1During Jehoiakim’s reign, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon invaded. So Jehoiakim became his vassal for three years, until he turned and rebelled against Nebuchadnezzar.
1ယောယကိမ် မင်းလက်ထက် ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင်ဘုရင် နေဗုခဒ်နေဇာ သည် ချီ လာ၍ ၊ ယောယကိမ် သည် သုံး နှစ် ကျွန်ခံ ပြီးမှတဖန်လှန်ပြန် ၍ ပုန်ကန် လေ၏
2And the LORD sent Chaldean, Aramean, Moabite, and Ammonite raiders against Jehoiakim in order to destroy Judah, according to the word that the LORD had spoken through His servants the prophets.
2ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မိမိ ကျွန် ပရောဖက် တို့ဖြင့် မိန့် တော်မူသော စကား တော်အတိုင်း ၊ ယုဒ ပြည်ကို ဖျက်ဆီး စေခြင်းငှါ ၊ ခါလဒဲ တပ်သား ၊ ရှုရိ တပ်သား ၊ မောဘ တပ်သား ၊ အမ္မုန် တပ်သား တို့ကို စစ်ချီ စေတော်မူ ၏
3Surely this happened to Judah at the LORD’s command, to remove them from His presence because of the sins of Manasseh and all that he had done,
3မနောရှ မင်းပြု မိသမျှ သော အပြစ်၊ “
4and also for the innocent blood he had shed. For he had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the LORD was unwilling to forgive.
4အသေ မခံထိုက်သောသူတို့ ကိုသတ် ၍ သူတို့ အသွေး နှင့် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့ကို ပြည့် စေသော အပြစ် များ ကို ထာဝရဘုရား သည် လွှတ် တော်မ မူ။ ယုဒ အမျိုးကို မျက်မှောက် တော်မှ ပယ်ရှား လိုသောငှါ စီရင် တော်မူသည် အတိုင်း သာ ထိုအမှုရောက် သတည်း
5As for the rest of the acts of Jehoiakim, along with all his accomplishments, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah?
5ယောယကိမ် ပြု မူသော အမှု အရာကြွင်း လေ သမျှ တို့သည် ယုဒ ရာဇဝင် ၌ ရေး ထားလျက်ရှိ၏
6And Jehoiakim rested with his fathers, and his son Jehoiachin reigned in his place.
6ယောယကိမ် သည် ဘိုးဘေး တို့နှင့် အိပ်ပျော် ၍ ၊ သား တော်ယေခေါနိ သည်ခမည်းတော် အရာ ၌ နန်းထိုင် ၏
7Now the king of Egypt did not march out of his land again, because the king of Babylon had taken all his territory, from the Brook of Egypt to the Euphrates River.
7အဲဂုတ္တု မြစ် မှစ၍ ဥဖရတ် မြစ် တိုင်အောင် အဲဂုတ္တု ရှင်ဘုရင် ပိုင်သမျှသောမြေကို ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင်ဘုရင် ယူ သောကြောင့် ၊ နောက်တဖန် အဲဂုတ္တုရှင်ဘုရင်သည် မိမိ ပြည် မှ မချီမထွက်ရ
8Jehoiachin was eighteen years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem three months. His mother’s name was Nehushta daughter of Elnathan; she was from Jerusalem.
8ယေခေါနိ သည်အသက် ဆယ် ရှစ် နှစ်ရှိသော် နန်းထိုင် ၍ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ သုံး လ စိုးစံ လေ၏။ မယ်တော် ကား၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သားဧလနာသန် ၏သမီး နဟုတ္တ အမည် ရှိ၏
9And he did evil in the sight of the LORD, just as his father had done.
9ထိုမင်းသည် ခမည်းတော် ပြု သမျှ အတိုင်း ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ဒုစရိုက် ကိုပြု ၏
10At that time the servants of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon marched up to Jerusalem, and the city came under siege.
10ထို ကာလ ၌ ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင်ဘုရင် နေဗုခဒ်နေဇာ ၏ ကျွန် တို့သည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့စစ်ချီ ၍ ဝိုင်း ထားကြ ၏
11And Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came to the city while his servants were besieging it.
11ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင်ဘုရင် နေဗုခဒ်နေဇာ သည် ကိုယ်တိုင်ရောက် ၍ ၊ သူ ၏ကျွန် တို့သည် မြို့ ကို ဝိုင်း ထား ကြသောအခါ၊ “
12Jehoiachin king of Judah, his mother, his servants, his commanders, and his officials all surrendered to the king of Babylon. So in the eighth year of his reign, the king of Babylon took him captive.
12ယုဒ ရှင်ဘုရင် ယေခေါနိ သည် မယ်တော် မှစသော ကျွန် ၊ မှူးမတ် ၊ အရာ ရှိတို့နှင့်တကွ ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင်ဘုရင် ထံသို့ ထွက် ၍ ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင် ဘုရင်သည် နန်းစံ ရှစ် နှစ် တွင် ယုဒ ရှင်ဘုရင်ကိုရ ၏
13As the LORD had declared, Nebuchadnezzar also carried off all the treasures from the house of the LORD and the royal palace, and he cut into pieces all the gold articles that Solomon king of Israel had made in the temple of the LORD.
13ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူဘူးသည်အတိုင်း ဗိမာန် တော်ဘဏ္ဍာ နှင့် နန်းတော် ဘဏ္ဍာ ရှိသမျှ ကို သိမ်းသွား ၍ ၊ ဗိမာန် တော်အဘို့ ဣသရေလ ရှင်ဘုရင် လုပ် သော ရွှေ တန်ဆာ အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို အပိုင်းပိုင်း ဖြတ်လေ၏
14He carried into exile all Jerusalem—all the commanders and mighty men of valor, all the craftsmen and metalsmiths—ten thousand captives in all. Only the poorest people of the land remained.
14ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သားမှူးမတ် ၊ ခွန်အားကြီးသော စစ်သူရဲ တသောင်း ၊ အထူးထူးအပြားပြားသော ဆရာ သမားအပေါင်း တို့ကို သိမ်းသွား ၍ ၊ သာမညဆင်းရဲသား မှတပါး အဘယ်သူမျှမ ကျန်ကြွင်း ရ
15Nebuchadnezzar carried away Jehoiachin to Babylon, as well as the king’s mother, his wives, his officials, and the leading men of the land. He took them into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon.
15ယေခေါနိ နှင့် မယ်တော် အစ ရှိသော မိဖုရား များ၊ အရာရှိ များ၊ အားကြီးသော ပြည်သားများ အပေါင်း၊”
16The king of Babylon also brought into exile to Babylon all seven thousand men of valor and a thousand craftsmen and metalsmiths—all strong and fit for battle.
16စစ်တိုက် ခြင်းငှါတတ်စွမ်းနိုင်သောသူ ရှိသမျှ ၊ ခွန်အား ကြီးသော လူခုနစ် ထောင် ၊ အထူးထူး အပြား အပြားသော ဆရာသမား တထောင် တို့ကို ယေရုရှလင် မြို့မှ ဗာဗုလုန် မြို့သို့ လက်ရသိမ်း သွားလေ၏
17Then the king of Babylon made Mattaniah, Jehoiachin’s uncle, king in his place and changed his name to Zedekiah.
17ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင် ဘုရင်သည် ယေခေါနိ ဘထွေး တော်မဿနိ ကို ဇေဒကိ အမည် ဖြင့်မှည့် ၍ ယေခေါနိ အရာ ၌ နန်းတင် ၏
18Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem eleven years. His mother’s name was Hamutal daughter of Jeremiah; she was from Libnah.
18ဇေဒကိ သည် အသက် နှစ်ဆယ် တ နှစ်ရှိသော် နန်းထိုင် ၍ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ တဆယ် တ နှစ် စိုးစံ လေ၏။ မယ်တော် ကား၊ လိဗန မြို့သားယေရမိ ၏သမီး ဟာမုတာလ အမည် ရှိ၏
19And Zedekiah did evil in the sight of the LORD, just as Jehoiakim had done.
19ထိုမင်းသည် ယောယကိမ် ပြု သမျှ အတိုင်း ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ဒုစရိုက် ကိုပြု ၏
20For because of the anger of the LORD, all this happened in Jerusalem and Judah, until He finally banished them from His presence. And Zedekiah also rebelled against the king of Babylon.
20ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ယုဒ ပြည်သူ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သားတို့ကို အထံ တော်မှ မ နှင့်ထုတ် မှီတိုင်အောင်အမျက် ထွက် တော်မူ၍ ၊ ဇေဒကိ မင်းသည် ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင်ဘုရင် ကို ပုန်ကန် လေ၏”
