Revelation 17

King James Version with Apocrypha
Testamenta Marra (Dieri New Testament)
1And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
1Ja angela mara wora ja mandrundru kulno, tanali koko mara wora ja mandru ngamalkana wonti, ngakangu wokarana wonti ja jatana wonti: „Kaparau, ngato jinkangu palakantji widla pirnaia kalala wondrala nganai, nani ngapa marapuni ngamai,
2With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
2Nankangu mitaia kapara palakantji ngamana wonti, ja mitaia kana wolara kaljura pantjina wonti nankani palakantjia wainandru.“
3So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
3Ja nulu ngana jaola pitaraia wapalkana wonti. Ja ngato widla kulno najina wonti nganti maraljani dukaterinani, naupini manamiri nganana wonti ngirkibani talandru, ja nulu mangatandra mara wora ja mandru ja jurietja marapratjana ngamalkana wonti.
4And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
4Ja widla matja widmaterina warai kati ngumujeli ja maraljali, ja tokuni marda maraljali ja marda ngumujeli ja kaldratieli matja wiribana, ja nandru marani marda maraljaia koko ngamalkana wonti, nankani palakantjia ja murumuruja tjautjaundru manamiri,
5And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
5Ja nankani milbirani tala parana wonti, kurirpi kulno: „Babylon pirna, palakantjia ja mitaia tjikatjikaia ngandri!“
6And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
6Ja ngato widla najina wonti parawaranani kulikiria kumarandru ja Jesuni tinkari ngankanietjaia kumarandru; ja ngani pirna ngaruparana wonti, ngato nana najinani.
7And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
7Ja angela ngankangu jatana wonti: „Minandru jidni ngaruparai?“ Ngato jinkangu wondrala nganai widlaia ja ngantia kurukurula, nulia nana mandrai, nulia mangatandra mara wora ja mandru ja jurietja marapratjana ngamalkai.
8The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
8Naupini nganti, ninaia jundru matja najina, nauja nganana wonti ja wata nganai, ja nauja kutundru dunkala nganai, ja turuni ngarila nganai, ja tanapini ngaruparala nganai, tana mitani ngamai, tanani tala wata tepia dakani jaurani parai mitaia pantjimanandru, tanali nganti najinani, nauja nganana wonti, ja nauja wata nganai, ja kantji nganala nganai.
9And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
9Ninkida tjuru nganai, nulu kirila ngamalkai: Mangatandra mara wora ja mandru mardawonpa mara wora ja mandru nganai, tanangupini widla ngamai,
10And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
10Ja tana kapara mara wora ja mandru nganai. Mara wora matja purina warai, kulno nganala wapaia, kulno morla wata wokarana warai, ja nau wokaranani, nau miljaru wordu ngamananto.
11And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
11Ja naupini nganti, nauja nganana wonti ja wata nganai, nauja mara wora ja parkulula nganai, ja nauja mara wora ja mandrundru kulno nganai, ja nauja tintateriai.
12And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
12Ja jurietja marapratjana, jundru matja najina, mitaia kapara marapratjana nganai, tanali wata milila manina warai, a‐ai, ngurula mitaia kapara jeribaka tanali manila nganai ditji kulno ngantini jela.
13These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
13Tanapini manu kulno nganai, ja tanani ngurula ja pirnala tanali ngantini jinkila nganai.
14These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
14Tanapini Tjipi kuparani tirimalila nganai, ja Tjipi kuparali tanana kalalu ngankala nganai, ngangau Nauja kaparaia Kapara ja mitaia kaparaia Mitaia Kapara nganai, ja tanali, tana nunkangunto nganai, karkani ja kalkalkani ja talkula nganai.
15And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
15Ja nau ngakangu jatana wonti: „Ngapa pirna, tanana jundru matja najina, wodajeri palakantji widla ngamai, kana wolara ja wolara ja mardu ja tali wora nganai.
16And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
16Ja jurietja marapratjana, tanana jundru matja najina, ja nganti, palakantji widlani kalakalarila nganai, ja nana pitaru ja balu worarala nganai, ja palku nankani tajila nganai, ja nana turujeli japila nganai.
17For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
17Ngangau Godali tanangu ngarani jinkina wonti, tanali nunkani jertapaterina ngankananto, ja jertapaterina kulno ngankananto, ja tanani milila ngantini jinkinanto, Godaia jaura mudanantulu.
18And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.
18Ja widla, nana jundru matja najina, ngura pirna nganai, nulu jirijiribai mitani mitaia kaparani.“
