1Brothers, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is for their salvation.
1ညီအစ်ကို တို့၊ ဣသရေလ လူတို့သည် ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းသို့ ရောက်စေခြင်းငှာ ၊ ငါ ၏စေတနာ အလိုရှိ ၍ ဘုရားသခင် ကို ဆုတောင်း လေ့ရှိ၏။
2For I testify about them that they are zealous for God, but not on the basis of knowledge.
2ထိုသူတို့သည် မှန်သောပညာ မ ရှိ သော်လည်း ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ဘက်၌ စိတ် အားကြီးသည်ဟု သူ တို့အဘို့ ငါသက်သေခံ ၏။
3Because they were ignorant of God’s righteousness and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.
3ထိုသူတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားကို မ သိဘဲ၊ ကိုယ် ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကို တည် စေခြင်းငှာရှာကြံ သောကြောင့် ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားကို ဝန်မ ခံကြ
4For Christ is the end of the law, to bring righteousness to everyone who believes.
4ယုံကြည် သောသူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် ရာသို့ ရောက်မည်အကြောင်း ၊ ပညတ် တရားသည် ခရစ်တော် အားဖြင့် စုံလင် ခြင်းရှိ၏။
5For concerning the righteousness that is by the law, Moses writes: “The man who does these things will live by them.”
5မောရှေ ကလည်း ၊ ထိုအကျင့်ကို ကျင့် သောသူ သည် ထိုအကျင့် အားဖြင့် အသက် ရှင်လိမ့်မည်ဟု ပညတ် ၊ တရားနှင့်စပ်ဆိုင်သော ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားကို ရည်မှတ်၍ ရေး ထားသတည်း။
6But the righteousness that is by faith says: “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ (that is, to bring Christ down)
6ယုံကြည် ခြင်းနှင့် စပ်ဆိုင် သော ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားဆို သည်ကား၊
7or, ‘Who will descend into the Abyss?’ (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).”
7ကောင်းကင် သို့ အဘယ်သူ တက် လိမ့်မည်နည်း။ နက်နဲရာထဲသို့ အဘယ်သူဆင်းလိမ့်မည်နည်းဟု စိတ် ထဲမှာ မ အောက်မေ့နှင့်ဟု ဆို၏။ ထိုသို့ဆိုသော်၊ ခရစ်တော်ကို ဆောင်ခဲ့ခြင်းငှာကောင်းကင်သို့ အဘယ်သူတက်လိမ့်မည်နည်း။ ခရစ်တော် ကို သေ ခြင်းမှ ထမြောက်စေခြင်းငှာနက်နဲ ရာထဲသို့ အဘယ်သူ ဆင်း လိမ့်မည်နည်းဟု ဆိုလိုသတည်း။
8But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming:
8တဖန်ဆို သည်ကား၊ တရား တော်သည် သင် နှင့် နီး ၏။ သင် ၏ နှုတ် ၌ ၎င်း ၊ သင် ၏နှလုံး ၌ ၎င်း ရှိ သည်ဟု ဆို၏။ ထိုသို့ဆိုသော်၊ ငါတို့ ဟော သောယုံကြည် ခြင်းတရား ကို ဆိုလို သတည်း။
9that if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
9အဘယ်သို့နည်းဟူမူကား၊ သင် သည် သခင် ယေရှု ကိုနှုတ် ဖြင့် ဝန်ခံ ၍ ၊ ဘုရားသခင် သည် သူ့ ကို သေ ခြင်းမှ ထမြောက် စေတော်မူပြီဟု စိတ် နှလုံးထဲ၌ ယုံကြည် လျှင် ၊ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းသို့ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။
10For with your heart you believe and are justified, and with your mouth you confess and are saved.
10ဖြောင့်မတ်ရာသို့ ရောက် ခြင်းငှာ စိတ် နှလုံးဖြင့် ယုံကြည် ရ၏။
11It is just as the Scripture says: “Anyone who believes in Him will never be put to shame.”
11ကယ်တင် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ခြင်းငှာနှုတ် ဖြင့် ဝန်ခံ ရ၏။ ကျမ်းစာ လာ သည်ကား ၊ ထိုကျောက် ကို အမှီပြု သော သူ မည်သည်ကား ၊ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းမ ရှိနိုင်ရာဟု လာသတည်း။
12For there is no difference between Jew and Greek: The same Lord is Lord of all, and gives richly to all who call on Him,
12ယုဒ အမျိုး၊ ဟေလသ အမျိုးကိုမ ရွေး၊ လူ အပေါင်း တို့ကို အစိုးရသော အရှင် တစ်ပါးတည်းရှိ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကိုပဌနာ ပြုသော သူ အပေါင်း တို့၌ ကျေးဇူးကြွယ်ဝ တော်မူ၏။
13for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
13အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ပဌနာ ပြုသော သူရှိသမျှ တို့သည် ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရကြလတံ့။
14How then can they call on the One in whom they have not believed? And how can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone to preach?
14သို့ရာတွင် ၊ မ ယုံကြည် လျှင် အဘယ်သို့ ပဌနာ ပြုနိုင်မည်နည်း။ သိတင်းမ ကြား လျှင် အဘယ်သို့ ယုံကြည် နိုင်မည်နည်း။ ဟောပြော သောသူမ ရှိလျှင် အဘယ်သို့ ကြား နိုင်မည်နည်း။
15And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
15လူကို မ စေလွှတ် လျှင် အဘယ်သို့ ဟောပြော နိုင် မည်နည်း။ ထိုသို့နှင့်အညီကျမ်းစာလာ သည်ကား၊ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်း၏ဝမ်းမြောက်စရာ သိတင်း၊ ကောင်းကျိုး ချမ်းသာ၏ ဝမ်းမြောက် စရာသိတင်းကို ကြားပြောသော သူ ၏ခြေ တို့သည် အလွန်တင့်တယ် စွတကားဟု လာသတည်း။
16But not all of them welcomed the good news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?”
16သို့သော်လည်း ၊ လူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ဝမ်းမြောက် စရာသိတင်းကို နားထောင် ကြသည်မ ဟုတ်။ ပရောဖက် ဟေရှာယ စကား ဟူမူကား ၊ အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ ဟောပြောသော သိတင်း စကားကို အဘယ်သူ ယုံ ပါ သနည်းဟုဆို၏။
17Consequently, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
17သို့ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ယုံကြည် ခြင်းသည် ကြားနာ ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ဖြစ်၏။ ကြားနာ ခြင်းသည်လည်း ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ စကား တော်အားဖြင့် ဖြစ်၏။
18But I ask, did they not hear? Indeed they did: “Their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.”
18သို့ရာတွင် လူအပေါင်းတို့သည် မ ကြား ရကြပြီလော။ အမှန် ကြားရကြပြီ။ သူ တို့၏အသံ သည်မြေ တပြင်လုံး ၌ နှံ့ပြား ၍၊ သူ တို့၏စကား သည် မြေကြီး စွန်း တိုင်အောင် ရောက်လေပြီဟုငါဆို ၏။
19I ask instead, did Israel not understand? First, Moses says: “I will make you jealous by those who are not a nation; I will make you angry by a nation without understanding.”
19တဖန်ငါ ဆိုသည်ကား ၊ ဣသရေလ လူတို့သည် ဤအမှုကို မ သိ ကြသလော။ မောရှေ က၊ မ ရေရသောလူမျိုး အားဖြင့် သင် တို့သည် ငြူစူ သောစိတ်ရှိစေခြင်းငှာ၎င်း၊ ပညာ မရှိသောလူမျိုး အားဖြင့် စိတ်ဆိုး စေခြင်းငှာ၎င်း၊ ငါ ပြုမည်ဟု ရှေ့ဦးစွာ ဆို ၏။
20And Isaiah boldly says: “I was found by those who did not seek Me; I revealed Myself to those who did not ask for Me.”
20ဟေရှာယ သည် သာ၍ရဲရင့် စွာဆို သည်ကား ၊ ငါ့ ကိုမ ရှာ သော သူ တို့သည် ငါ့ကိုတွေ့ ရကြ၏။ ငါ ၏ အကြောင်းကို မေးမြန်း သောသူ တို့၌ ငါထင်ရှား သည်ဟု ဆို၏။
21But as for Israel he says: “All day long I have held out My hands to a disobedient and obstinate people.”
21ဣသရေလ လူတို့ကို ရည်မှတ်၍ တဖန်မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ နားမထောင် ငြင်းဆန် တတ်သော လူမျိုး သို့ တနေ့လုံး ငါ သည် လက် ဝါးကို ဖြန့် ရပြီဟု ဆိုသတည်း။
