Testamenta Marra (Dieri New Testament)
1For every high priest taken from among men, is ordained for men in the things that appertain to God, that he may offer up gifts and sacrifices for sins:
1Priesta pirna worali, kanandru matja manina, ja kurana Godangu kanaia, nulu kalumiltjamiltjarini poto ja poto ngumu jinkinanto madlentjaia.
2Who can have compassion on them that are ignorant and that err: because he himself also is compassed with infirmity.
2Kulno jeribaka, nau burkali nganai kana koni ja mangapunkuni, ngangau bakana nunkangu waltowalto parana karitjiai,
3And therefore he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins.
3Ja nunkangundru nau wilpa nganai, worderu kana wolaraia, jeruja bakana nunkangundru muntali poto ngumu jinkila madlentjandru.
4Neither doth any man take the honour to himself, but he that is called by God, as Aaron was.
4Ja wata kulnujeli ninapini pirnala muntali maniai, a‐ai, worangu Godali karkai, Aaron jeribaka.
5So Christ also did not glorify himself, that he might be made a high priest: but he that said unto him: Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.
5Jeruja bakana Christus wata munta pirna ngankaterina wonti Priesta pirna nganala, a‐ai, Nulia, Nauja nunkangu jatana wonti: „Jidni Ngatamura ngakani nganai, karari ngato jidna kantji patana warai.“
6As he saith also in another place: Thou art a priest for ever, according to the order of Melchisedech.
6Worderu Nauja bakana piri kulnuni jatai: „Jidni Priesta ngurali nganai Melchisedek manginani.“
7Who in the days of his flesh, with a strong cry and tears, offering up prayers and supplications to him that was able to save him from death, was heard for his reverence.
7Nulia nunkani palkuja ditjini ngatjini ja karkani maritjini pirnali ja milkigildieli jinkina wonti nunkangu. Nauja ngurunguru nganai, ninaia narindru kulkala; ja Nulia ninaia bakana ngarana wonti nunkani japandru,
8And whereas indeed he was the Son of God, he learned obedience by the things which he suffered:
8Nauja kantji Ngatamura nganana wonti, ja Nulia kiririna wonti pankila nunkani ketjaketjanani,
9And being consummated, he became, to all that obey him, the cause of eternal salvation.
9Ja Nulia matja mudana warai, Nauja tanangu pratjanani, tana nunkangu pankiai, murlaia tepi Jinkinipirna pantjina wonti,
10Called by God a high priest according to the order of Melchisedech.
10Ninaia Godali dikana wonti Priesta pirna Melchisedek manginani.
11Of whom we have much to say, and hard to be intelligibly uttered: because you are become weak to hear.
11Nunkangundru ngaiana marapu ngamalkai jatala, windri jenia mati nganai mildiri ngankala, ngangau jura njani pantjina warai ngaranani.
12For whereas for the time you ought to be masters, you have need to be taught again what are the first elements of the words of God: and you are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
12Miljaru wirdindru jura morlalu ngujangujara jinkinietja nganananto, ja karari jura ngujangujara maninanto Godaia tinkari ngankani ngoperandru, ja jurangu ngumu nganai windri milki manina ja wata tajina ngurunguru.
13For every one that is a partaker of milk, is unskillful in the word of justice: for he is a little child.
13Ngangau worangu milki jinkinanto, nau patipati nganai talkulaia ngujangujarani; nau kupa waka nganai.
14But strong meat is for the perfect; for them who by custom have their senses exercised to the discerning of good and evil.
14Kana pirnani tajini ngurunguru parai, tanangu, tana tjuru talku ngamalkai ngumu ja madlentji puntibala, ngangau tana tjuru matja ngankingana warai.
