Berean Standard Bible
1Caempuei BOEIPA ol pai tih,
1Again the word of the LORD of Hosts came to me, saying:
2“Caempuei BOEIPA he ni a thui. Zion hamla ka thatlai. Thatlainah loh len tih kosi khaw dung. Anih hamla ka thatlai,” a ti.
2This is what the LORD of Hosts says: “I am jealous for Zion with great zeal; I am jealous for her with great fervor.”
3BOEIPA loh he ni a thui. Zion la ka mael vetih Jerusalem khui ah kho ka sak ni. Te vaengah Jerusalem te oltak khopuei, caempuei BOEIPA kah tlang, hmuencim tlang la a khue ni.
3This is what the LORD says: “I will return to Zion and dwell in Jerusalem. Then Jerusalem will be called the City of Truth, and the mountain of the LORD of Hosts will be called the Holy Mountain.”
4Caempuei BOEIPA loh he ni a thui. Jerusalem toltung ah patong neh hamca koep kho a sak ni. Hlang he khohnin cup vetih a kut dongah a conghol a pom ni.
4This is what the LORD of Hosts says: “Old men and old women will again sit along the streets of Jerusalem, each with a staff in hand because of great age.
5Khopuei toltung ah camoe bae vetih a toltung ah hutaca rhoek luem uh ni.
5And the streets of the city will be filled with boys and girls playing there.”
6Caempuei BOEIPA loh he ni a thui. Te khohnin ah tah pilnam meet he a mik ah khobaerhambae om sitoe cakhaw kai mik dongah khobaerhambae om aya? Caempuei BOEIPA kah olphong ni.
6This is what the LORD of Hosts says: “If this is impossible in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, should it also be impossible in My eyes?” declares the LORD of Hosts.
7Caempuei BOEIPA loh he ni a thui. Ka pilnam te khocuk khohmuen lamkah khaw, khotlak khohmuen lamkah khaw ka khang coeng ne.

8I will bring them back to dwell in Jerusalem, where they will be My people, and I will be their faithful and righteous God.”
9Caempuei BOEIPA loh he ni a thui. Tonghma rhoek ka dong lamkah he ol he, tahae khohnin kah aka ya rhoek tah na kut moem uh laeh. Te tah bawkim sak hamla, caempuei BOEIPA im a toong khohnin vaengkah coeng ni.
9This is what the LORD of Hosts says: “Let your hands be strong, you who now hear these words spoken by the prophets who were present when the foundations were laid to rebuild the temple, the house of the LORD of Hosts.
10Te khohnin hmai ah tah hlang kah thapang om pawt tih rhamsa kah thapang a tal pah. Aka voei ham neh aka cet ham khaw ngaimongnah tal coeng. Hlang boeih te ka tueih coeng dongah hlang he a hui taengah rhal la om coeng.
10For before those days neither man nor beast received wages, nor was there safety from the enemy for anyone who came or went, for I had turned every man against his neighbor.
11Tedae tahae ah kai he pilnam a meet taengah hnukbuet tue bangla ka om moenih. He tah caempuei BOEIPA kah olphong ni.
11But now I will not treat the remnant of this people as I did in the past,” declares the LORD of Hosts.
12Rhoepnah misur tii te a thaih cuen vetih khohmuen loh a cangpai a paek ni. Vaan loh a buemtui a paek ni. He boeih he pilnam kah a meet taengah ka pang sak.
12“For the seed will be prosperous, the vine will yield its fruit, the ground will yield its produce, and the skies will give their dew. To the remnant of this people I will give all these things as an inheritance.
13Namtom lakli ah rhunkhuennah la na om uh vanbangla, Judah imkhui neh Israel imkhui nang te kan khang van vetih yoethennah la na om ni. Rhih uh boeh, na kut mah caang sakuh.
13As you have been a curse among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you, and you will be a blessing. Do not be afraid; let your hands be strong.”
14Caempuei BOEIPA loh he ni a thui. Na pa rhoek loh kai taengah a thintoek uh dongah ni nangmih soah thaehuet hamla ka mangtaeng van. Caempuei BOEIPA loh, 'Ka yut mahpawh,’ a ti.
14For this is what the LORD of Hosts says: “Just as I resolved to bring disaster upon you when your fathers provoked Me to anger, and I did not relent,” says the LORD of Hosts,
15He khohnin ah tah ka mael tih Jerusalem te then sak ham neh Judah imkhui te na rhih pawt ham ka mangtaeng coeng.
15“so now I have resolved to do good again to Jerusalem and Judah. Do not be afraid.
16He ol he vai uh. Hlang loh a hui taengah oltak mah thui saeh. Na vongka ah lai a tloek te rhoepnah dongah oltak neh tiktamnah la om saeh.
16These are the things you must do: Speak truth to one another, render true and sound judgments in your gates,

19“This is what the LORD of Hosts says: The fasts of the fourth, the fifth, the seventh, and the tenth months will become times of joy and gladness, cheerful feasts for the house of Judah. Therefore you are to love both truth and peace.”
20Caempuei BOEIPA loh he ni a thui. Pilnam neh khopuei kah khosa rhoek muep kun uh pueng ni.
20This is what the LORD of Hosts says: “Peoples will yet come—the residents of many cities—
21Te vaengah khosa rhoek te pakhat loh pakhat taengla cet uh vetih, “Ceh, BOEIPA mikhmuh ah kothae tueng ham neh caempuei BOEIPA te tlap hamla cet uh sih, kai khaw ka cet coeng,” a ti nah ni.
21and the residents of one city will go to another, saying: ‘Let us go at once to plead before the LORD and to seek the LORD of Hosts. I myself am going.’
22Pilnam miping neh namtom pilnu loh Jerusalem ah caempuei BOEIPA tlap ham neh BOEIPA mikhmuh ah kothae tueng hamla halo uh ni.
22And many peoples and strong nations will come to seek the LORD of Hosts in Jerusalem and to plead before the LORD.”

23This is what the LORD of Hosts says: “In those days ten men from the nations of every tongue will tightly grasp the robe of a Jew, saying, ‘Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.’”
