1အကြင်သူ၏ရှေ့မှာ အပြည်ပြည် တို့ကို နှိမ့်ချ ၍၊ ရှင်ဘုရင် တို့ကို တန်ဆာ ချွတ် လျက်၊ အတွင်းတံခါး တို့ကို မ ပိတ် ရဘဲ၊ နှစ်ရွက်ရှိသောတံခါး တို့ကို ဖွင့် ခြင်းငှါ ၊ အကြင်သူ ၏ လက်ျာလက် ကို ငါထောက်မ ၏။ ထိုသူ တည်းဟူသောကုရုမင်း ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ပေးတော်မူ၍ ဘိသိက် ခံသောမင်း အား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊
1Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;
2သင့် ရှေ့ မှာ ငါ သွား ၍ မြင့် သောအရပ်ကို ညီ စေမည်။ ကြေးဝါ တံခါး တို့ကို ချိုး ၍ ၊ သံ ကန့်လန့် တို့ကို အပိုင်းပိုင်းဖြတ် မည်။
2I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:
3မှောင်မိုက် ၌ရှိသောဘဏ္ဍာ ၊ လုံခြုံ စွာ ဝှက်ထားသော ဥစ္စာ တို့ကို သင့် အား ငါပေး မည်။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ငါ သည် သင့် ကို နာမည် ဖြင့် ခေါ် သော ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူကြောင်းကို သင်သိ ရလိမ့်မည်။
3And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD , which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.
4ငါ့ ကျွန် ယာကုပ် ၊ ငါ ရွေးကောက် သောသူ ဣသရေလ အတွက် ၊ ငါသည် သင့် ကို နာမည် ဖြင့် ခေါ် ၏။ သင်သည် ငါ့ ကို မ သိ သော်လည်း ၊ သင် ၌ နာမည်သစ်ကို ထပ်၍ပေး ၏။
4For Jacob my servant’s sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.
5ငါ တပါးတည်းသာ ထာဝရဘုရား ဖြစ်၏။ ငါ မှတပါး အခြား သော ဘုရား သခင်မ ရှိ။ သင်သည် ငါ့ ကို မ သိ သော်လည်း ၊ သင် ၏ခါးကို ငါစည်း ၏။
5¶ I am the LORD , and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:
6သို့ ဖြစ်၍ငါ မှတပါး အခြား သော ဘုရားမ ရှိ၊ ငါ တပါးတည်းသာ ထာဝရဘုရား ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကို၊ နေ ထွက် ရာအရပ်သားနှင့် အနောက် မျက်နှာသားတို့ သည် သိ ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
6That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD , and there is none else.
7ငါသည် အလင်း ကိုလုပ် ၏။ အမိုက် ကိုလည်း ဖန်ဆင်း ၏။ ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်းကို ဖြစ် စေ၏။ အမင်္ဂလာ ကိုလည်း ဖန်ဆင်း ၏။ ခပ်သိမ်း သော အမူအရာ တို့ကို ငါ ထာဝရဘုရား ပြု တော်မူ၏။
7I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things .
8မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် တို့၊ အထက် မှ ယို ကြလော့။ မိုဃ်းတိမ် တို့သည် တရား မိုဃ်းရွာ ကြစေ။ မြေကြီး သည် ပွင့် ၍ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းအသီးကို သီး စေ။ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်း တရားသည် တပြိုင်နက် ပေါက် စေ။ ထိုသို့ငါ ထာဝရ ဘုရား ဖန်ဆင်း ၏။
8Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it.
9အကြင်သူသည် မိမိကို ဖန်ဆင်း သော သူနှင့် ဆန့်ကျင် ဘက်ပြု၏၊ ထိုသူ သည် အမင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။ မြေ အိုးခြမ်း တို့တွင် အိုးခြမ်း ပါတကား။ အိုးမြေ က၊ သင်သည် အဘယ်သို့ သော အရာကို လုပ် သနည်းဟု အိုးထိန်း သမားကို ဆို ရမည်လော။ ငါ့ကို လုပ်သောသူ ၌ လက် မ ရှိ ဟု သင် လုပ် သော အရာကဆိုရမည်လော။
9Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?
10မိမိအဘ အား ၊ သင်သည် အဘယ်သို့ သော အရာကို ဖြစ်ဘွား စေသနည်းဟူ၍၎င်း ၊ မိမိအမိ အား ၊ သင်သည် အဘယ်သို့ သော အရာကို မွေးဘွား သနည်းဟူ၍ ၎င်း ဆို သောသူသည် အမင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။
10Woe unto him that saith unto his father, What begettest thou? or to the woman, What hast thou brought forth?
11ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ သန့်ရှင်း သောဘုရား၊ ထိုအမျိုး ကို ဖန်ဆင်း သော ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည် ကား ၊ သင်တို့သည်ဖြစ် လတံ့သော အမှုတို့ကို ငါ့ ထံ၌ မေးမြန်း ကြလော့။ ငါ့ သား တို့အတွက် ၊ ငါ့ ကိုယ်တိုင်ပြု သောအမှုအတွက်ကြောင့် ၊ ငါ့ ကို စီရင် ကြလော့။
11Thus saith the LORD , the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.
12မြေကြီး ကို ငါ လုပ် လေပြီ။ မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာ လူ ကို လည်း ဖန်ဆင်း လေပြီ။ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် ကို ကိုယ် လက် နှင့် ငါ ကြက် လေပြီ။ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် တန်ဆာ အပေါင်း တို့ကို ငါခန့် ထားလေပြီ။
12I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.
13ထိုသူ ကိုလည်း တရား တော်အတိုင်း ငါ ပေါ်ထွန်း စေ၏။ သူ သွားသော လမ်း ကို ငါဖြောင့် စေမည်။ သူ သည် ငါ ၏မြို့ ကို တည် ဆောက်လိမ့်မည်။ သိမ်း သွား ချုပ်ထားခြင်းကို ခံရသောငါ ၏ လူတို့ကို သူသည် အဘိုး မ ခံ၊ ဆု မ ယူဘဲ လွှတ် လိမ့်မည်ဟု ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
13I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts.
14တဖန် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်၌ ဆည်းဖူး သောဥစ္စာ၊ ကုရှ ပြည်သား၊ အရပ် မြင့် သော သေဘ အမျိုးသား ပြုစုသော ကုန်သွယ် ဥစ္စာ သည် သင့် ဘက် သို့ ရောက် ၍ ၊ သင် ၏ ဥစ္စာဖြစ် ရလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုသူတို့သည် သင့် နောက် သို့ လိုက် ၍ သံကြိုး နှင့် ချည်နှောင် လျက် လမ်း၌ ရှောက် သွားကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင့် ရှေ့ မှာပြပ်ဝပ် ၍၊ အကယ် စင်စစ်ကိုယ်တော် ၌ ဘုရား သခင်ရှိ တော်မူ၏။ ထိုဘုရားမှတပါး အခြား သော ဘုရား သခင်မည်မျှမ ရှိပါဟူ၍ တောင်းပန် ကြလိမ့်မည်။
14Thus saith the LORD , The labour of Egypt, and merchandise of Ethiopia and of the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall come after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall fall down unto thee, they shall make supplication unto thee, saying , Surely God is in thee; and there is none else, there is no God.
15အိုဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ဘုရား သခင်၊ ကယ်တင် တော်မူသောဘုရား၊ အကယ် စင်စစ်ကိုယ်တော် သည် ကိုယ်ကို ထင်ရှားစွာ ပြ တော်မမူသော ဘုရား သခင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
15Verily thou art a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour.
16ရုပ်တု ကိုလုပ် သော သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ရှက် ကြောက် ၍ မိန်းမော တွေဝေကြလိမ့်မည်။ အရှက် ကွဲ၍ တပြိုင်နက် ဆုတ် သွားကြလိမ့်မည်။
16They shall be ashamed, and also confounded, all of them: they shall go to confusion together that are makers of idols.
17ဣသရေလ အမျိုးမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား အားဖြင့် ထာဝရ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်၍၊ သင်တို့သည် ရှက် ကြောက်ခြင်း၊ မှိုင်တွေ ခြင်းနှင့် ကမ္ဘာအဆက်ဆက် ကင်းလွတ် ကြလိမ့်မည်။
17But Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.
18မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် ကို ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူသောထာဝရဘုရား ၊ မြေကြီး ကို ပြုပြင် ဖန်ဆင်း ၍ အမြဲတည် စေတော်မူသောအရှင်၊ အချည်းနှီး ဖန်ဆင်း သည်မ ဟုတ်၊ သတ္တဝါနေ စရာဘို့ ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူသောဘုရားသခင်မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ ငါ သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ဖြစ်၏။ ငါမှတပါး အခြား သော ဘုရားမ ရှိ။
18For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD ; and there is none else.
19ငါသည် တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာ မ ဟော။ မြေကြီး ထဲမှာ မှောင်မိုက် သော အရပ် ၌မဟော။ သင်တို့သည် ကျေးဇူးမရှိဘဲ ငါ့ ကို ရှာ ကြလော့ဟု ယာကုပ် အမျိုး အား ငါမပြော။ ငါ သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် စွာ ပြော ၍ အတည့် အလင်းဟော တတ်သော ထာဝရဘုရား ဖြစ်၏။
19I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.
20သင်တို့သည် စည်းဝေး ၍ လာ ကြလော့။ အတိုင်း တိုင်းအပြည်ပြည်တို့မှ ဘေးလွတ် သောသူတို့၊ စည်းဝေး ကြလော့။ မိမိ ထုလုပ်သော သစ်သား ကို ဆောင်ရွက် သောသူ၊ မ ကယ်တင် နိုင်သော ဘုရား ကို ပဌနာ ပြုသောသူတို့ သည် ပညာ မ ရှိကြ။
20¶ Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save.
21သိတင်းကြား ပြောကြလော့။ လူများကို အနီး သို့ ခေါ်ခဲ့၍ တိုင်ပင် ကြစေ။ ဤ အမှုကို ရှေး ကာလမှစ၍ အဘယ်သူ ဘော်ပြ သနည်း။ အထက် က အဘယ်သူဟော ပြောသနည်း။ ငါ ထာဝရဘုရား ဟောပြောသည် မ ဟုတ်လော။ ငါ မှတပါး အခြား သော ဘုရား သခင်မ ရှိ။ ငါသည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သော ဘုရား ၊ ကယ်တင် သောဘုရား ဖြစ်၏။ ငါ မှတပါး အခြားသော ဘုရားမ ရှိ။
21Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD ? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.
22မြေကြီး စွန်း သား အပေါင်း တို့၊ ငါ့ ကို မျှော် ကြည့် ၍ ၊ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းကျေးဇူးကိုခံ ကြလော့။ ငါ သည် ဘုရား သခင် ဖြစ်၏။ ငါမှတပါး အခြား သော ဘုရားမ ရှိ။
22Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.
23ငါ့ ရှေ့ ၌ လူတိုင်း ဒူးထောက် ရမည်၊ လူတိုင်း မိမိ နှုတ် နှင့် သစ္စာခံ ရမည်ဟု ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ် တိုင်တည် ၍ ငါကျိန်ဆိုသော တရား စကား သည် ငါ့ နှုတ် မှ ထွက် သည် ဖြစ်၍ ၊ မ ပြည့်စုံ ဘဲ မနေရ။
23I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
24ထာဝရဘုရား အားဖြင့် သာ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းနှင့် အစွမ်း သတ္တိကို ရပါသည်ဟု လူတိုင်းလျှောက် ရမည်။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို မနာလို သော သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် အထံ တော်သို့ လာ ၍ ၊ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရကြ လိမ့်မည်။
24Surely, shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.
25ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား အပေါင်း တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား အားဖြင့် ဖြောင့်မတ် ရာသို့ ရောက်၍ ဝါကြွား ကြ လိမ့်မည်။
25In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.
