1တဖန် ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ရွေးချယ် သောဣသရေလ လူသုံး သောင်းတို့ကို စုဝေး စေပြီးလျှင်၊
1David again gathered together all the chosen men of Israel, thirty thousand.
2ခေရုဗိမ် ကြားမှာကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူသောကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမ တော်နှင့် ဆိုင်သော ဘုရား သခင်၏သေတ္တာ တော်ကို ယုဒ ပြည် ဗာလာမြို့မှ ဆောင် ခဲ့ခြင်းငှါ ၊ မိမိ ၌ ပါသော သူ အပေါင်း တို့နှင့်တကွ ထ သွား လေ၏။
2David arose and went with all the people who were with him from Baale Judah, to bring up from there God’s ark, which is called by the Name, even the name of the LORD of Armies who sits above the cherubim.
3ဘုရား သခင်၏ သေတ္တာ တော်ကို လှည်း သစ် ပေါ် မှာတင် ၍ တောင် ပေါ် အဘိနဒပ် အိမ် ထဲက ထုတ် ကြ၏။ အဘိနဒပ် ၏သား ဩဇ နှင့် အဟိဩ တို့သည် လှည်း သစ် ကိုနှင် ရကြ၏။
3They set God’s ark on a new cart, and brought it out of Abinadab’s house that was on the hill; and Uzzah and Ahio, the sons of Abinadab, drove the new cart.
4ဩဇသည်ဘုရား သခင်၏ သေတ္တာ တော်အနား ၌၎င်း၊ အဟိဩ သည် သေတ္တာ တော်ရှေ့ ၌၎င်း သွား ကြ၏။
4They brought it out of Abinadab’s house which was in the hill, with God’s ark; and Ahio went before the ark.
5ဒါဝိဒ် နှင့် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား အပေါင်း တို့သည် စောင်း ၊ တယော ၊ ပတ်သာ ၊ နှဲခရာ ၊ ခွက်ကွင်း တို့ကို ကိုင်လျက်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ အားထုတ်၍ တီးမှုတ် ကြ၏။
5David and all the house of Israel played before the LORD with all kinds of instruments made of cypress wood, with harps, with stringed instruments, with tambourines, with castanets, and with cymbals.
6နာခုန်ကောက်နယ်သလင်းသို့ ရောက် သောအခါ ၊ နွား တို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ သေတ္တာတော်ကို လှုပ်ရှား သောကြောင့် ၊ ဩဇ သည် လက်ကိုဆန့် ၍ သေတ္တာ တော်ကို ကိုင် ၏။
6When they came to the threshing floor of Nacon, Uzzah reached for God’s ark and took hold of it, for the cattle stumbled.
7ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဩဇ ကို အမျက် ထွက် ၍ သူ၏အပြစ် ကြောင့် ဘုရား သခင်ဒဏ်ခတ် တော်မူသဖြင့် ၊ သူသည်သေတ္တာ တော်နား မှာ သေ လေ၏။
7The LORD’s anger burned against Uzzah, and God struck him there for his error; and he died there by God’s ark.
8ဩဇ ကို ထာဝရဘုရား ဒဏ်ခတ် တော်မူသောကြောင့် ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ညှိုးငယ် သောစိတ်ရှိ၏။ ထို အရပ် သည် ယနေ့ တိုင်အောင် ပေရဇာဇ အမည် ဖြင့်တွင်သတည်း။
8David was displeased because the LORD had broken out against Uzzah; and he called that place Perez Uzzah to this day.
9ထို နေ့၌ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကိုကြောက် ၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ သေတ္တာ တော်သည် အဘယ်သို့ ငါ့ ထံသို့ ရောက် ရမည်နည်းဟု ဆို လျက်၊
9David was afraid of the LORD that day; and he said, “How could the LORD’s ark come to me?”
10မိမိနေရာဒါဝိဒ် မြို့ ထဲသို့ သေတ္တာ တော်ကို မ ဆောင် ဘဲ ဂိတ္တိ လူဩဗဒေဒုံ အိမ် သို့ လမ်းလွဲ၍ ဆောင် သွားလေ၏။
10So David would not move the LORD’s ark to be with him in David’s city; but David carried it aside into Obed-Edom the Gittite’s house.
11ထာဝရဘုရား ၏သေတ္တာ တော်သည် သုံး လ ပတ်လုံးဂိတ္တိ လူဩဗဒေဒုံ အိမ် ၌ရှိ ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည်လည်း ၊ ဩဗဒေဒုံ နှင့် အိမ်သူ အိမ်သားအပေါင်း တို့ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးတော်မူ၏။
11The LORD’s ark remained in Obed-Edom the Gittite’s house three months; and the LORD blessed Obed-Edom and all his house.
12ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သေတ္တာ တော်ကြောင့် ဩဗဒေဒုံ နှင့် သူ ၌ ရှိသမျှ ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးတော်မူကြောင်းကို ဒါဝိဒ် မင်းကြီး ကြား သောအခါ ၊ တဖန် သွား ၍ ဘုရား သခင်၏ သေတ္တာ တော်ကိုဩဗဒေဒုံ အိမ် မှ ဒါဝိဒ် မြို့ သို့ ဝမ်းမြောက် သောစိတ်နှင့် ဆောင် ခဲ့လေ၏။
12King David was told, “The LORD has blessed the house of Obed-Edom, and all that belongs to him, because of God’s ark.” So David went and brought up God’s ark from the house of Obed-Edom into David’s city with joy.
13ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ သေတ္တာ တော်ကို ထမ်း သောသူတို့သည်ခြောက် လှမ်း သွား ပြီးမှ ၊ နွား နှင့် ဆူဖြိုး သော အကောင်တို့ကို ယဇ် ပူဇော်လေ၏။
13When those who bore the LORD’s ark had gone six paces, he sacrificed an ox and a fattened calf.
14ဒါဝိဒ် သည်လည်း ပိတ် သင်တိုင်း ကိုဝတ် လျက်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ အား ထုတ်၍က လေ၏။
14David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was clothed in a linen ephod.
15ထိုသို့ ဒါဝိဒ် နှင့် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား အပေါင်း တို့သည် ကြွေးကြော် လျက် ၊ တံပိုး မှုတ်လျက်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏သေတ္တာ တော်ကို ဆောင် ခဲ့ကြ၏။
15So David and all the house of Israel brought up the LORD’s ark with shouting and with the sound of the trumpet.
16ထာဝရဘုရား ၏သေတ္တာ တော်သည် ဒါဝိဒ် မြို့ ထဲသို့ဝင် သောအခါ ၊ ရှောလု ၏သမီး မိခါလ သည် ပြတင်းပေါက် ဖြင့် ကြည့် ၍၊ ဒါဝိဒ် မင်းကြီး သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ က လျက် ခုန် လျက်လာသည်ကိုမြင် ၍ စိတ် နှလုံးထဲ၌ မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြု၏။
16As the LORD’s ark came into David’s city, Michal the daughter of Saul looked out through the window and saw King David leaping and dancing before the LORD; and she despised him in her heart.
17ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ သေတ္တာ တော်ကိုသွင်း ၍ ဒါဝိဒ် ဆောက်နှင့်သောတဲ အလယ် တွင် သူ့ နေရာ ၌ ထား ကြပြီးမှ ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် သည်မီး ရှို့ရာယဇ်နှင့် မိဿဟာယ ယဇ်တို့ကို ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ပူဇော် လေ၏။
17They brought in the LORD’s ark, and set it in its place in the middle of the tent that David had pitched for it; and David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the LORD.
18မီး ရှို့ရာယဇ်နှင့် မိဿဟာယ ယဇ်ပူဇော် ခြင်း အမှုကို ပြီးစီး စေသောအခါ ၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမ တော်ကိုမြွက်၍ ပရိသတ် တို့ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးလေ၏။
18When David had finished offering the burnt offering and the peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD of Armies.
19ဣသရေလ ပရိသတ် ယောက်ျား မိန်းမ အပေါင်း တို့အား မုန့် တပြား ၊ အမဲသား တတစ်၊ စပျစ်သီးပျဉ် တပြား စီ ဝေငှ ပြီးမှ ၊ လူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် မိမိ တို့နေရာ သို့ ပြန် သွားကြ၏။
19He gave to all the people, even among the whole multitude of Israel, both to men and women, to everyone a portion of bread, dates, and raisins. So all the people departed, each to his own house.
20ထိုနောက် ဒါဝိဒ် သည် နန်းတော်သား တို့ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးခြင်းငှါ သွား ၍ရောက်သောအခါ ၊ ရှောလု ၏သမီး မိခါလ သည် ဆီး ၍ကြိုလျက်၊ လျှပ်ပေါ် သောသူသည် အရှက်မရှိဘဲ ကိုယ်အဝတ်ကိုချွတ် သကဲ့သို့ ၊ ယနေ့ ကျွန် ယောက်ျား ကျွန် မိန်းမများရှေ့ တွင် အဝတ်တော်ကိုချွတ် သော ဣသရေလ ရှင် ဘုရင်သည်၊ ယနေ့ အဘယ်မျှ လောက်ဘုန်းကြီး တော်မူပါသည်တကားဟုဆို ၏။
20Then David returned to bless his household. Michal the daughter of Saul came out to meet David, and said, “How glorious the king of Israel was today, who uncovered himself today in the eyes of his servants’ maids, as one of the vain fellows shamelessly uncovers himself!”
21ဒါဝိဒ် ကလည်း ၊ သင့် အဘ နှင့် သူ ၏ အဆွေအမျိုး အပေါင်း တို့၏ကိုယ်စား၊ ငါ့ ကိုရွေးကောက် ၍ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏လူ ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို အုပ်စိုးသော မင်း အရာ၌ ခန့်ထား တော်မူသော ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်တွင် ပြုသည်မဟုတ်လော။ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်တွင် ငါ ကခုန် မည်။
21David said to Michal, “It was before the LORD, who chose me above your father, and above all his house, to appoint me prince over the people of the LORD, over Israel. Therefore I will celebrate before the LORD.
22ထိုမျှမက ၊ ငါသာ၍ ယုတ်မာ မည်။ ကိုယ် အထင်အတိုင်း ကိုယ်ကိုသာ၍နှိမ့်ချ မည်၊ သင်ပြော သော ကျွန် မများမူကား ၊ ငါ့ကိုချီးမွမ်း ကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု မိခါလ ကို ပြန်ပြော ၏။
22I will be yet more undignified than this, and will be worthless in my own sight. But the maids of whom you have spoken will honor me.”
23ရှောလု ၏သမီး မိခါလ သည် တသက်လုံးသား ကို မ ဘွား မမြင်ရ။
23Michal the daughter of Saul had no child to the day of her death.
