1Israel was a luxuriant vine, yielding fruit for himself. The more his fruit increased, the more he increased the altars. The better his land produced, the better he made the sacred pillars.
1ဣသရေလ သည် အသီး များစွာ သီးသော စပျစ်နွယ် ပင်ဖြစ်၏။ ကိုယ် အလိုအလျောက်သီး တတ်၏။ အသီး တိုးပွား သည်အတိုင်း အမျိုးသားတို့သည် ယဇ်ပလ္လင် တို့ကို များပြား စေကြ၏။ သူ တို့ပြည် ကောင်း သည်အတိုင်း ကောင်းသော ရုပ်တု ဆင်းတုတို့ကို လုပ် ကြသည်တကား။
2Their hearts are devious; now they must bear their guilt. The LORD will break down their altars and demolish their sacred pillars.
2သူ တို့၌ စိတ် နှစ်ခွ ရှိ၏။ ချက်ခြင်း အပြစ်ဒဏ် ကိုခံရကြမည်။ သူ တို့ ယဇ်ပလ္လင် တို့ကို ကိုယ်တော် တိုင် ဖြိုချ ၍၊ ရုပ်တု ဆင်းတုတို့ကိုလည်း ဖျက်ဆီး တော်မူမည်။
3Surely now they will say, “We have no king, for we do not revere the LORD. What can a king do for us?”
3ငါ တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မ ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောကြောင့် ရှင်ဘုရင် မ ရှိ။ ရှင်ဘုရင် ရှိသော်လည်း ၊ ငါ တို့အဘို့ အဘယ်သို့ ပြု နိုင်မည်နည်းဟု ချက်ခြင်းဆို ရကြမည်။
4They speak mere words; with false oaths they make covenants. So judgment springs up like poisonous weeds in the furrows of a field.
4သူတို့ ကျိန်ဆို သော စကားသည် စကားသက်သက် ဖြစ်၍၊ မိဿဟာယ ဖွဲ့ သောအခါ မုသာ စကား ကိုသာ ပြော တတ်ကြ၏။ တရား စီရင်ခြင်းအမှုသည် လယ် ကန်ဆည်ရိုး ပေါ် မှာ ဘင်းခါး ပင်ကဲ့သို့ ပေါက် ရ လိမ့်မည်။
5The people of Samaria will fear for the calf of Beth-aven. Indeed, its people will mourn with its idolatrous priests— those who rejoiced in its glory— for it has been taken from them into exile.
5ရှမာရိ မြို့ သားတို့သည် ဗေသဝင် နွားသငယ် အဘို့ ကြောက် ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုနွားသငယ်၏ ဘုန်းအတွက် သူ ၏တကာ တို့သည် ငိုကြွေး မြည်တမ်း၍ ၊ ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်တို့သည် တုန်လှုပ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ရန်သူတို့သည် ထိုဘုန်းကို လုယူ၍၊
6Yes, it will be carried to Assyria as tribute to the great king. Ephraim will be seized with shame; Israel will be ashamed of its wooden idols.
6နွားသငယ် နှင့်အတူ အာရှုရိ ပြည်သို့ ယူသွား ပြီးလျှင် ၊ ရှင်ဘုရင် ယာရက် အား ဆက် ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ ဧဖရိမ် သည် အသရေ ပျက်၍ ဣသရေလ သည် မိမိ အကြံ အစည်အားဖြင့် ရှက်ကြောက် ရလိမ့်မည်။
7Samaria will be carried off with her king like a twig on the surface of the water.
7ရှမာရိ သည် ပျက် ရ၏။ ရှမာရိ ရှင် ဘုရင်သည် ရေမြှုပ် သက်သက်ဖြစ်၏။
8The high places of Aven will be destroyed— it is the sin of Israel; thorns and thistles will overgrow their altars. Then they will say to the mountains, “Cover us!” and to the hills, “Fall on us!”
8ဣသရေလ ပြစ်မှား ရာ အာဝင်မြို့ကုန်း တို့သည် ပြိုကျ ၍ ၊ ဆူး ပင်အမျိုးမျိုးတို့သည် သူ တို့ ယဇ် ပလ္လင်များကို လွှမ်းမိုး ကြလိမ့်မည်။ မြို့သားတို့ကလည်း၊ အိုတောင် များ တို့၊ ငါ တို့ကို ဖုံးအုပ် ကြပါ။ အိုကုန်း များတို့၊ ငါ တို့အပေါ် ၌ ကျ ကြပါဟု ခေါ် ကြလိမ့်မည်။
9Since the days of Gibeah you have sinned, O Israel, and there you have remained. Did not the battle in Gibeah overtake the sons of iniquity?
9ဂိဗာ မြို့လက်ထက် ၌ အပြစ်ကြီးသည်ထက် ဣသရေလ သည် အပြစ်သာ၍ကြီး၏။ ထို မြို့၌ ရပ် နေကြ ၏။ ဂိဗာ မြို့၌ အဓမ္မ လူ တို့ကို စစ်တိုက် သောအခါ မ ရှုံး ကြ။
10I will chasten them when I please; nations will be gathered against them to put them in bondage for their double transgression.
10ငါ သည် ကိုယ် အလိုအလျောက်သူ တို့ကို ဆုံးမ မည်။ သူ တို့ အပြစ် နှစ် ပါးကြောင့် ချည် ထားလျက်ရှိသောအခါ ၊ သူ တို့တဘက် ၌ လူများစည်းဝေး ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
11Ephraim is a well-trained heifer that loves to thresh; but I will place a yoke on her fair neck. I will harness Ephraim, Judah will plow, and Jacob will break the hard ground.
11ဧဖရိမ် သည် ယဉ် ၍ စပါးကို နင်း ချင်သော နွားမ ပျိုဖြစ်သော်လည်း၊ ငါ သည် ထမ်းဘိုးကို ထမ်း စေ သဖြင့် ၊ ဧဖရိမ် သည် ကခြင်းကိုခံ ၍၊ ယုဒ သည် ထွန် လျက်၊ ယာကုပ် သည်လည်း မြေစိုင်ကို ခွဲ လျက်ရှိရလိမ့်မည်။
12Sow for yourselves righteousness and reap the fruit of loving devotion; break up your unplowed ground. For it is time to seek the LORD until He comes and sends righteousness upon you like rain.
12ကိုယ် အဘို့ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းမျိုးစေ့ကို ကြဲ ၍၊ ကရုဏာ တော် အသီးအနှံ ကို ရိတ် ကြလော့။ မလုပ်သေး သော လယ် ကို ထွန် ကြလော့။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကြွ လာ ၍ ၊ သင် တို့အပေါ် သို့ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်း မိုဃ်းကို ရွာ စေတော် မ မူမှီတိုင်အောင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ရှာ ရသောအချိန် ရောက်လေပြီ။
13You have plowed wickedness and reaped injustice; you have eaten the fruit of lies. Because you have trusted in your own way and in the multitude of your mighty men,
13သင်တို့သည် ဒုစရိုက် မျိုးစေ့ကို ကြဲလို၍ လယ်ထွန် သောကြောင့်၊ အပြစ် စပါးကိုရိတ် ရကြ၏။ မုသာ အသီးအနှံ ကို စား ရကြ၏။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ကိုယ် ကြံစည် ပြုမူခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ ကိုယ် ၌ များစွာ သော သူရဲ တို့ကို၎င်းကိုးစား တတ်၏။
14the roar of battle will rise against your people, so that all your fortresses will be demolished as Shalman devastated Beth-arbel in the day of battle, when mothers were dashed to pieces along with their children.
14ထိုကြောင့် ၊ သင် ၏လူ တို့သည် ရုန်းရင်းခတ် ကြ လိမ့်မည်။ ရှာလမန် မင်းသည် ဗေသာဗေလ မြို့ကို စစ်တိုက် သောအခါ ဖျက်ဆီး သကဲ့သို့ ၊ သင် ၏ရဲတိုက် ရှိသမျှ တို့ သည် ပျက်စီး ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ အမိ သည် သား တို့နှင့်အတူ မြေပေါ်မှာ ဆောင့်ဖွပ် ခြင်းကိုခံရလိမ့်မည်။
15Thus it will be done to you, O Bethel, because of your great wickedness. When the day dawns, the king of Israel will be utterly cut off.
