1Opět stalo se slovo Hospodinovo ke mně, řkoucí:
1Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
2Ty pak synu člověčí, zastával-li bys, zastával-liž bys toho města vražedlného? Raději mu oznam všecky ohavnosti jeho,
2'Now, thou, son of man, wilt thou judge, wilt thou judge the bloody city? then cause her to know all her abominations.
3A rci: Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Přicházíť čas města toho, jenž prolévá krev u prostřed sebe, a dělá ukydané bohy proti sobě, aby se poškvrňovalo.
3And thou shalt say: Thus saith the Lord GOD: O city that sheddest blood in the midst of thee, that thy time may come, and that makest idols unto thyself to defile thee;
4Ty krví svou, kterouž jsi prolilo, zavinivší, a ukydanými bohy svými, jichž jsi nadělalo, sebe poškvrnivší, to jsi způsobilo, že se přiblížili dnové tvoji, a přišlo jsi k letům svým. Protož vydám tě v pohanění národům, a ku posměchu všechněm zemím.
4thou art become guilty in thy blood that thou hast shed, and art defiled in thine idols which thou hast made; and thou hast caused thy days to draw near, and art come even unto thy years; therefore have I made thee a reproach unto the nations, and a mocking to all the countries!
5Blízké i daleké od tebe budou se tobě posmívati, ó zlopověstné a různic plné.
5Those that are near, and those that are far from thee, shall mock thee, thou defiled of name and full of tumult.
6Aj, knížata Izraelská jeden každý vší silou na to se vydali, aby krev v tobě prolévali.
6Behold, the princes of Israel, every one according to his might, have been in thee to shed blood.
7Otce i matku zlehčují v tobě, pohostinnému činí nátisk u prostřed tebe, sirotka a vdovu utiskují v tobě.
7In thee have they made light of father and mother; in the midst of thee have they dealt by oppression with the stranger; in thee have they wronged the fatherless and the widow.
8Svatými věcmi mými zhrdáš, a sobot mých poškvrňuješ.
8Thou hast despised My holy things, and hast profaned My sabbaths.
9Utrhači jsou v tobě, aby prolévali krev, a na horách jídají v tobě; nešlechetnost páší u prostřed tebe.
9In thee have been talebearers to shed blood; and in thee they have eaten upon the mountains; in the midst of thee they have committed lewdness.
10Nahotu otce syn odkrývá v tobě, a nečisté v oddělení ponižují v tobě.
10In thee have they uncovered their fathers' nakedness; in thee have they humbled her that was unclean in her impurity.
11Jiný pak s ženou bližního svého páše ohavnost, a jiný s nevěstou svou poškvrňuje se nešlechetností, a jiný sestry své, dcery otce svého, ponižuje v tobě.
11And each hath committed abomination with his neighbour's wife; and each hath lewdly defiled his daughter-in-law; and each in thee hath humbled his sister, his father's daughter.
12Dar berou v tobě, aby krev prolili; lichvu a úrok béřeš, a zisku hledáš s útiskem bližního svého, na mne se pak zapomínáš, dí Panovník Hospodin.
12In thee have they taken gifts to shed blood; thou hast taken interest and increase, and thou hast greedily gained of thy neighbours by oppression, and hast forgotten Me, saith the Lord GOD.
13Protož aj, já tleskl jsem rukama svýma nad ziskem tvým, jehož dobýváš, i nad tou krví, kteráž byla u prostřed tebe.
13Behold, therefore, I have smitten My hand at thy dishonest gain which thou hast made, and at thy blood which hath been in the midst of thee.
14Zdali ostojí srdce tvé? Zdaž odolají ruce tvé dnům, v nichž já budu zacházeti s tebou? Já Hospodin mluvil jsem i učiním.
14Can thy heart endure, or can thy hands be strong, in the days that I shall deal with thee? I the LORD have spoken it, and will do it.
15Nebo rozptýlím tě mezi pohany, a rozženu tě po krajinách, a do konce vyprázdním nečistotu tvou z tebe.
15And I will scatter thee among the nations, and disperse thee through the countries; and I will consume thy filthiness out of thee.
16A zavrženo jsuc před očima pohanů, poznáš, že já jsem Hospodin.
16And thou shalt be profaned in thyself, in the sight of the nations; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.'
17Potom stalo se slovo Hospodinovo ke mně, řkoucí:
17And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
18Synu člověčí, obrátili se mi dům Izraelský v trůsku, všickni napořád jsou měď, cín, železo a olovo u prostřed peci, trůsky stříbra jsou.
18'Son of man, the house of Israel is become dross unto Me; all of them are brass and tin and iron and lead, in the midst of the furnace; they are the dross of silver.
19Pročež takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Proto že jste vy všickni obrátili se v trůsky, protož aj, já shromáždím vás do Jeruzaléma.
19Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD: Because ye are all become dross, therefore, behold, I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem.
20Jakž se shromažďuje stříbro a měď, železo, olovo i cín do prostřed peci, k rozdmýchání ohně vůkol něho a k rozpouštění: tak shromáždím v hněvě a v prchlivosti své, a slože, rozpouštěti vás budu.
20As they gather silver and brass and iron and lead and tin into the midst of the furnace, to blow the fire upon it, to melt it; so will I gather you in Mine anger and in My fury, and I will cast you in, and melt you.
21Sberu vás, pravím, a rozdmýchám okolo vás oheň prchlivosti své, i rozpustíte se u prostřed města.
21Yea, I will gather you, and blow upon you with the fire of My wrath, and ye shall be melted in the midst thereof.
22Jakž se stříbro rozpouští v peci, tak se rozpustíte u prostřed něho, i zvíte, že já Hospodin vylil jsem prchlivost svou na vás.
22As silver is melted in the midst of the furnace, so shall ye be melted in the midst thereof; and ye shall know that I the LORD have poured out My fury upon you.'
23Ještě stalo se slovo Hospodinovo ke mně, řkoucí:
23And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
24Synu člověčí, rci: Ty země jsi nečistá, nebudeš deštěm svlažena v den rozhněvání.
24'Son of man, say unto her: Thou art a land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation.
25Spiknutí proroků jejích u prostřed ní, jsou podobni lvu řvoucímu, uchvacujícímu loupež, duše žerou, bohatství a věci drahé berou, a činí mnoho vdov u prostřed ní.
25There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls, they take treasure and precious things, they have made her widows many in the midst thereof.
26Kněží její natahují zákona mého, a svaté věci mé poškvrňují, mezi svatým a poškvrněným rozdílu nečiní, a mezi nečistým a čistým nerozeznávají. Nadto od sobot mých skrývají oči své, tak že zlehčován bývám mezi nimi.
26Her priests have done violence to My law, and have profaned My holy things; they have put no difference between the holy and the common, neither have they taught difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from My sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.
27Knížata její u prostřed ní jsou jako vlci uchvacující loupež, vylévajíce krev, hubíce duše, aby sháněli mrzký zisk.
27Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey: to shed blood, and to destroy souls, so as to get dishonest gain.
28Proroci pak jejich obmítají jim vápnem ničemným, předpovídají marné věci, a hádají jim lež, říkajíce: Takto praví Panovník Hospodin, ješto Hospodin nemluvil.
28And her prophets have daubed for them with whited plaster, seeing falsehood, and divining lies unto them, saying: Thus saith the Lord GOD, when the LORD hath not spoken.
29Lid této země činí nátisk, a cizí věci mocí béře, chudému a nuznému ubližují, a pohostinného utiskují nespravedlivě.
29The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have wronged the poor and needy, and have oppressed the stranger unlawfully.
30Hledaje pak někoho z nich, kterýž by udělal hradbu, a postavil se v mezeře před tváří mou za tuto zemi, abych jí nezkazil, žádného nenacházím.
30And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the breach before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found none.
31Protož vyleji na ně rozhněvání své, ohněm prchlivosti své konec jim učiním, cestu jejich jim na hlavu obrátím, praví Panovník Hospodin.
31Therefore have I poured out Mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; their own way have I brought upon their heads, saith the Lord GOD.'
