1ΚΑΙ ἐγένετο λόγος Κυρίου πρός με λέγων·
1The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,
2υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου, στήρισον τὸ πρόσωπόν σου ἐπὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Ἀμμὼν καὶ προφήτευσον ἐπ' αὐτοὺς
2Son of man, set thy face against the Ammonites, and prophesy against them;
3καὶ ἐρεῖς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἀμμών· ἀκούσατε λόγον Κυρίου· τάδε λέγει Κύριος· ἀνθ' ὧν ἐπεχάρητε ἐπὶ τὰ ἅγιά μου, ὅτι ἐβεβηλώθη, καὶ ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν τοῦ Ἰσραήλ, ὅτι ἠφανίσθη, καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν οἶκον τοῦ Ἰούδα, ὅτι ἐπορεύθησαν ἐν αἰχμαλωσίᾳ,
3And say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord GOD ; Thus saith the Lord GOD ; Because thou saidst, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity;
4διὰ τοῦτο ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ παραδίδωμι ὑμᾶς τοῖς υἱοῖς Κεδὲμ εἰς κληρονομίαν, καὶ κατασκηνώσουσιν ἐν τῇ ἀπαρτίᾳ αὐτῶν ἐν σοὶ καὶ δώσουσιν ἐν σοὶ τὰ σκηνώματα αὐτῶν· αὐτοὶ φάγονται τοὺς καρπούς σου, καὶ αὐτοὶ πίονται τὴν πιότητά σου.
4Behold, therefore I will deliver thee to the men of the east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit, and they shall drink thy milk.
5καὶ δώσω τὴν πόλιν τοῦ Ἀμμὼν εἰς νομὰς καμήλων καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Ἀμμὼν εἰς νομὴν προβάτων· καὶ ἐπιγνώσεσθε διότι ἐγὼ Κύριος.
5And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels, and the Ammonites a couchingplace for flocks: and ye shall know that I am the LORD .
6διότι τάδε λέγει Κύριος· ἀνθ' ὧν ἐκρότησας τὴν χεῖρά σου καὶ ἐψόφησας τῷ ποδί σου καὶ ἐπέχαρας ἐκ ψυχῆς σου ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν τοῦ Ἰσραήλ,
6For thus saith the Lord GOD ; Because thou hast clapped thine hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel;
7διὰ τοῦτο ἐκτενῶ τὴν χεῖρά μου ἐπὶ σὲ καὶ δώσω σε εἰς διαρπαγὴν ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσι καὶ ἐξολοθρεύσω σε ἐκ τῶν λαῶν καὶ ἀπολῶ σε ἐκ τῶν χωρῶν ἀπωλείᾳ· καὶ ἐπιγνώσῃ διότι ἐγὼ Κύριος.
7Behold, therefore I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the heathen; and I will cut thee off from the people, and I will cause thee to perish out of the countries: I will destroy thee; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD .
8Τάδε λέγει Κύριος· ἀνθ' ὧν εἶπε Μωάβ· ἰδοὺ ὃν τρόπον πάντα τὰ ἔθνη οἶκος Ἰσραὴλ καὶ Ἰούδα,
8¶ Thus saith the Lord GOD ; Because that Moab and Seir do say, Behold, the house of Judah is like unto all the heathen;
9διὰ τοῦτο ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ παραλύω τὸν ὦμον Μωὰβ ἀπὸ πόλεων ἀκρωτηρίων αὐτοῦ, ἐκλεκτὴν γῆν, οἶκον Ἀσιμοὺθ ἐπάνω πηγῆς πόλεως παραθαλασσίας.
9Therefore, behold, I will open the side of Moab from the cities, from his cities which are on his frontiers, the glory of the country, Beth-jeshimoth, Baal-meon, and Kiriathaim,
10τοῖς υἱοῖς Κεδὲμ ἐπὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Ἀμμὼν δέδωκα αὐτοὺς εἰς κληρονομίαν, ὅπως μὴ μνεία γένηται τῶν υἱῶν Ἀμμών·
10Unto the men of the east with the Ammonites, and will give them in possession, that the Ammonites may not be remembered among the nations.
11καὶ εἰς Μωὰβ ποιήσω ἐκδίκησιν, καὶ ἐπιγνώσονται διότι ἐγὼ Κύριος.
11And I will execute judgments upon Moab; and they shall know that I am the LORD .
12Τάδε λέγει Κύριος· ἀνθ' ὧν ἐποίησεν ἡ Ἰδουμαία ἐν τῷ ἐκδικῆσαι αὐτοὺς ἐκδίκησιν εἰς τὸν οἶκον Ἰούδα καὶ ἐμνησικάκησαν καὶ ἐξεδίκησαν δίκην,
12¶ Thus saith the Lord GOD ; Because that Edom hath dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and hath greatly offended, and revenged himself upon them;
13διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει Κύριος· καὶ ἐκτενῶ τὴν χεῖρά μου ἐπὶ τὴν Ἰδουμαίαν καὶ ἐξολοθρεύσω ἐξ αὐτῆς ἄνθρωπον καὶ κτῆνος καὶ θήσομαι αὐτὴν ἔρημον, καὶ ἐκ Θαιμὰν διωκόμενοι ἐν ρομφαίᾳ πεσοῦνται.
13Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD ; I will also stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword.
14καὶ δώσω ἐκδίκησίν μου ἐπὶ τὴν Ἰδουμαίαν ἐν χειρὶ λαοῦ μου Ἰσραήλ, καὶ ποιήσουσιν ἐν τῇ Ἰδουμαίᾳ κατὰ τὴν ὀργήν μου καὶ κατὰ τὸν θυμόν μου· καὶ ἐπιγνώσονται τὴν ἐκδίκησίν μου, λέγει Κύριος.
14And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, saith the Lord GOD .
15Διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει Κύριος· ἀνθ' ὧν ἐποίησαν οἱ ἀλλόφυλοι ἐν ἐκδικήσει καὶ ἐξανέστησαν ἐκδίκησιν ἐπιχαίροντες ἐκ ψυχῆς τοῦ ἐξαλεῖψαι ἕως ἑνός,
15¶ Thus saith the Lord GOD ; Because the Philistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with a despiteful heart, to destroy it for the old hatred;
16διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει Κύριος· ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐκτείνω τὴν χεῖρά μου ἐπὶ τοὺς ἀλλοφύλους καὶ ἐξολοθρεύσω Κρῆτας καὶ ἀπολῶ τοὺς καταλοίπους τοὺς κατοικοῦντας τὴν παραλίαν·
16Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD ; Behold, I will stretch out mine hand upon the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast.
17καὶ ποιήσω ἐν αὐτοῖς ἐκδικήσεις μεγάλας, καὶ ἐπιγνώσονται διότι ἐγὼ Κύριος ἐν τῷ δοῦναι τὴν ἐκδίκησίν μου ἐπ' αὐτούς.
17And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD , when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.
