1And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
1Kaj aperis al mi vorto de la Eternulo, dirante:
2'Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say thou unto them that prophesy out of their own heart: Hear ye the word of the LORD:
2Ho filo de homo! profetu pri la profetoj de Izrael, kiuj profetas, kaj diru al tiuj, kiuj profetas laŭ sia propra bontrovo: Aŭskultu la vorton de la Eternulo!
3Thus saith the Lord GOD: Woe unto the vile prophets, that follow their own spirit, and things which they have not seen!
3Tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Ve al la senprudentaj profetoj, kiuj gvidas sin per sia propra spirito kaj nenion vidis!
4O Israel, thy prophets have been like foxes in ruins.
4Kiel vulpoj kaj ruinoj estas viaj profetoj, ho Izrael.
5Ye have not gone up into the breaches, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel, to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD.
5Vi ne eliras al la breĉoj, nek baras baron ĉirkaŭ la domo de Izrael, por stari en la batalo en la tago de la Eternulo.
6They have seen vanity and lying divination, that say: The LORD saith; and the LORD hath not sent them, yet they hope that the word would be confirmed!
6Ilia vizio estas senenhava, ilia antaŭdiro estas mensogo. Ili diras: La Eternulo diris — sed la Eternulo ilin ne sendis; kaj ili asertas, ke ilia vorto plenumiĝos.
7Have ye not seen a vain vision, and have ye not spoken a lying divination, whereas ye say: The LORD saith; albeit I have not spoken?
7Vi vidis ja vizion senenhavan, kaj vi eldiras antaŭdiron mensogan; vi diras: Tiel parolas la Eternulo — kvankam Mi ne parolis.
8Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD: Because ye have spoken vanity, and seen lies, therefore, behold, I am against you, saith the Lord GOD.
8Tial tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Pro tio, ke vi predikas senbaze kaj antaŭdiras malveraĵon, jen Mi iras kontraŭ vin, diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo.
9And My hand shall be against the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies; they shall not be in the council of My people, neither shall they be written in the register of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
9Kaj Mia mano estos kontraŭ la profetoj, kiuj profetas senbaze kaj antaŭdiras malveraĵon; en la konsilo de Mia popolo ili ne estos, kaj en la registro de la domo de Izrael ili ne estos enskribitaj, kaj en la landon de Izrael ili ne venos; kaj vi ekscios, ke Mi estas la Sinjoro, la Eternulo.
10Because, even because they have led My people astray, saying: Peace, and there is no peace; and when it buildeth up a slight wall, behold, they daub it with whited plaster;
10Pro tio, ĝuste pro tio, ke ili erarigas Mian popolon, antaŭdirante pacon, kvankam paco ne estos, kaj kiam la popolo konstruas barilon, ili ŝmiras ĝin per maltaŭga mortero —
11say unto them that daub it with whited plaster, that it shall fall; there shall be an overflowing shower, and ye, O great hailstones, shall fall, and a stormy wind shall break forth,
11diru al tiuj, kiuj ŝmiras per maltaŭga mortero, ke ĝi defalos; estos pluvego, kaj vi, ŝtonoj de grandega hajlo, falos sur ĝin, kaj forta vento ĝin krevigos.
12and, lo, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you: Where is the daubing wherewith ye have daubed it?
12Kaj jen la muro falis; ĉu oni ne diros al vi: Kie estas la mortero, per kiu vi ŝmiris?
13Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD: I will even cause a stormy wind to break forth in My fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in Mine anger, and great hailstones in fury to consume it.
13Tial tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Mi elpuŝos fortan venton en Mia indigno kaj pluvegon en Mia kolero kaj ŝtonojn de hajlo en Mia furiozo, por ĉion ekstermi.
14So will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with whited plaster, and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be uncovered; and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
14Mi detruos la muron, kiun vi ŝmiris per maltaŭga mortero, Mi disŝutos ĝin sur la teron tiel, ke nudiĝos ĝia fundamento; kaj ĝi disfalos, kaj vi pereos meze de ĝi; kaj vi ekscios, ke Mi estas la Eternulo.
15Thus will I spend My fury upon the wall, and upon them that have daubed it with whited plaster; and I will say unto you: The wall is no more, neither they that daubed it;
15Kaj Mi plene kontentigos Mian koleron sur la muro, kaj sur tiuj, kiuj ŝmiris ĝin per maltaŭga mortero, kaj Mi diros al vi: Jam ne ekzistas la muro, kaj jam ne ekzistas tiuj, kiuj ŝmiris ĝin.
16to wit, the prophets of Israel that prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and that see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, saith the Lord GOD.
16Tiaj estas la profetoj de Izrael, kiuj profetas pri Jerusalem, kaj predikas al ĝi vizion pri paco, kvankam paco ne estos, diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo.
17And thou, son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, that prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them,
17Kaj vi, ho filo de homo, direktu vian vizaĝon al la filinoj de via popolo, kiuj profetas laŭ elpenso de sia koro; kaj profetu pri ili,
18and say: Thus saith the Lord GOD: Woe to the women that sew cushions upon all elbows, and make pads for the head of persons of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of My people, and save souls alive for yourselves?
18kaj diru: Tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Ve al tiuj, kiuj kudras kusenojn sub ĉiujn kubutojn kaj faras kaptukojn por kapoj de ĉia alteco, por kapti animojn! kaptante la animojn de Mia popolo, vi volas konservi viajn animojn.
19And ye have profaned Me among My people for handfuls of barley and for crumbs of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to My people that hearken unto lies.
19Kaj vi malsanktigas Min antaŭ Mia popolo pro plenmano da hordeo kaj pro peco da pano, mortigante animojn, kiuj ne devas morti, kaj konservante la vivon al tiaj animoj, kiuj ne devas vivi, mensogante al Mia popolo, kiu volonte aŭskultas mensogon.
20Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD: Behold, I am against your cushions, wherewith ye hunt the souls as birds, and I will tear them from your arms; and I will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt as birds.
20Tial tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Jen Mi iros kontraŭ viajn kusenojn, per kiuj vi kaptas tie la animojn flugemajn, Mi elŝiros ilin el viaj brakoj, kaj forliberigos la animojn, kiujn vi allogas, ke ili flugu.
21Your pads also will I tear, and deliver My people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
21Kaj Mi disŝiros viajn kaptukojn, kaj savos Mian popolon el viaj manoj, kaj ili ne plu estos kaptotaĵo por viaj manoj; kaj vi ekscios, ke Mi estas la Eternulo.
22Because with lies ye have cowed the heart of the righteous, when I have not grieved him; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, that he be saved alive;
22Ĉar vi mensoge afliktas la koron de virtulo, kiun Mi ne afliktis, kaj vi fortigas la manojn de malvirtulo, por ke li ne returnu sin de sia malbona vojo, per kio li konservus sian vivon —
23therefore ye shall no more see vanity, nor divine divinations; and I will deliver My people out of your hand; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.'
23tial vi ne plu havos senbazajn viziojn kaj ne faros antaŭdirojn; kaj Mi savos Mian popolon el viaj manoj; kaj vi ekscios, ke Mi estas la Eternulo.
