai, ja tepi jurangu.
13We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
13Ngangau ngaiani, ninapini morlalu ngundranaia Jaola ngamalkai, worderu dakanala parai: „Ngato morlalu ngundrana warai, jendrangundruja ngato bakana kaukaubana warai;“ jeruja bakana ngaiani morlalu ngundrai, jendrangundruja ngaiani bakana kaukaubai.
14Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.
14Ngangau ngaiani milkila, Nulupini, Nulia Kapara Jesu jiritjibana wonti, Nulia bakana ngaianina Jesungunto jiritjibala nganai, ja jurangu jela terkibala nganai.
15For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.
15Jenia pratjana jurangundru pantjiai, ngangau manjula, nina marapujeli matja marapurina, jurakokana manamiri ngankananto Godaia pirnalaia.
16For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
16Jendrangundruja ngaiani wata wurpuru pantjiai, a‐ai, tanali ngaianini palku teribanani; jeruja ngaianini kana marra marrariai ditjini pratjanani.
17For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
17Ngangau ketjaketjana ngaianini, nauja windri karari ja ngaua nganai, ngaianingu nguralia matia pirnala manamiri ngankai;
18While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
18Ngangau ngaiani wata ngurutalpana najiai mina kantji parai, a‐ai, nunkangu, mina ngaiani wata najiai; ngangau mina ngaiani najiai, windri mitawirdi nganai, ja mina ngaiani wata najiai, ngurali nganai.
