Kadede Kap (Pohnpeian New Testament and Psalms)
Douay-Rheims Bible, American Edition (1899)
1O I roner nil laud eu jan nan im en kaudok o, mamajani on tounlan ijimen: Komail kowei, wudokedi on jappa dal iju, me audekier onion en Kot.
1And I heard a great voice out of the temple, saying to the seven angels: Go, and pour out the seven vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
2Men maj ap kotiwei wudokila on jappa a dal, ap wiala kinj jued on aramaj akan, me kilelekidi kilel en man o, o me poni a kilel.
2And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth, and there fell a sore and grievous wound upon men, who had the character of the beast; and upon them that adored the image thereof.
3O kariamen wudokila a dal on nan madau ap wiala nta due nt’en melar amen, ari me maur karoj nan madau ap melar.
3And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea, and there came blood as it were of a dead man; and every living soul died in the sea.
4O kajilimen wudokila a dal pon pilap o utun pil akan, rap ntalar.
4And the third poured out his vial upon the rivers and the fountains of waters; and there was made blood.
5I roner tounlan en pil akan majani: Komui me pun, me kotikot, o me kotikot maj, me jaraui, pwe komui kadeikada due met.
5And I heard the angel of the waters saying: Thou art just, O Lord, who art, and who wast, the Holy One, because thou hast judged these things:
6Pwe irail kieledier ntan me jaraui o jaukop akan, ari, kom kotin katunole kin ir nta; ari, me mau on irail.
6For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
7I roner me pei jaraui o majani: Ei, Main Kot, Kaun en meakaroj, melel o me pun omui kadeik kan.
7And I heard another, from the altar, saying: Yea, O Lord God Almighty, true and just are thy judgments.
8A kapamen wudokila a dal pon katipin, a kapi on i, en ijiki kijiniai aramaj akan.
8And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun, and it was given unto him to afflict men with heat and fire:
9Ari, aramaj ronkila karakar kaualap, o re lalaue mar en Kot, me Kaun pan kamekam pukat; a re jota kalukila, pwen wauneki i.
9And men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God, who hath power over these plagues, neither did they penance to give him glory.
10O tounlan kalimen wudokila a dal pon mol en man o; ari a wei rotorotala; o re ke pajan lo arail pweki motakan madak.
10And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom became dark, and they gnawed their tongues for pain:
11O irail lalaue Kot en lan, aki ar madak o ar kinj akan, o re jota kalukila arwiawia kan.
11And they blasphemed the God of heaven, because of their pains and wounds, and did not penance for their works.
12O tounlan kawonemen wudokila a dal pon pilap Oiprat, a pil ap nalenaledi, pwen kaonopada al mon nanmarki, me kotido jan ni pali maj en lan.
12And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon that great river Euphrates; and dried up the water thereof, that a way might be prepared for the kings from the rising of the sun.
13O i kilaner, me jan nan au en drake, o jan nan au en man o, o jan nan au en jaukop likam nen jamin jilu dueta proj kai koda jan.
13And I saw from the mouth of the dragon, and from the mouth of the beast, and from the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs.
14Ir nen en tewil kai, wiawia kilel kai, me kin pwaralan nanmarki en jappa kan, en kapokon ir penan mauin en ran lapalap en Kot manaman.
14For they are the spirits of devils working signs, and they go forth unto the kings of the whole earth, to gather them to battle against the great day of the Almighty God.
15Kilan, I pwarado dueta lipirap amen; meid pai, me kin majamajan, nekinekid a likau kan, pwe a de kilijola, rap kilan a kanamenok.
15Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
16O re kapokon ir penan waja, me ad a ni lokaia en Ipru Armakedon.
16And he shall gather them together into a place, which in Hebrew is called Armagedon.
17O tounlan kaijimen wudokila a dal nin wawa, nil laud ap pwaradar jan im en kaudok nanlan, jan ni mol o mamajani: A wiauier.
17And the seventh angel poured out his vial upon the air, and there came a great voice out of the temple from the throne, saying: It is done.
18Ari, liol o nil kai o nanjapwe wiauier, o jappa rerer kaualap, jota due jan tapin aramaj mi jappa, pwe me lapalap o mulatok.
18And there were lightnings, and voices, and thunders, and there was a great earthquake, such an one as never had been since men were upon the earth, such an earthquake, so great.
19Ari, kanim lapalap pal pajan wiala jilekij jilu, o kanim en jap akan ronk pajan, o Kot kotin tamanda kanim Papilon, pwen kotiki on i dal en wain en a onion lapalap.
19And the great city was divided into three parts; and the cities of the Gentiles fell. And great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give her the cup of the wine of the indignation of his wrath.
20O dake karoj mokid wei jan o nana kan iolar janjal.
20And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
21O akel lapalap, toutouki paun epuki, me moredi jan lan lel aramaj akan, o aramaj lalaue Kot pweki kamekam akel, pwe iei kamekam me lapalapia.
21And great hail, like a talent, came down from heaven upon men: and men blasphemed God for the plague of the hail: because it was exceeding great.
