1And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
1LEUM GOD El fahk nu sik,
2Son of man, thou dwellest in the midst of a provoking house: who have eyes to see, and see not: and ears to hear, and hear not: for they are a provoking house.
2“Kom, mwet sukawil moul la, kom muta inmasrlon mwet lungsena alein. Oasr mutalos, a elos tia liye mau. Oasr insraclos, a elos tia lohng mau, mweyen elos lungse alein.
3Thou, therefore, O son of man, prepare thee all necessaries for removing, and remove by day in their sight: and thou shalt remove out of thy place to another place in their sight, if so be they will regard it: for they are a provoking house.
3“Inge, mwet sukawil, apweni kutu ma lom ingan in oana luman sie mwet kaing, ac mukuiyak meet liki fongeni. Lela mwet uh in liye lah kom ac som nu ke sie pac acn. Sahp mwet lungse alein ingan ac akilen kom.
4And thou shalt bring forth thy furniture as the furniture of one that is removing by day in their sight: and thou shalt go forth in the evening in their presence, as one goeth forth that removeth his dwelling.
4Apweni ma kom ac us nu in sruoh ke srakna len. Lela mwet nukewa in liye ke kom ac fahla ke ekela uh, elos in pangon mu kom ac som nu in sruoh.
5Dig thee a way through the wall before their eyes: and thou shalt go forth through it.
5Ke pacl elos ac liye kom an, pukanla sie pat ah ke sinka in lohm sum, ac eis ap lom an ac tufoki kac.
6In their sight thou shalt be carried out upon men’s shoulders, thou shalt be carried out in the dark: thou shalt cover thy face, and shalt not see the ground: for I have set thee for a sign of things to come to the house of Israel.
6Lela elos in liye ke kom ac srukak ap lom nu finpisom ac illa nu in lohsr uh. Afinya motom kom in tia ku in liye acn kom fahsr we. Ma kom oru inge ac fah sie mwe akul in sensenkin mwet Israel.”
7I did therefore as he had commanded me: I brought forth my goods by day, as the goods of one that removeth: and in the evening I digged through the wall with my hand: and I went forth in the dark, and was carried on men’s shoulders in their sight.
7Na nga oru oana LEUM GOD El fahk nu sik. In len sac nga apweni ap se in oana mwet ac kaingla se, ac ke eku sac ke mutawauk in lohsrla, nga pukanla sinka ah ke pouk, ac illa. Na nga srukak ap sac nu finpisuk ac som ke mwet nukewa liye.
8And the word of the Lord came to me in the morning, saying:
8Ke lotutan tok ah LEUM GOD El kaskas nu sik ac fahk,
9Son of man, hath not the house of Israel, the provoking house, said to thee: What art thou doing?
9“Mwet sukawil, inge mwet alein lun Israel fin siyuk lah mea kom oru an
10Say to them: Thus saith the Lord God: This burden concerneth my prince that is in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel, that are among them.

11Say: I am a sign of things to come to you: as I have done, so shall it be done to them: they shall be removed from their dwellings, and go into captivity.
11Fahk nu selos lah ma kom oru inge ac sie mwe akul nu ke ma ac sikyak nu selos. Elos ac fah mwet kaing ac mwet sruoh.
12And the prince that is in the midst of them, shall be carried on shoulders, he shall go forth in the dark: they shall dig through the wall to bring him out: his face shall be covered, that he may not see the ground with his eyes.
12Fisrak se su leum faclos ac fah lippisauk ap lal in lohsr uh, ac kaingla ke pat se ma elos pukanla nu sel ke sinka ah. El ac fah afinya mutal ac tia liye acn el fahsr nu we.
13And I will spread my net over him, and he shall be taken in my net: and I will bring him into Babylon, into the land of the Chaldeans, and he shall not see it, and there he shall die.
13Tusruk nga fah sisalik nwek nutik uh in sruokilya. Na nga fah usalla nu in siti Babylon, yen el ac misa we ac tia liye acn uh.
14And all that are about him, his guards, and his troops I will scatter into every wind: and I will draw out the sword after them.

15And they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall have dispersed them among the nations, and scattered them in the countries.
15“Ke nga ac akfahsreloselik nu in mutunfacl saya uh, elos ac fah etu lah nga pa LEUM GOD .
16And I will leave a few men of them from the sword, and from the famine, and from the pestilence: that they may declare all their wicked deeds among the nations whither they shall go: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
16Nga ac fah lela kutu selos in moulla liki mweun, sracl, ac mas. Ouinge ke elos muta inmasrlon mwet in facl saya an elos fah akilen lupan moul koluk lalos, ac etu lah nga pa LEUM GOD .”
17And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
17LEUM GOD El kaskas nu sik
18Son of man, eat thy bread in trouble: and drink thy water in hurry and sorrow.
18ac fahk, “Mwet sukawil, kom in rarrar ke pacl kom mongo, ac sangeng rarrar ke pacl kom ac nim.
19And say to the people of the land: Thus saith the Lord God to them that dwell in Jerusalem in the land of Israel: They shall eat their bread in care, and drink their water in desolation: that the land may become desolate from the multitude that is therein, for the iniquity of all that dwell therein.
19Fahk nu sin mwet in facl sacn nufon lah pa inge kas sin LEUM GOD Fulatlana nu sin mwet su muta Jerusalem — elos su srakna muta in facl selos: Elos ac fah rarrar ke pacl elos mongo, ac sangeng ac rarrar ke elos ac nim. 20And the cities that are now inhabited shall be laid waste, and the land shall be desolate: and you shall know that I am the Lord.
20Siti nukewa ma nwanala ke mwet in pacl inge ac fah kunausyukla, ac facl sac nufon ac fah acn mwesisla. Na elos ac fah etu lah nga pa LEUM GOD .”
21And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
21LEUM GOD El kaskas nu sik,
22Son of man, what is this proverb that you have in the land of Israel? saying: The days shall be prolonged, and every vision shall fail.
22ac fahk, “Mwet sukawil, efu ku mwet Israel elos kalwenina soakas se inge: ‘Pacl uh somla, a kas in palu uh tiana sikyak.’
23Say to them therefore: Thus saith the Lord God: I will make this proverb to cease, neither shall it be any more a common saying in Israel: and tell them that the days are at hand, and the effect of every vision.
23Inge, fahkang nu selos ma nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, fahk ke ma ingan. Nga ac sisla soakas se ingan, na ac fah tia sifil srumunyuk in Israel. Fahkang nu selos lah pa inge pacl kas in palu uh ac akpwayeiyuk!
24For there shall be no more any vain visions, nor doubtful divination in the midst of the children of Israel.
24“Ac fah tia sifil oasr aruruma kikiap ku kas in palu tia pwaye inmasrlon mwet Israel.
25For I the Lord will speak: and what word soever I shall speak, it shall come to pass, and shall not be prolonged any more: but in your days, ye provoking house, I will speak the word, and will do it, saith the Lord God.
25Nga, LEUM GOD , fah sifacna kaskas nu selos, ac ma nga ac fahk uh ac tia pahtlac in sikyak. Kowos mwet likkeke, nga ac oru ma nga fahk mu nga ac oru ke pacl kowos srakna moul. Nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, pa fahk ma inge!”
26And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
26LEUM GOD El fahk nu sik,
27Son of man, behold the house of Israel, they that say: The vision that this man seeth, is for many days to come: and this men prophesieth of times afar off.
27“Mwet sukawil, mwet Israel elos nunku mu aruruma lom ac kas in palu lom tia ma ac sa sikyak, a ma na nwe tok.
28Therefore say to them: Thus saith the Lord God: Not one word of mine shall be prolonged any more: the word that I shall speak shall be accomplished, saith the Lord God.
28Ke ma inge fahkang nu selos lah nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, fahk mu: Ac fah tia sifilpa pahtlac. Ma nga fahkla uh ac orekla. Nga, LEUM GOD Fulatlana, pa fahk ma inge!”
