2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3amlunghaih tangtang tawn ai kami, misa koeh kami, amsawn zae net thaih kami, angsum thai ai kami, poeksae kami, hmuen kahoih koeh ai kami,
3Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4poekcak ai kami, palungthah kami, poeksang kami, Sithaw palung pongah loe kahoih ai hmuen sak han koeh kue kami;
4Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5Sithaw tang kami baktiah angsak e, Sithaw thacakhaih tapom ai kami ah om o tih: to baktih kaminawk to ayae ah.
5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6To baktih kaminawk loe imthung ah akun o moe, thacak ai nongpatanawk to zae sak koehhaih hoiah pacuek kami, taksa zae koehhaih congca hoiah zoek kaminawk ah oh o,
6For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

11Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.
12Ue, Kri Jesu ah Sithaw koehhaih baktiah khosak han koeh kaminawk boih loe pacaekthlaekhaih to tong o tih.
12Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
13Toe kahoih ai kaminawk hoi aling thaih kaminawk loe, minawk aling o baktih toengah, angmacae hoi angmacae doeh angling o, to tiah nihcae loe sethaih bangah qoeng o aep aep.
13But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
14Toe nang loe nam tuk ih lok baktiah om poe ah, to loknawk loe amsoem; nang patuk kami doeh oepthoh, tito na panoek boeh;
14But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them ;
15nawkta nathuem hoiah Kaciim Cabu lok to na panoek boeh, to Kaciim Cabu mah, Kri Jesu tanghaih rang hoiah pahlonghaih hnuk thai hanah, palunghahaih to ang paek.
15And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16Kaciim Cabu boih loe Sithaw amtuenghaih hoiah paek ih hmuen ah oh moe, patukhaih, thuitaekhaih, pakhraihaih hoi toenghaih hnuksak hanah atho oh:
16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17to loknawk hoiah ni Sithaw kami mah akoephaih to hnu ueloe, kahoih toknawk boih sak hanah paroep thai tih.
17That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
