1主よ、私の心は高ぶらず、私の目もおごらない。 私は大きなことにも、 自分には及ばない不思議なことにも、心を向けない。
2まことに私は、自分の魂を静め、落ち着かせた。 母のそばにいる乳離れした子のように、 私の魂は、乳離れした子のようである。
3イスラエルよ、主に望みを置け。 今より、とこしえまでも。
