1Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus which are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons:
1Paululu ja Timotheulu, Jesuni Christuni mili, kulikirini pratjanani Christungu Jesungu tana Philippungu ngamai, najinajibanietjani ja marangokijiribamalinietjani jela.
2Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
2Manjula jurangunto nganaiatimai, ja murla Goda ngaianani Ngaperandru ja Kapara Jesu Christungundru! (Dakani jaura G. D. 22. Trinitatis.)
3I thank my God upon every remembrance of you,
3Ngato Goda ngakani jurakokala wapaia, jeruntjaia pota ngato jurana ngundrai,
4Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy,
4Ja ngani milingeru ngatjinali ngakanali jurangu pratjanandru mankinali ngatjiai,
5For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now;
5Jurani jelarinandru ngantjani jauraia, ditji ngoperandru kararielu,
6Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
6Ja ngato morlalu ngundrai, Nulupini, Nulia ninaia ngankana ngumu jurangu wonina wonti, ninaia bakana mudala nganai Jesuni Christuni ditjielu.
7Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.
7Jenia talku nganai ngakangu, jeruja jurangu pratjanandru ngundrala, ngangau ngato jurana pratjana ngakangu ngarani ngamalkai, ngangau jura dupudupuni ngakanani ja jurajuralkaterini ja morlalu kuranani ngantjani jaurandru, ngakani manjulaia jelalimaninietja nganai.
8For God is my record, how greatly I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ.
8Ngangau Goda ngakani tinkari ngankanietja nganai, worderu wolkareli ngani nganai jurangu Jesuni Christuni ngarani.
9And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;
9Ja ngani ngatjiai, jurani ngantjana morla ja morla poto pirna pantjinanto ngujamanani ja milkila pantjinani,
10That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ;
10Jura wontjananto mina morla ngumu nganai, ngangau jura talku ja madlentji pani nganananto Christuni ditjini,
11Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.
11Talkulaia tandra manamiri, nauja Jesu Christungundru pantjiai Godaia pirnalani ja jurakokanani.
12But I would ye should understand, brethren, that the things which happened unto me have fallen out rather unto the furtherance of the gospel;
12Ngato ngantjai jura ngujamananto, ngatata worajai, worderu pirna ngakani ngamanandru ngantjani jaura marurina warai,
13So that my bonds in Christ are manifest in all the palace, and in all other places ;
13Jeruja dupudupu ngakani Christungundru tinkari pantjina warai julja pungani ja tanangu nguru pratjanani;
14And many of the brethren in the Lord, waxing confident by my bonds, are much more bold to speak the word without fear.
14Ja ngatata marapujeli Kaparani, ngakani dupudupundru murlali pantjina warai, wontjai, morla pirna ja japangurujeli jaura kaukaubala.
15Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will:
15Palpali bakana kirinajinandru ja jatamalinandru; palpali ngumu ngundranali Christungundru kaukaubai.
16The one preach Christ of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds:
16Tanali Christus kaukaubai mudlawariwarieli wata talku, ngangau tanali ngundrai ketjaketjana kurala ngakani dupudupuni;
17But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel.
17Tanalipini ngantjanali, ngangau tana milkila, ngani ninkida ngamala wapaia ngantjani jauraia jurajuralkanandru.
18What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.
18Worderu? Mangini pilki ja pilkini tanali Christus kaukaubanani, tjautjaujeli kara talkujeli kara, nunkangundru ngato mankila wapaia ja mankila nganai,
19For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,
19Ngangau ngani milkila, jenia ngakangu tepia pantjila nganai jurani ngatjinandru, ja Jesuni Christuni Jaolaia jinkinandru.
20According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.
20Worderu ngani jertapateriai ja wolkareli kalkai, ngani panilani nintali pantjila nganai, a‐ai, japanguru pirnali, worderu milingeru jeruja bakana karari, Christus pirna pantjinanto ngakangu palkuni, tepieli kara, narieli kara.
21For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
21Ngangau tepi ngakangu Christus nganai, ja palina morla manina;
22But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not.
22Ngani morla tepi ngamanani palkuni, jeruja ngakangu ngankanaia tandra parai; ja mina ngato kalkalkananto ngato wata kaukaubai.
23For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better:
23Pudlalipini ngana jeniai: Ngato ngantjai puntila ja Christungu jela ngamala, jenia morla ngumu nganai;
24Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.
24Windri palkuni ngamana morla ngumu nganai jurangu.
25And having this confidence, I know that I shall abide and continue with you all for your furtherance and joy of faith;
25Ja jenia morlalu ngundrana ngani milkila, ngani ngamala nganai jurani morlalu ngundranaia ja mankinaia;
26That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me by my coming to you again.
26Ngangau jurani jurakokaterina pirna nganananto Christungu Jesungu ngakangu, ngani nakaldra jurangu wokarala tikanani.
27Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;
27Christuni ngantjani jaurani pankinani wirarianau, ngato wokaranani ja jurana najinani kara, worita ngamanani jurangundru ngaranani kara, jura jaola kulnuni terkala wapaia, ja mungara kulnujeli tirila wapaia ngantjani jauraia morlalu ngundranandru;
28And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God.
28Ja jura panilani japali pantjinanto talpalandru, jenia tanangu tintaterinaia malka nganai, ja jurangu murlaia malka, ja jenia Godandru;
29For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;
29Ngangau Nulia jurangu manjula jinkina warai Christungundru, wata windri nunkangu morlalu ngundrananto, a‐ai, bakana nunkangundru ketjaketjananto.
30Having the same conflict which ye saw in me, and now hear to be in me.
30Jeruja jura ninapini tirimalina ngamalkai, ninaia jura ngakangu najina wonti, ja karari ngakangundru ngarai.
