Psalms 52

Berean Standard Bible
Asang Khongca Bible (Eastern Khumi Chin, 2019)
1Why do you boast of evil, O mighty man? The loving devotion of God endures all day long.
1Nang thacak kami, tikhoe kasae sak nam oek haih loe? Sithaw hoihhaih loe cak poe.
2Your tongue devises destruction like a sharpened razor, O worker of deceit.
2Na palai loe haita kanoe baktiah, kasae sak han ih khue to poek pongah, alighaih tok to a sak.
3You love evil more than good, falsehood more than speaking truth. Selah
3Nang loe kahoih hmuen pongah kasae hmuen to na palung kue moe, loktang lok thuih pongah loe, amsawnlok thuih to na koeh kue. Selah .
4You love every word that devours, O deceitful tongue.
4Aw aling thaih palai, nang loe kasae lokthuihaih to na koeh.
5Surely God will bring you down to everlasting ruin; He will snatch you up and tear you away from your tent; He will uproot you from the land of the living. Selah
5Nang loe Sithaw mah dungzan khoek to amrosak tih, na haek ving ueloe, na ohhaih ahmuen hoiah azuk ving tih; ka hing kaminawk ohhaih prae thung hoiah na tangzun to aphongh ving tih. Selah .
6The righteous will see and fear; they will mock the evildoer, saying,
6Katoeng kaminawk mah hnuk o naah, zii o ueloe, anih to pahnui o thui tih:
7“Look at the man who did not make God his refuge, but trusted in the abundance of his wealth and strengthened himself by destruction.”
7Sithaw oep ai, angmah angraenghaih oep kami, kasae sakhaih caksak kaminawk to khen oh, tiah thui o tih.
8But I am like an olive tree flourishing in the house of God; I trust in the loving devotion of God forever and ever.
8Toe kai loe Sithaw imthung ih kahing olive thing baktiah ka oh: kai loe Sithaw amlunghaih ni dungzan hoi dungzan khoek to kang oep haih.
9I will praise You forever, because You have done it. I will wait on Your name— for it is good— in the presence of Your saints.
9Na sak pacoeng ih hmuen pongah, dungzan khoek to kang pakoeh han: na hoih pongah, nangmah ih kaciim kaminawk hmaa ah, na hmin to ka zing han.
