1တဖန် ထာဝရဘုရား က၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့သည် အခြား တပါးသော ဘုရား တို့ကို ဖူးမြော် ၍ ၊ စပျစ်သီး ပျဉ် ကို အလိုရှိ သော်လည်း ထာဝရဘုရား ချစ် တော်မူသည် နည်းတူ ၊ မိမိခင်ပွန်း ၏ ချစ် ခြင်းကိုခံ လျက် မျောက်မထား သော မိန်းမကို သွား ၍ ချစ် ဦးလော့ဟု ငါ့ အား မှာ ထားတော်မူသည်အတိုင်း ၊
1And the LORD said unto me: 'Go yet, love a woman beloved of her friend and an adulteress, even as the LORD loveth the children of Israel, though they turn unto other gods, and love cakes of raisins.
2ထိုမိန်းမကို ငွေ တဆယ် ငါး ကျပ်၊ မုယော ဆန် တဟောမဲ ခွဲနှင့် ငါ ရွေး ပြီးမှ ၊
2So I bought her to me for fifteen pieces of silver and a homer of barley, and a half-homer of barley;
3သင်သည်ငါ့ အဘို့ နေ့ရက် များစွာ စောင့်၍ နေ ရမည်။ ပြည်တန်ဆာ မ လုပ်ရ။ အခြားသော ယောက်ျား နှင့် မ ပေါင်းဘော် ရ။ သို့ပြုလျှင် ၊ သင့် အဘို့ ငါ စောင့်၍ နေမည်ဟု ပြော ထား၏။
3and I said unto her: 'Thou shalt sit solitary for me many days; thou shalt not play the harlot, and thou shalt not be any man's wife; nor will I be thine.'
4အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့ သည် နေ့ရက် များစွာ ရှင်ဘုရင် မ ရှိ၊ မင်းသား မ ရှိ၊ ယဇ် ပူဇော်ခြင်းမ ရှိ၊ ဆင်းတု မ ရှိ၊ သင်တိုင်း မ ရှိ၊ တေရပ်ရုပ်တု မရှိဘဲနေရ ကြလိမ့်မည်။
4For the children of Israel shall sit solitary many days without king, and without prince, and without sacrifice, and without pillar, and without ephod or teraphim;
5ထိုနောက်မှ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့သည် ပြန် လာ၍ ၊ သူ တို့ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ကို၎င်း ၊ သူ တို့ရှင်ဘုရင် ဒါဝိဒ် ကို၎င်းရှာ ၍ ၊ နောင် ကာလ ၌ ကျေးဇူး တော်ကိုခံ အံ့သောငှါ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ထံ တော်သို့ တုန်လှုပ် လျက် ပြေးကြလိမ့်မည်။
5afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall come trembling unto the LORD and to His goodness in the end of days.
